Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coke chemical industry, in particular to a method for preventing coke oven gas from detonating.
Background
The coke oven is an industrial oven for producing coke, and coke oven gas is used for indirectly heating a combustion chamber so as to ensure that coal entering a coke oven carbonization chamber reaches the temperature requirement and becomes coke. The combustion chamber is heated by using coal gas, half of the coal gas pipes are ventilated in the heating process, and half of the coal gas pipes are closed and exchanged once every 30 minutes. After the gas pipe exchange is completed, a detonation phenomenon often occurs. The occurrence of the detonation phenomenon brings a series of potential safety hazards to coking production: firstly, the coke oven masonry is damaged, so that the coal gas, air and waste gas are leaked, and the heating of the coke oven is influenced; secondly, the gas conveying and adjusting equipment is damaged, so that gas leaks and the temperature of the coke oven is influenced to be adjusted; thirdly, noise pollution increases the psychological burden of operators; fourthly, the operators are damaged, and the safety production is endangered.
The detonation phenomenon is mostly caused by the fact that air is sucked or a small amount of gas leaks to enable the gas to be mixed with the air and to be combusted in a small space due to the fact that the seal between the exchange cock and the valve body and the seal between the gas pipe and the coke oven base are not tight.
In view of the above problems, it is necessary to develop a method for preventing the detonation of coke oven gas to solve the problem of the occurrence of detonation of a coke oven after exchanging pipes for supplying gas.

The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The embodiment provides a method for preventing the detonation of coke oven gas. As shown in fig. 1, a base 2 is arranged at the bottom of a coke oven 1, the base 2 comprises a groove 21 and an air inlet pipe 22, the air inlet pipe 22 is communicated with the bottom of the groove 21 and the inside of the coke oven 1, one end of a gas pipe 3 is fixed in the groove 21 through an end cover 4 sleeved on the gas pipe 3, and the gas pipe 3 is provided with a switch valve. The method for preventing the detonation of the coke oven gas comprises the following steps:
removing the exchange cock 31 from the on-off valve;
cleaning the surface of the exchange cock 31;
applying a lubricant on the surface of the exchange cock 31;
the exchange cock 31 is fitted into the on-off valve;
firstly, the surface of the exchange cock 31 is cleaned to remove dirt attached to the surface of the exchange cock 31, then the surface of the exchange cock 31 is coated with a lubricant, and then the exchange cock 31 is installed in the switch valve. The sealing performance between the exchange cock 31 and the switch valve is improved by removing dirt on the surface of the exchange cock 31, and meanwhile, in order to avoid diameter loss generated in the long-term cleaning process of the exchange cock 31, a lubricant is coated before the exchange cock 31 is installed again for use, the lubricant can play a role in lubrication and has certain viscosity, so that the gap between the exchange cock 31 and the switch valve can be ensured to be tightly filled with the lubricant, and air is prevented from entering from the gap between the selective cock and the switch valve.
Opening the end cap 4;
filling material 5 is arranged in the groove 21;
the end cap 4 is closed and the end cap 4 is brought into abutment with the filler material 5.
A filler material 5 is provided in the recess 21 and the filler material 5 is compressed in the recess 21 by the end cap 4. And the filling material 5 is compressed by the end cover 4, the groove 21 and the gas pipe 3, so that gaps between the gas pipe 3 and the gas inlet pipe 22 and gaps between the gas pipe 3 and the end cover 4 are filled, the sealing property is improved, and the occurrence of detonation is effectively prevented.
Preferably, cleaning the surface of the swap plug 31 includes rubbing the surface of the swap plug 31 with sandpaper.
During the long-term use of the exchange cock 31, the oil used for lubrication or sealing on the surface of the exchange cock 31 is denatured by the high temperature, and dirt is formed to adhere to the surface of the exchange cock 31. These fouling increase the gap between the exchange cock 31 and the on-off valve, which results in insufficient sealing performance, gas can escape through the gap, air can enter through the gap, which results in mixing of gas and air, and gas combustion is detonated due to the high temperature of the coke oven 1. It is necessary to smooth the surface of the exchange cock 31 with a relatively hard tool such as sandpaper.
Preferably, cleaning the surface of the exchange cock 31 comprises immersing the exchange cock 31 in an organic solvent. Most of the dirt adhering to the surface of the exchange cock 31 is organic matter such as lubricating oil, and the organic solvent can dissolve the dirt adhering to the surface of the exchange cock 31, thereby reducing the difficulty of cleaning.
Preferably, the organic solvent is diesel. The diesel oil has good dissolving capacity for organic matters such as lubricating oil and the like, and tar and asphalt on the exchange cock 31 can be cleaned. To ensure that the soil is completely dissolved, the exchange cock 31 is immersed in the organic solvent and held for 2-6 hours. Among them, the optimum retention time is 4 hours.
Preferably, the lubricant is butter. The grease has certain compactness and viscosity while playing a lubricating role, so that the gap between the exchange cock 31 and the exchange valve body can be tightly filled with the grease, and air is prevented from entering from the gap between the exchange cock 31 and the switch valve.
Preferably, the side wall of the groove 21 is inclined and the inclined surface is inclined from the opening of the groove 21 to the air inlet pipe 22.
When the filling material 5 is compressed tightly by the groove 21, the gas pipe 3 and the end cover 4, the side wall of the groove 21 can enable the filling material 5 to receive a pressure towards the gas pipe 3 when being extruded by the end cover 4, so that the filling material 5 is attached to the side wall of the gas pipe 3, the gas pipe 3 and the gas inlet pipe 22 can be sealed, air or gas can be prevented from being mixed through a gap between the end cover 4 and the gas pipe 3, and the sealing performance can be further improved.
Preferably, the filling material 5 comprises an asbestos cord, the asbestos cord is wound on one end of the gas pipe 3 extending into the groove 21, and the outer side of the asbestos cord abuts against the side wall of the groove 21. Because the groove 21 is close to the coke oven 1, the temperature is high, the common filling material 5 is easy to melt or denature at high temperature, the sealing effect is reduced, and the safety accident can be caused seriously. The asbestos cord has strong heat resistance, can keep the performance unchanged for a long time, and ensures the sealing effect between the gas pipe 3 and the gas inlet pipe 22.
Preferably, the filling material 5 further comprises a colloid, and the colloid is continuously injected during the process of winding the asbestos cord around the gas pipe 3 to fix the asbestos cord. Because filling material 5 is the top-mounted, in order to solve the layering problem that asbestos rope winding process produced that drops, constantly pour into the colloid in order to fix the asbestos rope in the winding process of asbestos rope, the colloid can fill asbestos rope layer clearance simultaneously, increases the compactness of asbestos rope. The colloid is glass cement which is neutral and can not corrode objects, and meanwhile, the high viscosity of the glass cement can further improve the sealing property.
Preferably, the cross-section of the asbestos cord is rectangular. Compare in the asbestos rope of circular cross section, the asbestos rope that the cross section is the rectangle is compacter at the winding in-process, can not have the clearance.
Preferably, the cross-sectional dimension of the asbestos cord is 0.3mm by 0.3 mm.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, the present invention should not be limited by the description of the present invention, which should be interpreted as a limitation.
