Abstract

Background
With the development of the communication industry, people also face some troubles while enjoying the convenience brought by communication. Detailed Description
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement them. Also, for the sake of clarity, parts not relevant to the description of the exemplary embodiments are omitted in the drawings.
In the present disclosure, it is to be understood that terms such as "including" or "having," etc., are intended to indicate the presence of labels, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof disclosed in the present specification, and are not intended to preclude the possibility that one or more other labels, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof are present or added.
It should be further noted that the embodiments and labels in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
In the related art, when a communication dispute such as a harassing call or a harassing short message is encountered, a communication dispute handling party such as a specific government agency or a communication carrier exists between a communication receiving party and a communication initiating party to check the communication dispute. The communication recipient and the communication originator may be individuals or organizations such as businesses and the like. However, when the communication dispute handler checks the complained communication, a means of closing a communication line and a communication channel is usually directly adopted, which brings adverse effects to some communication initiators who are complained but do not conduct a behavior of harassing calls or harassing short messages. Generally, the communication dispute handler determines whether the complaint is valid by assuming that the user explicitly authorizes the communication behavior. However, the communication dispute handler generally checks whether the true authorization of the user exists through the checking means, and in the process, adverse effects on the communication initiator are unavoidable. Moreover, for a false complaint, the user who is the recipient of the communication may also suffer a loss due to not being able to receive an important communication.
To solve the problems in the related art, embodiments of the present disclosure propose to manage authorization of a communication recipient for an action of initiating a communication to the communication recipient by a communication authorization manager (e.g., a specific system on an internet platform) that is independent of and cooperates with a communication dispute handler. And managing the authorization information through a communication authorization manager and a communication dispute processor, and processing the communication dispute. The dispute handling mode can reduce inconvenience caused by a checking means in the related technology and loss brought to a communication initiator and a communication receiver.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow diagram of a communication dispute handling scenario according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the communication receiver initiates a complaint to the communication dispute handler. And the communication dispute processing party carries out audit on the complaints. The auditing mode is to inquire the authorization information of the communication receiver. The authorization information of the communication receiver may be information that the communication receiver confirms through the communication authorization manager, for example, the authorization information that the communication receiver inputs at the communication authorization manager. The communication authorization manager saves the acquired authorization information by means of a block chain, and the communication dispute handler may also acquire or query the authorization information saved by the communication authorization manager by means of a block chain. If the authorization information indicates that the communication of the current complaint is an authorized communication, that is, the communication receiver has authorized the communication initiator to initiate communication at the communication authorization manager, the communication dispute handler confirms that the complaint is invalid and informs the communication receiver of the complaint result. If the authorization information indicates that the communication of the current complaint is unauthorized, that is, the communication receiver does not authorize the communication initiator to initiate communication at the communication authorization manager, the communication dispute handling party accepts a communication dispute and issues the communication dispute to the operator. The operator can inquire the authorization information of the communication receiver through a block chain and other modes, and process the complaint, or directly process the complaint according to the issued complaint. If the operator considers that the complaint is wrong or the operator inquires that the communication receiver has authorization for the communication of the complaint, the operator may complain to the communication dispute handling party. If the communication dispute handler approves the operator's complaint, this communication complaint may be discounted and the complaint ranking adjusted.
The solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be further described below from the perspective of different subjects.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a communication authorization management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The communication authorization management method shown in fig. 2 includes steps S210 and S220.
In step S210, the communication recipient is prompted to confirm whether the communication initiator is authorized to initiate communication with the communication recipient.
In step S220, in response to receiving that the communication recipient confirms the behavioral authorization for the communication initiator to initiate the communication to the communication recipient, storing and providing authorization information related to the communication between the communication recipient and the communication initiator to a communication dispute handler.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a communication receiver is prompted to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver is authorized or not; in response to receiving the action authorization of the communication receiver for confirming the communication initiator to initiate the communication to the communication receiver, storing and providing authorization information related to the communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator to a communication dispute handler, the operation of the communication receiver for receiving the communication action authorization of the specific communication initiator can be completed without passing through the communication dispute handler, and the communication receiver is convenient to control the communication authorization condition. Under the condition of storing the authorization information, the checking whether the communication is authorized can be finished without a communication dispute processing party and/or an operator, so that the efficiency of communication dispute processing is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication recipient may be a communication user, i.e., a person, organization or communication device that receives a telephone call or short message. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication originator may be an individual, an organization, an automatic call telephone system, a system that automatically sends short messages, etc. that initiates the communication. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication dispute handler may be an organization, computer system, or the like, having authority to handle the communication dispute.
