These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, the first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, the second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present specification. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
With the continuous development of society, the right-maintaining consciousness of people is stronger, more and more people select to adopt legal means to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the people, the number of cases to be processed by a court is more and more, a large number of legal documents including appeals, judgment documents and various evidence materials such as contracts and entrusts need to be read in the processing process of each case, and the efficiency of related personnel in reading the materials is lower, so that the case processing efficiency is low.
The specification provides an auxiliary reading method for legal documents, which can help related personnel to improve reading efficiency and convenience when reading the legal documents, so that case processing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating an auxiliary reading method for legal documents according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to an electronic device with a memory and a processor, and the method can comprise the following steps:
102, after receiving an auxiliary reading request initiated by a user aiming at target content in a legal document, determining an auxiliary information type corresponding to the target content;
104, determining target auxiliary information matched with the target content from an auxiliary information base corresponding to the auxiliary information type;
and 106, displaying the target auxiliary information to the user.
The above steps are explained in detail below.
In this embodiment, the legal documents may be appeals, judgment documents, and the like, or may be other types of legal documents. When reading a legal document, a user may initiate an auxiliary reading request for target content in the legal document, where the target content may be a word, a sentence, or a paragraph in the legal document, or may also be a content module, for example, for a complaint, the content module may be "original announcement information", "fact and reason", and the like. The user may actively select the target content to initiate the reading assistance request, or the user may automatically think that the user initiates the reading assistance request based on the content after the mouse cursor of the user moves to the content and stays for a period of time, which is not particularly limited.
After receiving an auxiliary reading request initiated by a user for the target content, the type of the auxiliary information corresponding to the target content can be determined. The type of auxiliary information may be a law, an evidence document, or also other legal documents, such as legal documents involved in case handling, etc.
In one example, the legal instrument may be in a fixed format, containing a specified number of content modules. For example, for a complaint, it usually includes several content modules, such as "original information", "reported information", "litigation request", "fact and reason". For the judgment, several content modules, namely, the "original information", the "reported information", the "answer and comment module", the "factual identification module" and the "judgment result module" are usually included. The corresponding type of the supplementary information may be preset for each content module. Of course, the content modules are merely exemplary illustrations, for example, for the decision books, the decision books of different courts may be different, and the corresponding content modules may be determined according to actual situations, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
For example, for a content module of "source information", the corresponding type of auxiliary information may be an evidence file, and if the target content specified by the user belongs to the "source information", a relevant evidence file, such as an identity card photo of a source, is presented to the user.
For another example, for a content module of "fact and reason", the corresponding type of auxiliary information may be a french, and if the target content specified by the user belongs to "fact and reason", the user will present the related french.
It should be noted that, although the legal documents including the designated content module and the fixed format are used as examples in this example, the method described in this application may also be applied to other legal documents without a fixed format, and is not limited to this.
In another example, key information corresponding to each auxiliary information type may also be preset, for example, for the auxiliary information type of the evidence file, several key information may be set, such as: and key information such as name, identification card number, contract code, evidence file name and the like. For another example, for the auxiliary information type of the french law, several pieces of key information such as: title of the French title, keyword of the French title.
Whether key information corresponding to a preset auxiliary information type exists in target content designated by a user can be judged, and if yes, the auxiliary information type corresponding to the key information can be determined as the auxiliary information type corresponding to the target content.
In this embodiment, an auxiliary information base corresponding to each auxiliary information type may be constructed in advance, for example, when the auxiliary information type is a law, the corresponding auxiliary information base may be a law bank, and the law bank may be offline or updated in real time; for another example, when the type of the auxiliary information is an evidence file, an evidence folder may be created for each case, and all evidence files related to the case may be stored in the evidence folder.
After the auxiliary information type to which the target content belongs is determined, the target auxiliary information matching the target content can be determined from the auxiliary information base corresponding to the type, and then the target auxiliary information can be displayed to the user. The target auxiliary information may be a picture, an electronic file in PDF format, etc., and the type and format of the target auxiliary information are not particularly limited in this embodiment. The specific method will be described in detail in the examples below.
