The construction site is deep foundation pit operation, the protection wall is not built to carry out waterproof construction on the external corner of the bottom plate, the construction speed is high, the construction period is shortened, the exposure time of the foundation pit is effectively reduced, materials such as bricks and the like do not need to be hung into the foundation pit, and the construction period progress and the foundation pit safety are effectively improved.
It should be noted that the silicone oil paper layer 3 is laid on the bottom plate waterproof structure, the mortar isolation layer 8 and the bottom plate waterproof structure are isolated by the silicone oil paper layer 3, mortar is prevented from being bonded with the waterproof layer, the waterproof layer at the position is protected by the mortar isolation layer 8, and damage to the main structure in the construction process is avoided. The mortar in the mortar isolation layer 8 is mixed by a field mortar mixer and manually transported to the working surface of the waterproof layer, and the bottom plate isolation layer is firmly bonded with the bottom plate waterproof structure without hollowing; the surface of the mortar isolation layer 8 is formed by a wooden trowel, the waterproof layer 2 of the bottom plate cannot be damaged in the construction process of the mortar isolation layer 8, and when mortar is constructed at the position of the silicone oil paper layer 3, whether silicone oil paper is smooth or not needs to be noticed, so that the mortar isolation layer 8 and the waterproof layer 2 of the bottom plate are separated by the silicone oil paper.
Particularly, when the urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery bottom plate is subjected to waterproof construction, the operation is carried out from a low position to a high position.
When the waterproof reinforcing structure is in actual use, a pouring template is arranged at the edge of the horizontal waterproof reinforcing section, so that the waterproof protective layer 7 on the outer side of the bottom plate can be poured conveniently. The mortar of the waterproof protective layer 7 on the outer side of the bottom plate is formed by mixing cement and mortar in a ratio of 1:2.5, the pouring thickness is 40mm, a template needs to be installed on the edge of the cushion layer before pouring, the mortar is intensively mixed on site, a crane discharges the mortar, and the mortar is manually transported and poured under a pipe gallery, is trowelled and is maintained.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the first step of the present embodiment, the waterproof floor structure includes a waterproof floor base layer 1 horizontally laid on the top of the mat layer and a waterproof floor layer 2 horizontally disposed on the top of the waterproof floor base layer 1, and the top of the waterproof floor base layer 1 is closely attached to the bottom of the waterproof floor layer 2; the length of bottom plate waterproof basic unit 1 with the length of bottom plate waterproof layer 2 equals, the width of bottom plate waterproof basic unit 1 with the width of bottom plate waterproof layer 2 equals, bottom plate waterproof basic unit 1 with the width of bottom plate waterproof layer 2 all is greater than the width of piping lane major structure 10.
During actual use, the thickness of the bottom plate waterproof basic layer 1 is 150mm, the bottom plate waterproof basic layer 1 is formed by pouring C20 concrete, the surface of the bottom plate waterproof basic layer 1 is a smooth surface, the base surface is inspected and accepted before the bottom plate waterproof basic layer 1 is constructed, no sundries exist on the surface of the basic layer, the base surface is firm, flat and dry, and construction is carried out after the base surface which is uneven or has cracks is leveled by using 901 glue mixed with cement.
In actual use, the total thickness of the waterproof layer 2 of the bottom plate is 2mm, a one-cloth four-coating process is adopted, and the waterproof layer 2 of the bottom plate is coated on the whole width of the base layer. When the waterproof layer 2 of the base plate is laid, firstly, water is added according to the base surface and weather conditions in a diluted mixing ratio of 10:6:0.15, the surface of the base layer is treated, the force is uniformly applied when the waterproof layer is coated, the distance between the coating width and the side edge of the reinforced cloth layer is 10cm, after the first coating is finished, whether pores or bubbles exist is checked, and if so, the local coating is carried out once again; then reinforcing concrete quality defect repairing positions, wall capillary crack positions, construction joints, wall outlet pipe orifices, internal corners and external corners and the like, wherein the coating comprises the following liquid materials: powder lot: the weight ratio of water is 1: 1.6: 0.5; then laying the reinforced cloth layer; and finally, brushing the residual slurry on the reinforced cloth layer by using a rolling brush for three times, wherein the brushing is carried out after the last step of actual drying each time.
The waterproof structure is characterized in that a reinforced cloth layer is horizontally arranged in the bottom plate waterproof layer 2 and arranged along the longitudinal extending direction of the bottom plate waterproof layer 2, and the reinforced cloth layer is formed by a plurality of reinforced cloths which are sequentially and continuously laid along the width direction of the bottom plate waterproof layer 2. When the reinforced cloth is actually used, the width of an overlapping area between two adjacent reinforced cloths is 10 cm; the distance between two adjacent reinforced cloth along the length direction of the reinforced cloth is not less than 50 cm.
As shown in fig. 1, in the second step in this embodiment, the outer side surface of the silicone paper layer 3 is flush with the outer side surface of the waterproof structure of the base plate, and the inner side surface of the silicone paper layer 3 is flush with the outer side wall of the main structure 10 of the pipe rack; the silicone paper layer 3 is composed of a plurality of silicone papers which are sequentially and continuously paved along the width direction of the bottom plate waterproof structure.
