Abstract
The invention discloses a sounding body, wherein a containing chamber is arranged in the sounding body, a plurality of clamping lugs are distributed on the side edge of the containing chamber, the clamping lugs are concavely provided with clamping grooves, a loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the containing chamber, the loudspeaker unit is provided with a kit, the kit is provided with a penetrating cavity, and a loudspeaker is embedded in the cavity; the lower side of the periphery of the external member is sleeved with a first supporting ring, at least one first suspension part extending outwards is arranged on the peripheral ring of the first supporting ring, the tail end of the first suspension part is provided with a first clamping end embedded in the clamping groove, the upper side of the periphery of the external member is sleeved with a second supporting ring, at least one second suspension part protruding outwards is arranged on the peripheral ring of the second supporting ring, and the tail end of the second suspension part is provided with a second clamping end embedded in the clamping groove; the first clamping end and the second clamping end are just embedded and connected, so that a damping space is kept between the loudspeaker unit and the accommodating chamber; the damping space can be used for improving the sound effect quality and damping of the closed independent sound cabin of the sound source suspension.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sounding body, and more particularly to a sounding body having a resonance space therein for providing a sound source to vibrate the sound generated by a speaker.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, for a bluetooth speaker box 10 generally sold in the market at present, the bluetooth speaker box 10 is compact in size, and is easy to carry about, so that the bluetooth speaker box 10 is designed as a portable small-sized whole, and therefore, only the sound resonance space of the speaker 20 must be sacrificed, and when the speaker 20 is assembled in the bluetooth speaker box 10, the sound emitted by the speaker 20 is naturally a high-quality sound effect without resonance.
Therefore, the end consumer has to endure the use form of no sound quality, and the bluetooth speaker 10 can be easily carried around, so that the sale and popularization of the bluetooth speaker 10 are also affected by poor sound quality.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is known that the conventional technology and products have the disadvantage of poor sound effect quality, so the inventor of the present invention is motivated to research and develop the direction of improving the sound effect quality, and thought by many ways, the inventor thinks that the disadvantage of poor sound effect quality of the conventional technology and products is solved by using a suspended closed independent sound cabin.
Therefore, the invention provides a sounding body, which is internally provided with a containing chamber, a plurality of clamping lugs are distributed on the side edge of the containing chamber, a clamping groove is concavely arranged on each clamping lug, a loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the containing chamber, the loudspeaker unit is provided with a sleeve piece, the sleeve piece is provided with a cavity which penetrates up and down, and a loudspeaker is embedded in the cavity; the lower side of the periphery of the external member is sleeved with a first supporting ring, the peripheral ring of the first supporting ring is provided with at least one first suspension part which extends outwards, the tail end of the first suspension part is provided with a first clamping end which is correspondingly embedded in the clamping groove, the upper side of the periphery of the external member is sleeved with a second supporting ring, the peripheral ring of the second supporting ring is provided with at least one second suspension part which protrudes outwards and extends upwards in an inclined manner, and the tail end of the second suspension part is provided with a second clamping end which is correspondingly embedded in the clamping groove; the first clamping end, the second clamping end and the clamping groove are just embedded and connected, so that the first suspension part and the second suspension part support the loudspeaker unit and a damping space is kept between the first suspension part and the second suspension part and the accommodating chamber.
The periphery of the sleeve is annularly provided with at least one cavity through hole which penetrates through the cavity, and the periphery of the sleeve is provided with a first damping film which coats the at least one cavity through hole.
The first leaning ring protrudes laterally from the lower side of the sleeve, and the second leaning ring protrudes laterally from the upper side of the sleeve; the first supporting ring is arranged above the first backing ring, and the first damping film is clamped among the first supporting ring, the sleeve piece and the first backing ring; the second support ring is arranged below the second backup ring, the first damping film is clamped between the second support ring and the sleeve member as well as between the second support ring and the second backup ring, and the second damping film for sealing the cavity is attached to the lower side of the first backup ring.
Compared with the prior art and products, the invention has the following advantages: the first clamping end and the second clamping end are just connected in an embedded mode, so that a damping space is kept between the first suspension part and the second suspension part for supporting the loudspeaker unit and the accommodating chamber, and the damping space can be used for improving and damping sound effect quality of the closed independent sound chamber of the sound source suspension.

Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be further understood, reference will now be made to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention is a sound generating body 1, wherein a containing chamber 11 is disposed inside the sound generating body 1, a plurality of engaging lugs 12 are distributed on a side edge of the containing chamber 11, the engaging lugs 12 are concavely provided with a engaging groove 121, a speaker unit 2 is accommodated in the containing chamber 11, the speaker unit 2 is provided with a kit 21, the kit 21 is provided with a cavity 22 penetrating up and down, and the cavity 22 is embedded with a speaker 3; a first supporting ring 4 is sleeved on the lower side of the periphery of the external member 21, at least one first suspension part 41 extending outwards is arranged on the periphery of the first supporting ring 4, a first clamping end 42 correspondingly embedded in the clamping groove 121 is arranged at the tail end of the first suspension part 41, a second supporting ring 5 is sleeved on the upper side of the periphery of the external member 21, at least one second suspension part 51 protruding outwards and extending upwards in an inclined manner is arranged on the periphery of the second supporting ring 5, and a second clamping end 52 correspondingly embedded in the clamping groove 121 is arranged at the tail end of the second suspension part 51; the engagement of the first engaging end 42 and the second engaging end 52 allows the first suspension portion 41 and the second suspension portion 51 to support the speaker unit 2 and the accommodating chamber 11 to maintain a damping space a therebetween.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sleeve 21 of the present invention is circumferentially provided with at least one cavity through hole 221 penetrating through to the cavity 22, and the sleeve 21 is circumferentially provided with a first shock absorbing membrane 6 covering the at least one cavity through hole 221. A first leaning ring 23 is protruded laterally from the lower side of the sleeve 21, and a second leaning ring 24 is protruded laterally from the upper side of the sleeve 21; the first supporting ring 4 is arranged above the first leaning ring 23, and the first damping film 6 is clamped between the first supporting ring 4 and the sleeve member 21 as well as between the first leaning ring 23; the second support ring 5 is disposed below the second backup ring 24, the first damping film 6 is sandwiched between the second support ring 5 and the sleeve member 21 and the second backup ring 24, and a second damping film 7 for sealing the cavity 22 is attached to the lower side of the first backup ring 23.

A sounding body is characterized in that a containing chamber is arranged in the sounding body, a plurality of clamping lugs are distributed on the side edge of the containing chamber, each clamping lug is concavely provided with a clamping groove, a loudspeaker unit is contained in the containing chamber, each loudspeaker unit is provided with a kit, each kit is provided with a cavity which penetrates up and down, and a loudspeaker is embedded in each cavity; the lower side of the periphery of the external member is sleeved with a first supporting ring, the peripheral ring of the first supporting ring is provided with at least one first suspension part which extends outwards, the tail end of the first suspension part is provided with a first clamping end which is correspondingly embedded in the clamping groove, the upper side of the periphery of the external member is sleeved with a second supporting ring, the peripheral ring of the second supporting ring is provided with at least one second suspension part which protrudes outwards and extends upwards in an inclined manner, and the tail end of the second suspension part is provided with a second clamping end which is correspondingly embedded in the clamping groove; the first clamping end, the second clamping end and the clamping groove are embedded and connected, so that the first suspension part and the second suspension part support the loudspeaker unit and a damping space is kept between the loudspeaker unit and the accommodating chamber.
2. The sound generator of claim 1, wherein the sleeve has at least one cavity aperture extending through the periphery of the sleeve, and the sleeve has a first damping membrane surrounding the at least one cavity aperture.
3. The sound generator of claim 2, wherein the sleeve has a first abutment ring laterally protruding from a lower side thereof, and a second abutment ring laterally protruding from an upper side thereof; the first supporting ring is arranged above the first backing ring, and the first damping film is clamped among the first supporting ring, the sleeve piece and the first backing ring; the second support ring is arranged below the second backup ring, the first damping film is clamped between the second support ring and the sleeve member as well as between the second support ring and the second backup ring, and the second damping film for sealing the cavity is attached to the lower side of the first backup ring.