As can be seen from the above description, in an embodiment of the present application, after receiving an auxiliary reading request initiated by a user for a legal document, an auxiliary information type corresponding to target content may be determined, then target auxiliary information matching the target content is determined from an auxiliary information library corresponding to the type, and then the target auxiliary information is displayed to the user. By adopting the method, the auxiliary reading information can be displayed for the user according to the requirement of the user when the user reads the legal document so as to assist the user to quickly know other information related to the current content, and if the user displays related legal provisions or evidence files, the user does not need to manually search the related legal provisions or evidence files, so that the reading efficiency can be greatly improved, the case processing efficiency can be improved for the user, and the convenience can be improved.
The following describes another embodiment of an auxiliary reading method for legal documents provided in this specification, with auxiliary information as an evidence document and a law article as examples.
First, evidence file
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating another method for reading an assistive legal document according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method may comprise the steps of:
In this embodiment, legal documents can be presented to the user. The user can initiate an auxiliary reading request for target content in the legal document, wherein the target content can be a word, a sentence, a paragraph in the legal document or a content module in the legal document. And the manner of initiating the reading assistance request may also be varied.
Referring to fig. 3, as shown in the mode 1 in fig. 3, a user may click on an area corresponding to a content module of "original report information" to initiate an auxiliary reading request for text content corresponding to the content module of original report information; alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, in mode 2, the user actively selects the target content in the legal document: the infringement work information network propagates disputes so as to initiate an auxiliary reading request aiming at the target content. Of course, the example shown in fig. 3 is merely an exemplary illustration, and in practical cases, the reading assistance request may be initiated in other manners, and the embodiment is not described herein.
In this embodiment, after initiating an auxiliary reading request for the target content, the user may determine an auxiliary information type corresponding to the target content.
Specifically, the key information corresponding to each type of auxiliary information may be preset, for example, for the auxiliary information type of the evidence document, an identification number, a name or a name, an address, and a name of the evidence document (such as a contract name, a collection record table, and the like) may be set, whether one or more pieces of key information exist in the target content may be determined, and if so, the auxiliary information type corresponding to the key information may be determined as the auxiliary information type corresponding to the target content.
Still referring to fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the target content selected by the user in the method 1 is document content corresponding to the content module "original report information", it may be determined that key information, such as an identity card number, an original report name, and an address, exists in the target content, and it may be determined that the type of the auxiliary information corresponding to the target content is an evidence file.
Of course, in addition to the above method, an auxiliary information type corresponding to each content module may also be preset, for example, the auxiliary information type corresponding to the content module, which is "original report information", is an evidence file. Then, a content module to which the target content specified by the user belongs may be determined, and then the auxiliary information type corresponding to the content module may be used as the auxiliary information type corresponding to the target content.
The following description will be made by taking the type of auxiliary information corresponding to the target content as an evidence file.
And 204, when the type of the auxiliary information is an evidence file, extracting evidence information from the target content.
In this embodiment, the evidence information may be extracted from the target content. The evidence information can be preset according to common evidence types in the judicial field, for example, common evidence comprises an identity card photo, a contract document, a consignment book, a collection record and the like, and the evidence information such as an identity card number, a name and a name of an evidence document can be determined according to the common evidence. The evidence information may be the same as or different from the key information part in the foregoing embodiment.
Of course, in other embodiments, the evidence information may be extracted not only from the target content, but also from all document contents included in the content module to which the target content belongs, for example, and this is not particularly limited. The method for extracting the evidence information from the document content of the legal document may refer to the related art, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
And 208, determining a target evidence file matched with the evidence information from the evidence folder corresponding to the case.
In this embodiment, a plurality of case folders may be preset, and each case folder includes related materials related to the case, such as a complaint, a decision, a filing document, an evidence material, and the like. And the materials can be divided to be classified into corresponding secondary folders or tertiary folders respectively, for example, all evidence files can be placed in one secondary folder (hereinafter referred to as evidence folder).
When a user is reading a legal document, the case to which the legal document belongs can be determined according to the case folder to which the legal document belongs, and then a target evidence file matching evidence information is determined from the evidence folder of the case, so that the target evidence is used as target auxiliary information.
In this embodiment, the matched target evidence may be determined according to a preset rule.
In one example, the matching target evidence can be determined according to a preset matching relationship between the evidence information and the evidence file.