Fig. 5B is an exemplary interface diagram illustrating a communication authorization performed by a communication receiver displayed by a mobile terminal in an application scenario of a communication authorization management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5B, on an interface 520 displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal, a call authorization statement is displayed that the XX communication authorization manager prompts a communication recipient, for example, an individual user, to confirm whether or not authorization is granted to the action of initiating a communication to the communication recipient by the communication initiator YY limited. The details of the call authorization statement also include such things as: "authorize YY limited to make a call to me", "get your contact, only for ZZ scene", "authorization time period: 2022/09/09-2022/09/09 "," revocable within three days "," applicant "," authorized YY limited "," authorization number 1234567890 ", verification code input prompt box", "agree" authorization to use of communication card "," cancel "and" confirm ". The "authorized communication card" refers to a virtual card provided by a communication dispute handler or authorized to a communication authorization manager to record and manage communication authorization, and its specific form is further described later.
By prompting the communication receiver to confirm or cancel the confirmation of the call authorization statement, the action authorization or the unauthorized of the communication initiator to the communication receiver can be completed. In response to the communication authorization manager receiving that the communication receiver confirms the behavioral authorization for the communication initiator to initiate communication with the communication receiver, the communication authorization manager may save the authorization information and provide the authorization information to the communication dispute handler. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, storing and providing the authorization information may refer to storing the authorization information through a blockchain, where the uplink information is obtained by the communication dispute handler, i.e. the providing of the authorization information is completed. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the manner of saving and providing the authorization information is not limited to the blockchain, and any means known in the related art may be employed.
The mobile terminal interface shown in fig. 5B is merely an example, and those skilled in the art may prompt the communication recipient to confirm whether the communication originator is authorized to initiate the communication with the communication recipient in various ways according to the teachings of the present disclosure.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, before prompting the communication recipient to confirm whether to authorize a behavior of initiating communication to the communication recipient for the communication initiator, the communication authorization management method further includes: and requesting the authority information of the communication receiver from the communication receiver. Wherein the prompting the communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver from the communication initiator is authorized comprises: and prompting the communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication from the communication initiator to the communication receiver is authorized or not in response to the acquired permission information of the communication receiver.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, before prompting a communication receiver to confirm whether a behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver is authorized or not, the method further includes: requesting authority information of the communication receiver from the communication receiver; wherein the prompting the communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver from the communication initiator is authorized comprises: in response to acquiring the permission information of the communication receiver, the communication receiver is prompted to confirm whether the communication initiator is authorized to initiate communication with the communication receiver, and based on the determined permission information, the operation of the communication receiver for receiving the communication behavior authorization of the specific communication initiator can be completed without a communication dispute handler, so that the communication receiver can conveniently control the communication authorization condition. Under the condition of storing the authorization information, the checking whether the communication is authorized can be finished without a communication dispute processing party and/or an operator, so that the efficiency of communication dispute processing is improved.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, before the communication authorization manager prompts the communication receiver to authorize, the communication receiver may be requested for permission, so that the communication authorization manager obtains the right to prompt the communication receiver to perform authorization operation. An example of a scenario in which the communication authorization manager applies for a right to the communication recipient is described below with reference to fig. 5A.
Fig. 5A illustrates an exemplary interface diagram for acquiring user rights displayed by a mobile terminal in an application scenario of a communication authorization management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5A, on an interface 510 displayed on a screen of the mobile terminal, an XX communication authorization manager is displayed to apply for obtaining the right to provide a service for a communication recipient, and the applied content may be as follows: acquiring the following authority to provide services for you, wherein the XX communication authorizer is a personal uplink identity management platform on the block chain and acquires personal information of your to provide real on-chain information. The acquired information may include: "get your nickname, avatar, gender, area, and user status" and "get your name, cell phone number". If the communication receiver agrees to provide the authority to the communication authorization manager, the "agree" button on the interface 510 can be clicked, and then the communication authorization manager prompts the communication receiver to authorize; if the communication recipient does not agree, the "reject" button may be clicked.