As shown in fig. 1, in the second step of the present embodiment, the width of the silicone oil paper layer 3 is L, and the value range of L is。
As shown in fig. 4, in the sixth embodiment, in the step 6, the waterproof reinforcing layer includes an oblique reinforcing section obliquely laid on the oblique surface of the supporting chamfer structure 5, a horizontal waterproof reinforcing section horizontally laid on the top of the floor waterproof layer 2, and a vertical waterproof reinforcing section vertically arranged outside the side wall of the pipe rack main body structure 10; the oblique reinforcing section, the horizontal waterproof reinforcing section and the vertical waterproof reinforcing section are integrally formed; the horizontal waterproof reinforcing section and the vertical waterproof reinforcing section are equal in length, and the end of the horizontal waterproof reinforcing section is flush with the outer side face of the bottom plate waterproof structure. In practical use, the length of the horizontal waterproof reinforcing section and the vertical waterproof reinforcing section can be selected to be 250 mm.
As shown in fig. 5, in the seventh step, the side wall waterproof structure 9 and the bottom plate waterproof structure have the same structure, the side wall waterproof structure 9 is tightly attached to the outer side wall of the pipe rack main structure 10, and the side wall waterproof structure 9 is coated from bottom to top along the longitudinal extension direction of the pipe rack main structure 10.

step one, smearing a waterproof structure of a bottom plate: smearing a bottom plate waterproof structure on the top of a cushion layer of a pipe gallery main body structure (10) to be constructed; the width of the bottom plate waterproof structure is larger than that of the pipe gallery main body structure (10), and the bottom plate waterproof structure is coated from low to high along the longitudinal extension direction of the pipe gallery main body structure (10);
step two, paving a silicone oil paper layer: paving a silicone paper layer (3) on the top of the finished floor waterproof structure; the silicone oil paper layer (3) is paved from low to high along the longitudinal extension direction of the waterproof structure of the bottom plate; the bottom of the silicone paper layer (3) is tightly attached to the top of the bottom plate waterproof structure, and the silicone paper layer (3) is arranged on the outer side of the pipe gallery main body structure (10);
step three, coating a mortar isolation layer: coating mortar isolation layers (8) on the top of the bottom plate waterproof structure and the top of the silicone oil paper layer (3); the mortar isolation layer (8) is coated from low to high along the longitudinal extension direction of the bottom plate waterproof structure, and the width of the mortar isolation layer (8) is equal to that of the bottom plate waterproof structure;
step four, pouring a bottom plate protective layer and carrying out main body construction:
step 401, pouring a bottom plate protective layer (4) on the top of the coated mortar isolation layer (8); the width of the bottom plate protective layer (4) is equal to that of the pipe gallery main body structure (10), and the bottom plate protective layer (4) is poured from low to high along the longitudinal extension direction of the pipe gallery main body structure (10);
402, after the bottom plate protective layer (4) is finally set, constructing the pipe gallery main structure (10) on the bottom plate protective layer (4), wherein the outer side surface of the bottom plate protective layer (4) is flush with the outer side wall of the pipe gallery main structure (10);
step five, removing part of the mortar isolation layers and leveling the chamfer:
step 501, tapping the mortar isolation layer (8) positioned on the outer side of the pipe gallery main body structure (10) and dismantling the mortar isolation layer until the outer side surface of the mortar isolation layer (8) is flush with the outer side surface of the bottom plate protection layer (4);
502, removing the silicone paper layer (3) positioned on the outer side of the pipe gallery main body structure (10), wherein the exposed top surface of the bottom plate waterproof structure and the outer side surface of the bottom plate protective layer (4) form a transition chamfer area; the transition chamfer area is distributed along the longitudinal extension direction of the bottom plate protective layer (4), and the longitudinal section of the transition chamfer area is a right-angled triangle;
step 503, trowelling the transition chamfer area to form a support chamfer structure (5), wherein the support chamfer structure (5) is arranged along the longitudinal extension direction of the pipe gallery main body structure (10); the longitudinal section of the supporting chamfer structure (5) is a right-angled triangle, and the top of the supporting chamfer structure (5) and the top surface of the bottom plate protective layer (4) are arranged in the same horizontal plane;
step six, smearing an outer waterproof layer and a waterproof reinforcing layer: coating an outer waterproof layer (11) on the outer side of the side wall of the pipe gallery main structure (10), coating a waterproof reinforcing layer (6) on the outer side of the outer waterproof layer (11) after the outer waterproof layer (11) is solidified, wherein the outer waterproof layer (11) covers the outer side wall of the pipe gallery main structure (10), the supporting chamfer structure (5) and the exposed bottom plate waterproof structure; the outer waterproof layer (11) and the waterproof reinforcing layer (6) are attached to each other, and the outer waterproof layer (11) and the waterproof reinforcing layer (6) are arranged along the longitudinal extension direction of the pipe gallery main body structure (10);
seventhly, pouring a waterproof protective layer on the outer side of the bottom plate and sticking a side wall protective layer:
701, pouring a bottom plate outer side waterproof protective layer (7) on a horizontal section of the waterproof reinforcing layer (6), wherein the thickness of the bottom plate outer side waterproof protective layer (7) is 30-50 mm, the bottom plate outer side waterproof protective layer (7) is arranged along the longitudinal extension direction of the pipe gallery main body structure (10), and the outer side surface of the bottom plate outer side waterproof protective layer (7) is flush with the outer side surface of the bottom plate waterproof structure;
step 702, after the bottom plate outer side waterproof layer (7) is finally set, vertically pasting a side wall waterproof structure (9) on the outer side of the side wall of the pipe rack main body structure (10), wherein the bottom surface of the side wall waterproof structure (9) is tightly attached to the top surface of the bottom plate outer side waterproof layer (7).