For example, for the evidence information such as the identification card number, name, address, etc., the matched evidence file can be specified as an identification card photo. The identification card photo in the evidence folder may be used as the target evidence file.
Preferably, the identification card photo in the evidence folder may also be analyzed, for example, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology is adopted to extract the identification card number from the photo, whether the identification card number is consistent with the identification card number extracted from the target content is judged, and if so, the identification card photo is taken as the target evidence file.
In another example, the evidence information may also be matched against the name of the evidence file to determine the matching target evidence.
For example, if the evidence information is "collection record", it may be determined whether an evidence file named "collection record" exists in the evidence folder, and if so, the evidence file may be used as the target evidence file.
Of course, besides the above method, other methods may also be used to determine the matched evidence file, and this embodiment is not illustrated here.
In one example, the target evidence file may be presented to the user in a floating form.
Referring to fig. 4, assuming that a mouse cursor of a user moves to a content module of "original information", it may be determined that the user has initiated an auxiliary reading request for the document content corresponding to the content module, and then it may be determined that the target evidence file is an id card photo, and the target evidence file may be presented on a page in a floating manner. If the mouse cursor of the user is removed from the content module of the 'original information', the user can be considered to be no longer in need of reading assistance, and the target evidence file can be no longer displayed.
In another example, the target evidence document may also be presented to the user in a designated area of the page where the legal instrument is located.
Referring to fig. 5, there may be two areas in the page, where the left area is used to display legal documents and the right area is used to display auxiliary information. Assuming that the user still initiates an auxiliary reading request for the document content corresponding to the content module of "original information", and determines that the target evidence file is an identity card photo, the identity card photo may be displayed in the area on the right side of fig. 5.
In addition, other evidence documents related to the case to which the legal document belongs, such as collection records and contracts shown in fig. 5, can be displayed in the right area. Then, after the user browses the target evidence file, if the user wants to browse other evidence files, the user can click on the evidence files to browse the detailed information of the evidence files.
By adopting the method shown in the embodiment, the auxiliary information can be displayed in the designated area of the page, and the auxiliary information can not shield the content of the legal document, so that the method is convenient for helping a user to compare and check the legal document and the auxiliary information, improves the reading efficiency and improves the user experience.
This completes the description of the embodiment in which the type of the auxiliary information is an evidence file.
As can be seen from the above description, in an embodiment of the present application, after a user initiates an auxiliary reading request for a target content, if it is determined that a recommended information type corresponding to the target content is an evidence file, the evidence file matching the target content can be automatically determined and displayed to the user, and the user does not need to search for the corresponding evidence file, so that the reading efficiency can be greatly improved, the case processing efficiency can be improved, and the user experience can also be improved.
Second, French fries
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flow chart illustrating another method for reading assistance with legal documents according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method may comprise the steps of:
In this embodiment, the specific method of step 602 may refer to the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again. Assume that the type of the auxiliary information determined in this embodiment is a french.
And step 604, when the type of the auxiliary information is a law, inputting the specified content in the legal document into a law sentence recommendation model to obtain a plurality of target laws.
In this embodiment, the specified content may be target content specified by the user, or may be document content corresponding to a content module to which the target content belongs, or may be all content in a legal document. After the contents are input into the law sentence recommendation model, a plurality of target law sentences recommended by the model can be obtained. The legal documents are classified into a plurality of legal documents, and the legal documents are classified into a plurality of legal documents and a target legal document. Specifically, reference may be made to related technologies, and the structure and the type of the law enforcement recommendation model are not particularly limited in this embodiment.
The law strip recommendation model can predict a plurality of target law strips and predict the prediction score corresponding to each target law strip, and the prediction score can represent the matching degree between the target law strips and the specified content of the input model.
In other embodiments, in addition to the above method, the french information may be extracted from the target content specified by the user, and then a plurality of target french items matching the french information are searched from the french library. The title information may be title of title, and keyword of title. For example, if the target content may have "marital" legal information, the corresponding target legal item may be a legal item related to the marital law.
And 606, sequencing the target French styles.
In this embodiment, the target law rules may be sorted according to their matching degrees. For example, the target laws may be ranked according to the prediction scores of the target laws output by the law recommendation model. For example, a french recommendation model might output: target act 1, score 0.7; target act 2, score 0.2; target act 3, score 0.1. The score represents the degree of match between the target french and the input data of the input model. The order may be in the order of target french 1, 2, 3.