The mobile terminal interface shown in fig. 5A is merely an example, and those skilled in the art may request permission from a communication recipient in various ways in light of the teachings of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, step S110 includes: and prompting the communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating the communication to the communication receiver is authorized or not in response to the operation of the communication receiver on the specific application program.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the method for confirming whether the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver is authorized to the communication initiator by prompting the communication receiver comprises the following steps: the communication receiver is prompted to confirm whether the behavior authorization for the communication initiator to initiate communication to the communication receiver or not in response to the operation of the communication receiver on the specific application program, communication authorization processing can be initiated when various terminals operate the specific application program, and the call receiver does not need to actively perform authorization processing on a communication dispute processing party and/or an operator, so that the operation of the communication receiver on receiving the communication behavior authorization of the specific communication initiator is simplified.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case where a communication receiving side such as an individual user operates a specific application, for example, a counseling information type application, on a certain terminal, an operator of the counseling information type application needs to make a call or send a short message to the user when replying to the user's counseling. At this time, after the consultation information application program is operated, the communication authorization manager can be awakened, so that the communication authorization manager prompts the user to confirm whether the behavior authorization for initiating communication to the user from the operation side of the consultation information application program is provided.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the function of the communication authorization manager may be integrated in a specific application program, and the user may directly click the communication authorization manager in the specific application program to actively initiate an authorization operation, so that the communication authorization manager prompts the user to confirm whether to authorize a behavior of initiating communication to the user for the operator of the consulting information application program. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, other applications, such as a shopping application, may, when operated by a user, invoke the functionality of a communication authorization manager integrated within a particular application to initiate a process to prompt the communication recipient for authorization.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, step S210 includes: and storing the authorization information through the block chain so that the communication dispute handling party can obtain the authorization information through the block chain.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, providing authorization information related to communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator by the storing and the providing to the communication dispute handler includes: and storing the authorization information through a block chain so that the communication dispute handling party can obtain the authorization information through the block chain, so that the authorization information cannot be tampered and is convenient to call.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the blockchain may be a blockchain known in the art, and the blockchain may be established by the communication authority manager, the communication dispute handler, or both the communication authority manager and the communication dispute handler.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in addition to blockchains, other ways to store and provide authorization information may be employed, such as storing authorization information via a database, and providing authorization information via a network, etc.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication authorization management method further includes: and acquiring the authorization management information of the communication dispute processing party to the communication receiving party.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization management information of the communication dispute handler for the communication receiver is acquired, so that the authorization management information can be accessed or called outside the communication dispute handler, that is, the management information of the behavior authorization of the communication receiver for initiating the communication to the communication receiver by the communication initiator, acquired by the communication dispute handler in various ways.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization management information of the communication dispute handler for the communication receiver means that the communication dispute handler generates the authorization management information after acquiring the authorization information of the communication receiver for the communication, and may perform direct processing when handling the communication dispute. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication authorization manager obtains the communication authorization management information from the communication dispute handler, that is, the communication authorization manager invokes part of the functions of the communication dispute handler. The communication authorization management party can also present the authorization management information to the communication receiving party so that the communication receiving party can inquire the authorization condition of the communication.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, there may be a plurality of different communication authorization managers, and the same communication receiver may have performed communication authorization for different communication initiators at different communication authorization managers. The communication dispute handling party can obtain different authorization information of the same communication receiving party from each communication authorization management party to form complete authorization management information, and each different communication authorization management party can obtain the complete authorization management information. That is, the communication authorization manager can know, through the authorization management information, the authorization information of the communication recipient that is not authorized by the communication authorization manager.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, if the communication authorization management information of the communication recipient includes authorization information of the communication recipient for a specific communication initiator, when the communication dispute handling party receives a communication complaint of the communication recipient for the specific communication initiator, the communication recipient may be directly notified that the complaint is invalid. Moreover, the communication receiver can directly inquire the complete authorization management information of the communication receiver through the communication authorization manager to know the communication behavior authorization of the communication receiver to which communication initiator.
An example of presenting the form of the authorization management information at the communication authorization manager is described below with reference to fig. 5C.
Fig. 5C illustrates an exemplary interface diagram of a virtual authorized communication card given by a communication dispute handler to a communication receiver, which is displayed by a mobile terminal in an application scenario of the communication authorization management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5C, the display interface 530 of the mobile terminal shows a communication authorization card. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication authorization card is a virtual card, exists in the communication authorization manager, and contains authorization management information. It should be noted that the virtual card is one expression form of the authorization management information given by the communication dispute handler to the communication receiver, and the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the authorization management information may be presented in any form. As shown in fig. 5C, the authorized communication card may record the scope of communication authorization management: the method comprises the steps of providing various network bad and junk information such as junk short messages, fraud calls, harassing calls, junk mails, bad APP and websites, personal information leakage and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that this acceptance range is merely exemplary and that the acceptance range is not so limited. In this example, the authorization communication card may also include "authorization management" and "query record" items. Authorization management refers to management of authorized communications, e.g., modifying authorization or revoking authorization, and may also refer to further adding authorization for new communications. Querying records refers to querying authorized records.
The mobile terminal interface shown in fig. 5C is merely an example, and those skilled in the art may present the authorization management information in various ways in light of the teachings of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization management information includes an authorization record of an authorization of at least one communication initiator to initiate a communication to the communication initiator.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization management information includes an authorization record of the communication receiver authorizing the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver from at least one communication initiator, so that the authorization management information can be accessed or invoked outside the communication dispute handler, that is, the management information of the behavior authorization of initiating communication to the communication receiver from at least one communication initiator, which is obtained by the communication dispute handler in various ways.
An example of a form in which the communication authorization manager presents the authorization record in the authorization management information is described below with reference to fig. 5D.
