Furthermore, a plurality of sieve holes are uniformly formed in the side wall of the centrifugal filter core cylinder 2-3, and the outer wall of the centrifugal filter core cylinder 2-3 is wrapped by a filter membrane.
Further, a disinfectant concentration measuring device is arranged on the filtered water outlet pipe 8.
The working process and principle of the invention are as follows:
when the wastewater is circularly treated, opening a flow control valve on the sewage inlet pipe 7 and a flow control valve on a connecting water pipe between the second three-way valve 9 and a water inlet II 3-5 of the adsorption filtering device 3; closing the flow control valve on the connecting water pipe between the first three-way valve 2-9 and the water inlet I3-4 of the adsorption filtering device 3 and the flow control valve on the connecting water pipe between the second three-way valve 9 and the water outlet 4-2 of the water storage tank 4; starting a high-pressure pump on the sewage inlet pipe 7, a high-pressure pump on a connecting water pipe between a water outlet channel 2-8 of the centrifugal filter device 2 and a second three-way valve 9, and a high-pressure pump on a connecting water pipe between the disinfectant outlet and a third three-way valve;
waste water of the bathing pool and the swimming pool flows into the water circulation treatment device through the sewage inlet pipe 7 and then enters the outer tank 2-2 of the centrifugal filter device 2 through the water inlet 2-4 of the centrifugal filter device; the primary filter water entering the outer tank 2-2 of the centrifugal filter device 2 is subjected to secondary filtration by a centrifugal filter element cylinder 2-3, then enters the centrifugal filter element cylinder 2-3, then flows out of a water outlet channel 2-8, enters the adsorption filter device 3 through a water inlet II 3-5, is subjected to tertiary filtration by a filter membrane bag 3-2 and a plurality of filter materials 3-3 of the adsorption filter device 3, the filtered circulating water is discharged from a water outlet 3-7, then is mixed with disinfectant prepared by a disinfection device 5 in a filtered water outlet pipe 8, and flows out after disinfection treatment;
detecting the pressure value in the centrifugal filter device 2 through a pressure detection device 2-5, performing back washing operation when the pressure value reaches a limited parameter, and opening a flow control valve on a connecting water pipe between the first three-way valve 2-9 and a water inlet I3-4 of the adsorption filter device 3 and a flow control valve on a connecting water pipe between the second three-way valve 9 and a water outlet 4-2 of the water storage tank 4; closing the flow control valve on the sewage inlet pipe 7 and the flow control valve on the connecting water pipe between the second three-way valve 9 and the water inlet II 3-5 of the adsorption filtering device 3; starting a high-pressure pump on a connecting water pipe between the water outlet end of the water outlet channel 2-8 of the centrifugal filter device 2 and one horizontal interface of a second three-way valve 9;
circulating water in a water storage tank 4 flows out from a water outlet 4-2 of the water storage tank, enters an inner cavity of a centrifugal filter core cylinder 2-3 through a water outlet channel 2-8 of a centrifugal filter device 2, starts a motor 2-1, the motor 2-1 drives the centrifugal filter core cylinder 2-3 to centrifugally rotate through a rotating shaft 2-7, impurities on the centrifugal filter core cylinder 2-3 are washed to an outer tank 2-2, then flows out from a water inlet 2-4 of the centrifugal filter device arranged at the bottom of the outer tank 2-2, then enters an adsorption filter device 3 through a water inlet two 3-5, is subjected to three-stage filtration by a filter membrane bag 3-2 and a plurality of filter materials 3-3 of the adsorption filter device 3, the filtered circulating water is discharged from the water outlet 3-7 and then is mixed with disinfectant prepared by a disinfection device 5 in a filtered water outlet pipe 8, flows out after the disinfection treatment.
During maintenance, the filter mesh bags 1-7, the filter membrane bags 3-2 and the filter materials 3-3 can be replaced and cleaned regularly according to actual needs.