In other embodiments, if the target law is determined by extracting the law information from the target content, other methods may be used to sort the target law.
For example, the legal documents can be sorted according to the appearance sequence of the corresponding legal information of the target legal provision in the legal document.
For example, assume that the user-specified target content includes: 'three Zhang and four Li marriage, the money and money of the four Li are deceived by 2 ten thousand yuan'. The information of the law rules can be extracted as 'marriage' and 'fraud'. Wherein, the 'marriage' can correspond to a target law: marital law related laws, "fraud" may correspond to a target law as: fraud in criminal law. It is understood that the information of the act of "marriage" appears earlier in the target content than "fraud", and the order of the related acts of the marital act precedes the act of fraud.
For another example, the legal documents may be sorted according to the frequency of occurrence of the corresponding target law information in the legal document.
For example, assume that the user-specified target content includes: "Zhang Sansui cheats the money of Li Si 2 ten thousand yuan after Zhang Sanhe and Li Si marries, during the marriage period". The information of the law rules can be extracted as 'marriage' and 'fraud'. Wherein, the 'marriage' can correspond to a target law: marital law related laws, "fraud" may correspond to a target law as: fraud in criminal law. It is known that the information of the law of "marriage" appears twice in the target content, and the information of the law of "fraud" appears once in the target content, and the frequency of occurrence of "marriage" is higher than that of "fraud", and the ranking order of the related laws of the marriage law is prior to that of the fraud.
Of course, the above example is merely an exemplary illustration, and in practical applications, other methods may be used to sort the target law or may be combined with the above methods to sort the target law.
And 608, displaying the sorted target legal items to the user.
In this embodiment, the sorted target french may be displayed to the user. The legal document can be displayed in a suspension mode or at a designated position of a page where the legal document is located, and specific reference can be made to the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again. Referring to fig. 7, a plurality of target french items may be displayed as shown in fig. 7, where the french item ranked at the front end is displayed, and the french item ranked at the back end is displayed.
Furthermore, the target content specified by the user and the matched characters, words or sentences in the target french sentence may be indicated, for example, by highlighting, or may be displayed in bold font (not shown). Still taking the above example as an example, two words, that is, "marital" in the target content and "marital" in the target french fries, may be displayed in a highlight color, and the user may clearly know which content in the target content matches the target french fries, which may improve user experience.
In this embodiment, if a user wants to view detailed information of a certain target law, a detailed information viewing request may be initiated for the target law. For example, a detailed information view button corresponding to the target french may be clicked to initiate the instruction. After receiving the instruction, the detailed information of the target law bar can be displayed to the user.
This completes the description of the embodiment in which the type of the auxiliary information is french.
As can be seen from the above description, in an embodiment of the present application, after a user initiates an auxiliary reading request for a target content, if it is determined that a recommended information type corresponding to the target content is a legal provision, a plurality of target legal provisions matching the target content may be automatically determined, and the target legal provisions may also be sorted, and then the sorted target legal provisions are displayed to the user, so that when the user faces a relevant legal document, the user does not need to manually search for the corresponding legal provision, which may greatly improve reading efficiency, thereby improving case processing efficiency, and also may improve user experience.
In correspondence with the foregoing embodiments of the reading aid method for legal documents, the present specification also provides embodiments of a reading aid device for legal documents.
The embodiment of the auxiliary reading device of the legal document can be applied to the server. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. Taking a software implementation as an example, as a logical device, the device is formed by reading, by a processor of the electronic device where the device is located, a corresponding computer program instruction in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation. From a hardware aspect, as shown in fig. 8, the hardware structure diagram of the electronic device where the auxiliary reading device of the legal document of this specification is located is shown, except for the processor, the memory, the network interface, and the nonvolatile memory shown in fig. 8, the electronic device where the device is located in the embodiment may also include other hardware according to the actual function of the electronic device, which is not described again.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of an assistive reading device for legal documents shown in an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 9, the auxiliary reading device for legal documents can be applied to the electronic device shown in fig. 8, which includes: a receiving unit 910, a determining unit 920, a sorting unit 930, a presenting unit 940, and a responding unit 950.