Fig. 5D is a schematic view of an authorization record interface of a virtual authorized communication card, which is given by a communication dispute handler to a communication receiver, and is displayed by a mobile terminal in an application scenario of the communication authorization management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The authorization record interface shown in FIG. 5D may be presented by clicking on the "query records" item shown in FIG. 5C. As shown in fig. 5D, the authorization record of the authorized communication card displayed on the interface 540 of the mobile terminal includes: record of call authorization of AA company, authorization time is 2022-09-0920: 41; BB records the call authorization, and the authorization time is 2022-09-0920: 41; the record of the call authorization of YY company has authorization time of 2022-09-0920: 41. It should be understood that the authorization time refers to the time when the communication receiver completes authorization at the communication authorization manager, and not the authorized communication time period of the communication authorization itself.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication authorization management method further includes: and prompting the communication receiver to modify the authorization corresponding to the authorization record in response to the selection of the authorization record by the communication receiver.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the communication receiver is prompted to modify the authorization corresponding to the authorization record by responding to the selection of the authorization record by the communication receiver, so that the communication receiver can flexibly modify the authorization of the communication behavior of the specific communication initiator, and the communication right of the communication receiver is protected.

The mobile terminal interface shown in fig. 5E is merely an example, and those skilled in the art may present an interface for revoking authorization in various ways in light of the teachings of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization information includes at least one of a contact address, a communication scenario, an authorized communication time period, and an authorized revocation time period of the communication recipient.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization information includes at least one of the contact way, the communication scene, the authorized communication time period and the authorization revocation time limit of the communication receiver, so that the communication authorization can be clearly defined, the communication dispute is favorably prevented, and the communication dispute is conveniently handled when the communication dispute occurs.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the contact information of the communication receiver may include various contact information such as a phone call, a short message transmission, a communication software contact, and the like. The contact details in the authorization information, i.e. the information related to the authorization of the communication recipient to the communication originator's action to initiate a communication to the communication recipient, may comprise one or more contact details.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication scenario may include a consultation scenario, a shopping scenario, a promotion scenario, a complaint scenario, and the like. The authorization information may include one or more scenarios.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorized communication time period may include from the beginning of a day of a month of a year to the end of a day of a month of a year, or include a specific time period of each day, or include a specific time period of each week, or the like. The authorization information may include one or more time periods.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization revocation time limit may be a specific time period or a specified time period from the authorization time.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization information may further include information other than a contact address, a communication scenario, an authorized communication time period, and an authorized revocation time limit of the communication recipient.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the prompted authorization, which the communication receiver needs to confirm, of the action of initiating the communication to the communication receiver by the communication initiator includes different types of authorization according to the type of the communication receiver, where the different types of authorization are different in at least one of a contact information, a communication scenario, an authorized communication time period, and an authorization revocation time limit of the communication receiver.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the type of the communication receiver, the prompted authorization of the communication initiator for initiating the communication to the communication receiver, which needs to be confirmed, comprises different types of authorization, wherein the different types of authorization are different in at least one of the contact way, the communication scene, the authorized communication time period and the authorization revocation time limit of the communication receiver, and different types of authorization can be prompted for different types of communication receivers, so that the communication authorization can be flexibly performed according to the situation of the communication receiver, and the communication rights and interests of the communication receiver are protected.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication recipient may be classified at the communication authorization manager, for example, according to the age, sex, work, registration time, consumption habit, grade in terms of specific service, and the like of the communication recipient. For example, if the communication recipient has a higher level in terms of some service of the communication authorization manager, the prompted authorization that the communication recipient needs to confirm for the behavior of the communication originator initiating the communication to the communication recipient corresponds to the higher level, at which point the prompted authorization may exclude a promotional scenario in the communication scenario, or the prompted authorization may exclude a phone call in the contact. That is, when prompting a communication authorization for a communication recipient, the content of the prompted authorization may differ from communication recipient to communication recipient.
The communication dispute processing method is described below from the perspective of the communication dispute processing party with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a communication dispute handling method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the communication dispute handling method includes steps S310 and S320.
In step S310, in response to receiving a communication dispute handling request of a communication recipient for a communication initiator, authorization information related to communication between the communication recipient and the communication initiator is queried from a communication authorization manager.
