The invention discloses a file transferring system of an electronic file, in the system, through the identity recognition of a client, a file review part divides the content of a file document into content areas and determines the standard coordinate data of each content area, a file examination part generates a file reading parameter, the unique content area of the unique page of the file document is searched by using the file reading parameter, a signature verification part extracts a plurality of instant characteristic patterns and basic characteristic patterns for verification, the file reading part is closed unsuccessfully after verification, the file reading part deletes the content area of at least one page image by using the standard coordinate data, a file output part generates a processed electronic file with an identity, the system realizes that the required file content with corresponding operable authority can be extracted by only one identity verification and signature, not only the safety and the privacy of the file content of the electronic file are protected, but also the links of the related content of the file which needs to be reserved and operated are reduced, the efficiency is improved.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
