Abstract

本发明是一种磁性物的分选富集方法及其实施设备。它解决了已有磁性物分选方法中不易清除磁性物中的连生体杂质导致分选率低的问题。该方法是在尽量均匀设置的磁场中,将入选磁性物磁化连接成平行于磁力线的链状磁聚体,同时用尽量平行于磁力线设置的筛面将未磁化的分散颗粒杂质筛除。它的有益效果是能够十分有效的清除磁性产品中的连生体杂质,并可分选粒度范围很宽的物料。从而提高了产量和质量、并降低了能耗和成本。

Description

磁场筛选法及其设备
本发明是一种磁性物的分选富集方法及其实施设备。
目前广泛使用的磁选方法都是靠非均匀磁场中磁场力对磁性物的直接吸引捕集磁性物。该方法的特点是磁性物回收率高,但磁性产品中容易夹杂非磁性物,更难清除其中磁性物与非磁性物的连生体。为了克服单一磁选方法的缺点,与本发明最接近的方法是本申请人于1985年5月10日申请的利用磁团聚重选法的发明专利“磁团聚重选分选机”(专利号:851034578,公告日1988年2月24日)。该方法是在分散的弱磁场中,靠磁性物磁化团聚以加快其在介质中的重力沉降速度,而在剪切上升水流中与分散的非磁性和弱磁性物(主要为含磁性物连生体)进行分选。它能十分有效地从入选物料中清除沉降速度小于磁聚体沉降速度的较细粒级杂质,但对于这一分选界线以上的较粗粒级杂质则尚不能排除。
本发明的目的是要在利用微弱均匀磁场进行磁性物分选时,设法消除上升水速度对所能排除杂质粒度大小的限制,从而扩大入选物料中可分选粒级的范围,进一步提高分选效率。
本发明的方法是:
1、首先在尽量均匀设置的磁场中将入选磁性物磁化成链状磁聚体;
2、与此同时用设置在磁场中的筛子将未磁化的分散杂质颗粒筛除。
为实施本发明方法而设计的设备是:将分选筛子设置在两等场强异性磁极之间,筛面尽量平行于两磁极间形成的磁力线,筛孔孔径或筛缝宽度要能允许入筛物料中最大单颗粒自由筛过,筛面上的最低磁场强度要能使入筛磁性颗粒磁化连接成长度大于筛孔孔径或筛缝宽度的链状磁聚体,使之难于过筛。
本发明可以用液体(一般是水)、也可以用气体(一般是空气)作为分选介质;可以将多片筛面在多个磁极之间连接成筛组,也可以将多片筛面在两磁极之间重叠成筛组。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本方法及其设备,即使微弱磁化形成的链状磁聚体,其链长也很容易超过入筛物料中最大单颗粒置径的许多倍,远远大于上述同样磁聚体与单颗粒脉石沉降速度的差异,所以可以比磁团聚重选法有效分选粒度范围更宽的物料,进一步提高分选效率。

实现本发明的最好方式如下:
如附图1所示:物料由给矿口1给入,被磁极2磁化的磁性物成链状磁聚体在下沉时被筛面3阻拦而沿筛面下滑入精矿槽4,不能磁化的分散单颗粒在下沉时透过比颗粒尺寸大的筛孔落入尾矿槽5。
如附图2所示:物料由给矿口1给入,不被磁极2磁化的分散单颗粒随介质流透过比颗粒尺寸大的筛孔从尾矿槽5流出,被磁化的磁性物成链状磁聚体被筛面3阻拦而沿筛面下沉入精矿槽4。

Claims (6)

1、一种磁性物的分选富集方法,其特征是:在尽量均匀设置的磁场中将入选磁性物磁化成链状磁聚体,同时用设置在磁场中的筛子将未磁化的分散杂质颗粒筛除。
2、一种施实权利要求1方法的筛选设备,其特征是:将筛子设在两等场强异性磁极之间,筛面尽量平行于两磁极间形成的磁力线。
3、根据权利要求2所述的筛选设备,其特征是:多个筛面在多个磁极之间横向联接成筛组。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的筛选设备,其特征是:多个筛面在两个磁极之间重叠成筛组。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的方法或设备,其特征是:分选介质是液体(湿式)。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的方法或设备,其特征是:分选介质是气体(干式)。