In step S320, the authorization information and the communication dispute handling request are sent to a communication carrier for the communication carrier to perform communication dispute handling.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization information related to the communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator is inquired from the communication authorization manager by responding to the received communication dispute processing request of the communication receiver for the communication initiator; the authorization information and the communication dispute handling request are sent to the communication operator to enable the communication operator to execute the communication dispute handling, so that the dispute handling can be completed without inquiring the communication dispute condition from the communication operator under the condition of acquiring the communication authorization information of the communication receiver from the communication authorization manager, and the efficiency of the communication dispute handling is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a communication authorization manager independent of the communication dispute handler saves and uploads the authorization information, and the communication dispute handler acquires the authorization information and processes the communication complaint of the communication recipient using the authorization information. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the communication dispute handler may inform the communication receiver that the complaint is invalid according to the authorized record for the complained communication in the authorization information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, if authorization information related to communication of a complaint of a communication recipient is not queried, the communication dispute handler may issue the communication complaint to a communication carrier (carrier) first or may issue the authorization information related to the communication recipient and the complaint to the communication carrier for processing. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case that authorization information related to complaint of the communication receiver is queried, the authorization information and the complaint may also be issued to the communication operator for processing, that is, the communication operator may notify the communication receiver that the complaint is invalid. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, notifying that the complaint is invalid may be done by the communication dispute handler or the communication carrier, and if the complaint is valid, performing the communication dispute handling is done by the communication carrier.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, step S310 includes: and inquiring authorization information which is from a communication authorization management party and is related to the communication between the communication receiving party and the communication initiator through the blockchain.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the inquiring authorization information related to the communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator from the communication authorization manager includes: and inquiring authorization information which is from a communication authorization management party and is related to the communication between the communication receiving party and the communication initiating party through the blockchain, so that the authorization information cannot be tampered and is convenient to call.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication dispute processing method further includes: and providing the authorization management information including the authorization information to the communication receiver to the communication authorization management party.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization management information including the authorization information and for the communication receiver is provided for the communication authorization manager, so that the authorization management information can be accessed or invoked outside the communication dispute handler, that is, the management information of the behavior authorization of the communication receiver for initiating the communication to the communication receiver from the communication initiator, which is acquired by the communication dispute handler through various ways.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization management information provided to different communication authorization managers may include authorization information from all communication authorization managers, which facilitates a communication receiver to obtain all its authorization information from one communication authorization manager.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication dispute processing method further includes: and sending the authorization information to the communication receiver.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization information is sent to the communication receiver, so that the communication receiver can master the communication authorization condition, and the communication dispute handling process is simplified.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication dispute handler may send authorization information for a particular complaint to the communication recipient according to the actual situation when the complaint is handled. For example, if there is authorization information for a communication for which a communication complaint received by the communication dispute handler is directed, the communication dispute handler may send the authorization information or a screenshot of the authorization information to the communication recipient as a secondary proof informing that the complaint is invalid.
A communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 4 from the perspective of a communication initiator.
Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the communication method performed by the communication initiator includes steps S410 and S420.
In step S410, in response to receiving a specific operation of the communication receiver, requesting a communication authorization manager to prompt the communication receiver for authorization for communication to be performed to generate authorization information, and/or querying the communication authorization manager for authorization information related to communication to be performed with the communication receiver, wherein the communication authorization manager stores and provides authorization information related to communication between the communication receiver and a communication initiator to a communication dispute handler.
In step S420, a communication with the communication receiver is initiated or not initiated according to the authorization information.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a request is made to a communication authorization manager to prompt the communication receiver to authorize communication to be performed so as to generate authorization information in response to receiving a specific operation of the communication receiver, and/or the communication authorization manager is inquired about authorization information related to communication to be performed with the communication receiver, wherein the communication authorization manager stores and provides authorization information related to communication between the communication receiver and a communication initiator to a communication dispute handler; and initiating or not initiating communication with the communication receiver according to the authorization information, so that the communication initiator can conveniently master the communication authorization condition of the target communication receiver, and disputes are avoided during communication.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the specific operation of the communication recipient may refer to an operation of a specific application on the terminal. For example, the communication receiver operates an application program such as an information application program or an online shopping application program on the mobile terminal, and the application program requests the communication authorization manager to prompt the communication receiver for authorization or requests the communication authorization manager to inquire whether authorization information of the communication receiver for communication already exists. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, since the communication authorization manager stores authorization information of the communication initiator for communication or may obtain authorization management information including authorization information provided by the communication dispute handler through a block chain or the like, the communication initiator may query the communication authorization manager for the authorization information when initiating communication to the communication receiver.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, depending on the authorization information, the communication initiator may or may not initiate communication. For example, if there is an authorization of the communication initiator to initiate a communication to the communication initiator, the communication device (communication initiator) initiates the communication. For example, if there is no authorization of the communication originator for the communication originator to initiate a communication to the communication originator, the communication device (communication originator) does not initiate a communication.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the querying, from a communication authorization manager, authorization information related to communication to be performed with the communication recipient includes: the method comprises the steps of inquiring authorization information related to communication to be conducted with a communication receiver from a communication authorization manager locally and/or inquiring authorization information related to communication to be conducted with the communication receiver through a block chain, wherein the authorization information is stored by the communication authorization manager through the block chain.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the inquiring about the authorization information related to the communication to be carried out with the communication receiver from the communication authorization manager comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of inquiring authorization information related to communication to be carried out with a communication receiver from a communication authorization manager locally and/or inquiring authorization information related to communication to be carried out with the communication receiver through a block chain, wherein the communication authorization manager stores the authorization information through the block chain, so that a communication initiator can obtain the communication authorization condition of a target communication receiver locally or through the block chain, and disputes are avoided during communication.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization information may be queried from the authorization manager, or may be queried through a block chain through a special query interface without going through the community manager. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, since both a communication initiator (an application such as an infotainment application or an online shopping application) and a client of an authorization manager may be present on a communication device, the communication authorization manager may be queried for authorization information locally at the communication device. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, since the authorization information locally stored in the communication device may be different from the actual authorization information (for example, the authorization information of the communication receiver stored by other authorization managers through the blockchain), the authorization information may be queried through the blockchain, which may ensure that the queried authorization information is accurate and may also prevent unnecessary disputes.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a communication authorization management method including:
prompting a communication receiver to confirm whether the communication initiator initiates a behavior authorization of communication to the communication receiver;
and in response to the fact that the communication receiver receives the action authorization for the communication initiator to initiate the communication to the communication receiver, storing authorization information through a block chain so that a communication dispute handler can obtain the authorization information through the block chain.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a communication receiver is prompted to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver is authorized or not; in response to receiving the confirmation of the communication receiver that the communication initiator initiates the behavior authorization of the communication receiver, the authorization information is stored through the blockchain, so that the communication dispute handler can obtain the authorization information through the blockchain, the operation of the communication receiver for receiving the communication behavior authorization of the specific communication initiator can be completed without the communication dispute handler, and the communication receiver can conveniently control the communication authorization condition. Under the condition that the authorization information is stored through the block chain, the checking whether the communication is authorized can be finished without a communication dispute processing party and/or an operator, so that the efficiency of communication dispute processing is improved, the authorization information cannot be falsified, and the calling is convenient.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the authorization information includes at least one of a contact address, a communication scenario, an authorized communication time period, and an authorized revocation time period of the communication recipient.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization information includes at least one of the contact way, the communication scene, the authorized communication time period and the authorization revocation time limit of the communication receiver, so that the communication authorization can be clearly defined, the communication dispute is favorably prevented, and the communication dispute is conveniently handled when the communication dispute occurs.
