Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an embedded AC/DC power supply system.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an embedded alternating current-direct current power supply system comprises a power supply box with a box body and an upper cover plate, wherein the box body is detachably connected with the upper cover plate, a power distribution unit, a wiring unit and a controller are arranged on the box body, the power distribution unit is arranged on a front cover plate of the box body, the wiring unit is arranged on a rear cover plate of the box body, and the controller is arranged in the box body; and a partition plate is further arranged in the box body, and the controller is isolated from the power distribution unit through the partition plate.
It should be noted that the wiring unit includes a power interface and a plurality of electrical apparatus interfaces, one end of the power interface and one end of the electrical apparatus interface are located on the inner side of the rear cover plate, and the other end of the power interface and the electrical apparatus interface are exposed on the outer side of the rear cover plate.
It should be noted that the electrical device interface includes a display interface, a lighting lamp interface, an air conditioner interface, a fan interface and a UPS interface, which are electrically connected to the power source interface, and the display interface, the lighting lamp interface, the air conditioner interface, the fan interface and the UPS interface are respectively electrically connected to the power distribution unit.
The power distribution unit comprises a lightning protection device and a plurality of circuit breakers, wherein one ends of the lightning protection device and the circuit breakers are positioned at the inner side of the front cover plate, and the other ends of the lightning protection device and the circuit breakers are exposed out of the outer side of the front cover plate; the plurality of circuit breakers are electrically connected with the display interface, the illuminating lamp interface, the air conditioner interface, the fan interface and the UPS interface respectively.
It should be noted that an aluminum bar is further arranged in the box body, and the power distribution unit and the wiring unit are electrically connected through the aluminum bar.
It should be noted that, an indicator light is further disposed on the front cover plate, and the indicator light is electrically connected to the wiring unit.
The outer surface of the front cover plate is connected with a handle; the outer surface of the side plate of the box body is connected with a side lug.
It should be noted that the side plate is provided with a plurality of air holes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: place controller, distribution unit and wiring unit in the box of one deck, the controller passes through the division board and keeps apart with the distribution unit, not only makes controller and wiring unit do not occupy too big space, can also make the operation part of distribution unit and wiring unit expose, and the person of facilitating the use operates and maintains.

The embodiment provides an embedded alternating current and direct current power supply system, as shown in fig. 1-5, which includes a power supply box having a box body 1 and an upper cover plate 2, wherein the box body 1 is detachably connected to the upper cover plate 2; the box body 1 is provided with a power distribution unit 3, a wiring unit 4 and a controller 5, the power distribution unit 3 is arranged on a front cover plate 11 of the box body 1, the wiring unit 4 is arranged on a rear cover plate 12 of the box body 1, and the controller 5 is arranged inside the box body 1; a partition plate 9 is further arranged in the box body 1, and the controller 5 is isolated from the power distribution unit 3 through the partition plate 9; the power distribution unit 3 is electrically connected with the wiring unit 4.
The upper cover plate can be detached from the box body, so that the maintenance is convenient during later use; the controller, the power distribution unit and the wiring unit are placed in a box body on one layer, and the controller is isolated from the power distribution unit through an isolation plate, so that the controller and the wiring unit do not occupy too large space, and the operation parts of the power distribution unit and the wiring unit can be exposed, thereby facilitating the operation and maintenance of a user; the wiring unit is used for connecting an external circuit, and the power distribution unit is used for protecting the circuit. It should be noted that the controller is a relay board.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the wiring unit 4 includes a power interface 41 and a plurality of electrical interfaces 42, one end of each of the power interface 41 and the electrical interfaces 42 is located on the inner side of the rear cover plate 12, and the other end is exposed on the outer side of the rear cover plate 12; the power interface 41 and the electrical interface 42 are electrically connected to the power distribution unit 3, respectively. It should be noted that the power interface is used for connecting an external power source, the electrical apparatus interface is used for electrically connecting with an electrical apparatus, and the power interface and the electrical apparatus interface are specifically a plurality of wiring terminals.
In this embodiment, the electrical interface includes a display interface, an illumination lamp interface, an air conditioner interface, a fan interface and a UPS interface electrically connected to the power source interface, and the display interface, the illumination lamp interface, the air conditioner interface, the fan interface and the UPS interface are electrically connected to the wiring unit respectively. It should be noted that the UPS interface (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is an Uninterruptible Power Supply interface.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the power distribution unit 3 includes a lightning arrester 31 and a plurality of circuit breakers 32, one end of the lightning arrester 31 and one end of each of the circuit breakers 32 are located at the inner side of the front cover plate 11, and the other end of each of the lightning arrester 31 and the circuit breakers 32 is exposed at the outer side of the front cover plate 11; the plurality of circuit breakers 32 are electrically connected to the display interface, the lighting lamp interface, the air conditioner interface, the fan interface and the UPS interface, respectively. The circuit breaker is specifically an air circuit breaker, also called an air switch, and can be automatically disconnected if the current in the circuit exceeds the rated current; the lightning protection device is used to protect a protected system from damage from impacts.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an aluminum bar 6 is further disposed in the box body 1, and the power distribution unit 3 and the wiring unit 4 are electrically connected through the aluminum bar 6. The aluminum bar is used as an intermediate connecting piece to assist in completing electrical connection between the power distribution unit and the wiring unit.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, an indicator light 7 is further disposed on the front cover plate 11, and the indicator light 7 is electrically connected to the wiring unit 4. The indicator light is used for indicating the running condition.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, a handle 8 is connected to an outer surface of the front cover plate 11; the outer surface of the side plate 13 of the box body 11 is connected with a side lug 10. In the structure, the handle is used for providing an acting point for a user when the power box is moved,
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the side plate 13 is provided with a plurality of air holes 133. When the power box works, certain heat can be generated, and the air holes can help heat dissipation.
When the user uses embedded AC/DC power supply system, power source is used for connecting external power source, electrical apparatus interface is used for with external electrical apparatus electric connection, aluminum plate is used for the aluminium row is used for carrying out electric connection between above-mentioned air switch and other parts.
