The invention provides a method and a system for printing and adding and releasing treatment, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first loss rate according to the original adding and releasing amount in the current printing adding and releasing process; according to the current printing scene, the printing adjustment loss and the first loss rate, obtaining a second loss rate again; and acquiring a total combined adding and releasing amount according to the printing adjusting loss, the second loss rate and the extra adding and releasing setting. According to the invention, the printing adding and releasing factors can be synthesized according to different current printing scenes, printing processes and the like, more accurate total adding and releasing quantity can be obtained, and the situations of insufficient or excessive printing adding and releasing quantity and the like can not be caused, so that the printing efficiency is improved, and the intelligent and efficient printing process is realized.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for printing and placing in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for printing and placing in accordance with the embodiment may include:
s101, acquiring a first loss rate according to the original adding and releasing amount in the current printing adding and releasing process.
Specifically, the printing type corresponding to the current printing scenario needs to be obtained in advance, and the first loss rate is equal to the sum of the original adding and releasing amount minus the printing adjustment loss, and then is divided by the number of prints.
In this embodiment, various influencing factors are decomposed into printing adjustment loss and production process loss in the printing and placing process. The print register loss is the loss that must be generated before the print register loss is actually produced, and is basically a fixed value. The loss in the production process is the product of the number of prints and the loss rate. Wherein the loss rate may include a first loss rate and a second loss rate. Specifically, the print adjustment loss can be specifically set with reference to table 1.
TABLE 1
S102, obtaining a second loss rate again according to the current printing scene, the printing adjusting loss and the first loss rate; wherein the print conditioning loss is print and its resulting loss; the first loss rate and the second loss rate are both loss rates in the production process.
Specifically, the current printing scenario may include: print cartridge/case/cover/seal, text/liner, print plus put or post-print plus put.
In an alternative embodiment, before step S102, determining a printing type corresponding to the current printing scenario is further included. Step S102, specifically, according to the printing type, obtaining a first loss rate corresponding table and a first loss rate corresponding curve; adjusting the first loss rate corresponding curve to obtain a second loss rate corresponding curve; and obtaining the second loss rates corresponding to different printing numbers and different printing types according to the second loss rate corresponding curve.
For example, the current printing scenario is determined to be a cover page. Specifically, the present embodiment is described by taking a printing scene of the cover as an example. A first loss rate is obtained according to the current scenario and the number of prints, a first loss rate correspondence table (for example, refer to table 2) and a first loss rate correspondence curve (for example, refer to fig. 2) are obtained according to different first loss rates, and fig. 2 is a first schematic diagram of loss rates in the printing and playing process provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
TABLE 2
Adjusting the first loss rate corresponding curve to obtain a second loss rate corresponding curve (for example, refer to fig. 3), where fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the loss rate in the printing and amplifying process according to the embodiment of the present invention. And then obtaining the second loss rates corresponding to different printing numbers and different printing types according to the second loss rate corresponding curve (refer to table 3).
TABLE 3
Wherein the print conditioning loss is obtained according to a print type; and obtaining a first loss rate corresponding table and a first loss rate corresponding curve according to the printing adjusting loss and different printing numbers. Wherein, adjust first loss rate corresponding curve, obtain second loss rate corresponding curve, include: and adjusting the first loss rate of each corresponding point in the first loss rate corresponding curve to obtain a second loss rate corresponding curve.
For example, according to the print type cover, a print adjustment loss of 40 is obtained. Further, a first loss rate correspondence table (refer to table 2) and a first loss rate correspondence curve (refer to fig. 2) are obtained from the print adjustment loss 40 and the different print numbers (for example, 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000, 9000, 10000, and 12500). A second loss rate corresponding curve (for example, refer to fig. 3) is obtained by adjusting the first loss rate of each corresponding point in the first loss rate corresponding curve (i.e., correcting the smoothness of the curve, and correcting the number of prints on the corresponding point and the first loss rate), and fig. 3 is a second schematic diagram of the loss rate in the printing and amplifying process according to the embodiment of the present invention.
S103, acquiring total combined adding and amplifying amount according to the printing adjusting loss, the second loss rate and the extra adding and amplifying setting.
Specifically, the additional adding setting is set according to the category of the printing process. The total combined add-drop (see table 4) is equal to the second loss rate multiplied by the print count plus the print adjust loss plus the extra add-drop setting. The additional placement settings (see table 5) in this embodiment may include process categories such as large size, spot color, and grammage in sheet printing.
TABLE 4
By adopting the printing adding and releasing method, the more accurate total adding and releasing amount can be obtained by integrating the printing adding and releasing factors according to the difference of the current printing scene, the printing process and the like, and the situations of insufficient or excessive printing adding and releasing amount and the like can not be caused, so that the printing efficiency is improved, and the intelligent and efficient printing process is realized.