Applications of the various methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the scenarios illustrated in fig. 6.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic flow chart of a scenario of communication authorization and communication dispute handling in a communication system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, a user (communication receiver) operates an APP/application of an enterprise on a terminal, and the APP/application of the enterprise (communication initiator) wakes up an authorization process to a first communication authorizer or a second communication authorizer through an SDK (application development kit), that is, prompts the user to initiate communication authorization to the enterprise. The user may modify the authorization information at the first communication authority or at the second communication authority. The first communication authorized party or the second communication authorized party can store the obtained authorization information of the user through the block chain. In the case of obtaining authorization (information), after business processing is performed in an enterprise business flow, the APP/application program of the enterprise may initiate communication to the user by the enterprise business system, before initiating communication, the enterprise business system may further query the latest will (i.e., latest authorization information) of the user through a block chain by a special user authorization query service (which may be provided by a communication authorizer), the user authorization query service returns the user's will (i.e., latest authorization information) to the enterprise business system, and the enterprise may decide whether to initiate communication to the user by itself. The user authorization query service may maintain a record of the authorization status of industry-wide query users, maintained through a blockchain, and presented to the users. Of course, even if there is no authorization information of the user to the enterprise, the enterprise can initiate communication (voice call or short message sending) to the user, but this may cause the user to complain about the communication, and the enterprise will bear the risk of the complaining by itself. If the user complains about the communication, the communication dispute handling party accepts the complaint, and inquires about the authorization condition between the enterprise and the user through the blockchain, so as to solve the dispute. The communication dispute handling party can issue the complaints to the operator for handling. The processing performed by the communication dispute handler may refer to the content in fig. 1. The operator may also directly record authorization information of the user for communication authorization and store the authorization information through the block chain, which is not described in detail in this disclosure. The block chain mentioned in the embodiment of the present disclosure is used for data interconnection and intercommunication among parties authorized for communication and handled for communication dispute. The blockchain can be established by the communication dispute handling party and the communication authorized party.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a communication authorization apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, the communication authorization apparatus 700 includes an authorization prompt module 710 and an authorization information providing module 720.
The authorization prompt module 710 is configured to prompt the communication recipient to confirm whether the communication originator is authorized for the communication recipient to initiate the communication.
The authorization information providing module 720 is configured to, in response to receiving the confirmation by the communication recipient that the communication originator is authorized for the communication originator to initiate a communication with the communication recipient, save and provide authorization information related to the communication between the communication recipient and the communication originator to a communication dispute handler.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the authorization prompting module is configured to prompt a communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver is authorized or not; the authorization information providing module is configured to respond to the fact that the communication receiver confirms the behavior authorization for the communication initiator to initiate communication to the communication receiver, store and provide authorization information related to communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator to the communication dispute handling party, and the operation of the communication receiver for receiving the communication behavior authorization of the specific communication initiator can be completed without passing through the communication dispute handling party, so that the communication receiver can conveniently control the communication authorization condition. Under the condition of storing the authorization information, the checking whether the communication is authorized can be finished without a communication dispute processing party and/or an operator, so that the efficiency of communication dispute processing is improved.
Fig. 8 shows a block diagram of a communication dispute processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, the communication dispute processing apparatus 800 includes a first authorization information query module 810 and a sending module 820.
The first authorization information query module 810 is configured to query authorization information related to communication between a communication receiver and a communication initiator from a communication authorization manager in response to receiving a communication dispute handling request of the communication receiver for the communication initiator.
