Abstract

Modern drinking water devices are inconvenient to move due to large volume and complex structure and mostly adopt fixed design, are limited by site requirements and cannot meet various complex environments.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an all-terrain all-water purification vehicle which adopts intensive arrangement, saves space, can adapt to various transportation environments by selecting components with light weight and high intensive property on equipment and materials, can realize quick movement, transportation and deployment, can arrive at a water site at the first time, and meets corresponding transportation regulations in terms of overall size, weight and the like.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The invention provides an all-terrain all-water purifying vehicle which comprises a cab and a carriage carried behind the cab; the water purification operation system is arranged in the carriage, the top of the water purification operation system is provided with a dosing device, an opening in the top of the carriage is communicated with the dosing device, and the dosing device is powered and controlled to operate by an independent electrical system and a control system.
The dosing device comprises a water taking system, a pretreatment system, a purified water system, a drainage system and a water storage and distribution system.
The water taking system is a water taking submersible pump, and the rear stage is communicated to the pretreatment system.
The pretreatment system is formed by sequentially communicating a micro-flocculation mixing device, a booster pump, a self-cleaning filtering device and a micro-flocculation filter through pipelines, and the rear stage is communicated to a water purification system.
The water purification system is formed by sequentially communicating a pressure adsorption device, an ultrafiltration system, an ultraviolet disinfection device, an intermediate water tank and a backwashing water pump, wherein the ultrafiltration system is externally connected with an air compressor.
The middle water tank is connected with the high-pressure pump and the water storage and distribution system, a backwash water outlet of the backwash water pump is connected with the self-adaptive reverse osmosis system, an output of the high-pressure pump is connected with the self-adaptive reverse osmosis system, and an output of the self-adaptive reverse osmosis system is connected with the water storage and distribution system.
The water storage and distribution system is formed by sequentially communicating a soft water tank and a water pump.
The dosing device is connected to a micro-flocculation mixing device in the water purification operation system.
The electric system is positioned at the rear bottom position of the carriage; the control system is positioned at the front bottom position of the carriage.
A top climbing ladder is arranged on a rear cabin door at the rear end of the carriage; the top of the carriage is also provided with a maintenance opening.
And an automatic temperature control electric heater is arranged in the carriage.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the system is arranged in an intensive manner, the space is saved, components with light weight and high integrity are selected from equipment and materials, the system can adapt to various transportation environments, the rapid movement, the transportation and the deployment can be realized, the system can arrive at a water using site at the first time, and the overall size, the weight and the like meet corresponding transportation regulations; modularized design, maintenance, guarantee nature are high: the water purifying vehicle is mainly configured with a modular design principle, and can be quickly and integrally disassembled and replaced when necessary, so that the maintenance time is effectively reduced, and the guarantee difficulty is reduced; can effectively meet the purification requirements of surface water, brackish water, high-fluorine water and various polluted water, and is suitable for field water supply, urban emergency water supply, emergency rescue and relief work and the like.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described below, but the scope of the claimed invention is not limited to the described.
Example 1
An all-terrain all-water quality water purifying vehicle as shown in fig. 1 to 4 comprises a cab 1 and a carriage 2 loaded behind the cab 1; the carriage 2 is internally provided with a water purification operation system 3, the top of the water purification operation system 3 is provided with a dosing device 4, the top opening of the carriage 2 is communicated with the dosing device 4, and the dosing device 4 is powered and controlled to operate by an independent electrical system 6 and a control system 7.
Example 2
Based on example 1, the dosing device 4 includes a water intake system, a pretreatment system, a purified water system, a drainage system, and a water storage and distribution system.
Example 3
Based on embodiment 2, the water taking system is a water taking submersible pump, and the rear stage is communicated to the pretreatment system. The water taking pump is additionally provided with a primary filtering device to remove larger solid impurities in raw water.

Based on embodiment 2 to, water purification system is connected in proper order by pressure adsorption equipment, ultrafiltration system, ultraviolet disinfection device, middle water tank and backwash water pump and constitutes, and ultrafiltration system is external to have the air compressor machine.
The water purification system is mainly used for removing organic matters by adsorption. Wherein, the ultrafiltration system generally adopts a CPE-37 high anti-pollution ultrafiltration membrane component, the filtration precision is 0.03 mu m, and 100 percent of viruses, microorganisms and partial micromolecular organic matters in the water are removed.

As shown in fig. 4, when the raw water is surface water (i, ii, iii type water), the water produced by the purified water system is sterilized by ultraviolet rays to the intermediate tank and to the soft water tank for storage, and is pumped by the water pump to the water consumption point.
As shown in fig. 5, when the raw water is surface water (iv, v-type water) or brackish water, the produced water of the pressure filter is sterilized by ultraviolet rays to an intermediate water tank, pressurized by a high-pressure pump and enters a reverse osmosis system for desalination, and the desalinated water is pumped to a soft water tank for storage and drinking and is pumped to a water consumption point by a water pump.