The sending module 820 is configured to send the authorization information and the communication dispute handling request to a communication carrier for the communication carrier to perform communication dispute handling.
Fig. 9 shows a block diagram of a communication device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 9, the communication apparatus 900 includes a second authorization information query module 910 and a communication execution module 920.
The second authorization information query module 910 is configured to, in response to receiving a specific operation of the communication recipient, request a communication authorization manager to prompt the communication recipient to authorize a communication to be performed to generate authorization information, and/or query the communication authorization manager for authorization information related to a communication to be performed with the communication recipient, wherein the communication authorization manager holds and provides authorization information related to a communication between the communication recipient and the communication device to a communication dispute handler.
The communication performing module 920 is configured to initiate or not initiate communication with the communication recipient according to the authorization information.
Fig. 10 shows a block diagram of a communication system utilizing an embodiment according to the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, the communication system includes a communication authorization apparatus 700, a communication dispute processing apparatus 800, and a communication apparatus 900.

Under the condition of storing the authorization information, the checking whether the communication is authorized can be finished without a communication dispute processing party and/or an operator, so that the efficiency of communication dispute processing is improved. Moreover, when the communication authorization information of the communication receiver from the communication authorization manager is acquired, dispute processing can be completed without inquiring the communication operator about the communication dispute, and the efficiency of the communication dispute processing is improved. Moreover, the communication initiator can conveniently master the communication authorization condition of the target communication receiver, and disputes are avoided during communication.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solutions described with reference to fig. 7 to 10 can be combined with the embodiments described with reference to fig. 1 to 6, so as to have the technical effects achieved by the embodiments described with reference to fig. 1 to 6. For details, reference may be made to the description above according to the rows of fig. 1 to fig. 6, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
The foregoing embodiments describe the communication authorization apparatus, the communication dispute handling apparatus and the communication apparatus structure, and in one possible design, the communication authorization apparatus, the communication dispute handling apparatus and the communication apparatus structure may be implemented as an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 11, the electronic device 1100 may include a processor 1101 and a memory 1102.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the querying, from a communication authorization manager, authorization information related to communication to be performed with the communication recipient includes:
locally querying a communication authorization manager for authorization information relating to a communication to be conducted with the communication recipient, and/or
And inquiring authorization information related to communication to be carried out with the communication receiver through a block chain, wherein the communication authorization manager stores the authorization information through the block chain.
FIG. 12 is a block diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing a method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 12, the computer system 1200 includes a processor (CPU, TPU, GPU, FPGA, etc.) 1201, which can execute various processes in the embodiments shown in the above-described figures according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. In the RAM1203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1200 are also stored. The processor 1201, the ROM1202, and the RAM1203 are connected to each other by a bus 1204. An input/output (I/O) interface 1205 is also connected to bus 1204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1207 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 1210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1208 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the methods described above with reference to the figures may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the methods of the figures. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowcharts or block diagrams may represent a module, a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units or modules described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. The units or modules described may also be provided in a processor, and the names of the units or modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the units or modules themselves.
As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiment; or it may be a separate computer readable storage medium not incorporated into the device. The computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs which are used by one or more processors to perform the methods described in the present disclosure, thereby providing technical effects brought by the methods.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is possible without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features disclosed in this disclosure having similar functions are replaced with each other to form the technical solution.
Claims (23)
1. A communication authorization management method, comprising:
prompting a communication receiver to confirm whether the communication initiator initiates a behavior authorization of communication to the communication receiver;
and in response to receiving the confirmation of the communication receiver that the communication initiator initiates the behavior authorization of the communication receiver, storing and providing authorization information related to the communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator to a communication dispute handler.
2. The method of claim 1, before prompting a communication recipient to confirm whether the communication initiator is authorized to initiate communication with the communication recipient, further comprising:
requesting authority information of the communication receiver from the communication receiver;
wherein the prompting the communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication to the communication receiver from the communication initiator is authorized comprises:
and prompting the communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating communication from the communication initiator to the communication receiver is authorized or not in response to the acquired permission information of the communication receiver.
3. The method of claim 1, the prompting a communication recipient to confirm whether a behavior of a communication originator for initiating a communication to the communication recipient is authorized, comprising:
and prompting the communication receiver to confirm whether the behavior of initiating the communication to the communication receiver is authorized or not in response to the operation of the communication receiver on the specific application program.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the maintaining and providing authorization information related to communication between the communication recipient and the communication originator to a communication dispute handler comprises:
and storing the authorization information through a block chain so that the communication dispute handling party can obtain the authorization information through the block chain.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
and acquiring the authorization management information of the communication dispute handling party to the communication receiving party.
6. The method of claim 5, the authorization management information comprising an authorization record of an authorization of the communication recipient to an action of at least one communication originator to initiate a communication to the communication recipient.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and prompting the communication receiver to modify the authorization corresponding to the authorization record in response to the selection of the authorization record by the communication receiver.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the authorization information includes at least one of a contact address, a communication scenario, an authorized communication time period, and an authorized revocation time limit of the communication receiver.
9. The method according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the prompted authorization of the communication initiator to initiate the communication with the communication receiver, which authorization needs to be confirmed by the communication receiver, includes different types of authorization according to the type of the communication receiver, wherein the different types of authorization are different in at least one of a contact address, a communication scenario, an authorized communication time period, and an authorization revocation time limit of the communication receiver.
10. A communication dispute handling method comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving a communication dispute handling request of a communication receiver for a communication initiator, inquiring authorization information related to communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator from a communication authorization manager;
and sending the authorization information and the communication dispute handling request to a communication operator for the communication operator to execute communication dispute handling.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the querying authorization information from a communication authorization manager related to the communication between the communication recipient and the communication initiator comprises:
and inquiring authorization information which is from a communication authorization management party and is related to the communication between the communication receiving party and the communication initiator through the blockchain.
12. The method of claim 10 or 11, further comprising:
and providing the authorization management information including the authorization information to the communication receiver to the communication authorization management party.
13. The method of claim 10 or 11, further comprising:
and sending the authorization information to the communication receiver.
14. A method of communication, comprising:
in response to receiving a specific operation of the communication receiver, requesting a communication authorization manager to prompt the communication receiver to authorize the communication to be performed so as to generate authorization information, and/or inquiring the communication authorization manager about authorization information about the communication to be performed with the communication receiver, wherein the communication authorization manager stores and provides authorization information about the communication between the communication receiver and a communication initiator to a communication dispute handler;
and initiating or not initiating communication with the communication receiver according to the authorization information.
15. The method of claim 14, the querying a communication authorization manager for authorization information related to a communication to be conducted with the communication recipient, comprising:
locally querying a communication authorization manager for authorization information relating to a communication to be conducted with the communication recipient, and/or
And inquiring authorization information related to communication to be carried out with the communication receiver through a block chain, wherein the communication authorization manager stores the authorization information through the block chain.
16. A communication authorization management method, comprising:
prompting a communication receiver to confirm whether the communication initiator initiates a behavior authorization of communication to the communication receiver;
and in response to the fact that the communication receiver receives the action authorization for the communication initiator to initiate the communication to the communication receiver, storing authorization information through a block chain so that a communication dispute handler can obtain the authorization information through the block chain.
17. The method of claim 16, the authorization information comprises at least one of a contact address, a communication scenario, an authorized communication time period, and an authorized revocation time period of the communication recipient.
18. A communication authorization apparatus, comprising:
the authorization prompting module is configured to prompt a communication receiver to confirm whether the communication initiator initiates the behavior authorization of communication to the communication receiver;
and the authorization information providing module is configured to respond to the received confirmation of the communication receiver that the communication initiator initiates the behavior authorization of the communication receiver, and store and provide authorization information related to the communication between the communication receiver and the communication initiator to the communication dispute handling party.
19. A communication dispute handling apparatus comprising:
a first authorization information query module configured to query authorization information related to communication between a communication receiver and a communication initiator from a communication authorization manager in response to receiving a communication dispute handling request of the communication receiver for the communication initiator;
a sending module configured to send the authorization information and the communication dispute handling request to a communication operator for the communication operator to perform communication dispute handling.
20. A communication device, comprising:
a second authorization information query module configured to, in response to receiving a specific operation of the communication receiver, request a communication authorization manager to prompt the communication receiver to authorize a communication to be performed to generate authorization information, and/or query the communication authorization manager for authorization information related to the communication to be performed with the communication receiver, wherein the communication authorization manager holds and provides authorization information related to the communication between the communication receiver and the communication device to a communication dispute handler;
a communication execution module configured to initiate or not initiate communication with the communication recipient according to the authorization information.
21. A communication system comprises a communication authorization device, a communication dispute handling device and a communication device,
wherein the communication authorization apparatus includes:
an authorization prompting module configured to prompt a communication receiver to confirm whether to authorize a behavior of the communication device to initiate a communication to the communication receiver;
an authorization information providing module configured to provide authorization information related to communication between the communication recipient and a communication device to a communication dispute handling device in response to receiving confirmation by the communication recipient of an authorization to a behavior of the communication device to initiate communication to the communication recipient,
wherein, the communication dispute handling device comprises:
a first authorization information query module configured to query authorization information related to communication between the communication receiver and the communication device from the communication authorization device in response to receiving a communication dispute handling request of the communication receiver for the communication device;
a transmission module configured to transmit the authorization information and the communication dispute handling request to a communication carrier for the communication carrier to perform communication dispute handling,
wherein the communication device comprises:
a second authorization information query module configured to request, in response to receiving a specific operation of the communication receiver, a communication authorization manager to prompt the communication receiver to authorize a communication to be performed to generate authorization information, and/or query the communication authorization manager for authorization information related to the communication to be performed with the communication receiver;
a communication execution module configured to initiate or not initiate communication with the communication recipient according to the authorization information.
22. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor; wherein,
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-17.
23. A readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, characterized in that the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method according to any of claims 1-17.