Claims (5)
1. A bathing water circulation disinfection processing apparatus which is characterized in that: comprises a shell (1), a plurality of groups of centrifugal filtering devices (2), an adsorption filtering device (3), a water replenishing tank (4), a disinfecting device (5), a second three-way valve (9), a third three-way valve (6), a sewage inlet pipe (7), a filtered water outlet pipe (8) and a plurality of connecting water pipes, wherein the groups of centrifugal filtering devices, the adsorption filtering device, the water replenishing tank, the disinfecting device, the second three-way valve (9), the third three-way valve (;
a water inlet pipe through hole (1-1) is formed in the side wall of one side of the shell (1), and a water outlet pipe through hole (1-2) is formed in the side wall of the other side of the shell (1);
the centrifugal filter device (2) comprises a motor (2-1), an outer tank (2-2), a centrifugal filter core cylinder (2-3) and a first three-way valve (2-9); a water inlet (2-4) of a centrifugal filtering device is arranged at the bottom of the outer tank (2-2), a pressure detection device (2-5) is arranged in the outer tank (2-2), the outer tank (2-2) is horizontally arranged, and a group of bearing seats (2-6) are symmetrically arranged at corresponding positions on the left side wall and the right side wall of the outer tank; the centrifugal filter element cylinder (2-3) is horizontally arranged in the inner cavity of the outer tank (2-2), and two ends of the centrifugal filter element cylinder are respectively installed in bearing seats (2-6) on the left side wall and the right side wall of the outer tank (2-2) through rotating shafts (2-7); the motor (2-1) is arranged on one side of the outer part of the outer tank (2-2), an output shaft of the motor (2-1) is connected with an extending end of a rotating shaft (2-7) at one end of the centrifugal filter core cylinder (2-3), and a water outlet channel (2-8) communicated with the inner cavity of the centrifugal filter core cylinder (2-3) is arranged in the rotating shaft (2-7) at the other end of the centrifugal filter core cylinder (2-3);
the adsorption and filtration device (3) comprises an adsorption filter cylinder (3-1) with an open top, a cover body (3-6) is arranged at the open top of the adsorption filter cylinder (3-1), a filter membrane bag (3-2) with an open top is sleeved in the adsorption filter cylinder (3-1), a plurality of filter materials (3-3) are arranged between the filter membrane bag (3-2) and the bottom surface of the adsorption filter cylinder (3-1), a first water inlet (3-4) and a second water inlet (3-5) are arranged on the cover body (3-6), and a water outlet (3-7) is arranged on the bottom surface of the adsorption filter cylinder (3-1);
the upper part of the side wall of one side of the water storage tank (4) is provided with a water storage tank inlet (4-1), and the lower part is provided with a water storage tank outlet (4-2);
one end of the sewage inlet pipe (7) penetrates through the water inlet pipe through hole (1-1) and then enters the inner cavity of the shell (1) and is respectively connected with one horizontal interface of a first three-way valve (2-9) of the centrifugal filtering devices (2), the other horizontal interface of the first three-way valve (2-9) is connected with a first water inlet (3-4) of the adsorption filtering device (3) through a connecting water pipe, and a vertical interface of the first three-way valve (2-9) is connected with a water inlet (2-4) of the centrifugal filtering device (2); a water outlet channel (2-8) of the centrifugal filter device (2) is connected with one horizontal interface of a second three-way valve (9) through a connecting water pipe, the other horizontal interface of the second three-way valve (9) is connected with a water outlet (4-2) of the water storage tank (4) through a connecting water pipe, and a vertical interface of the second three-way valve (9) is connected with a water inlet II (3-5) of the adsorption filter device (3) through a connecting water pipe; a water outlet (3-7) of the adsorption filtering device (3) is connected with one horizontal interface of a third three-way valve (6) through a connecting water pipe, the other horizontal interface of the third three-way valve (6) is connected with one end of a filtered water outlet pipe (8), and a vertical interface of the third three-way valve (6) is connected with the disinfecting device (5) through a connecting water pipe; the other end of the filtered water outlet pipe (8) penetrates through the outlet pipe through hole (1-2) and then extends out of the shell (1);
flow control valves are arranged on the sewage inlet pipe (7), a connecting water pipe between the first three-way valve (2-9) and a water inlet I (3-4) of the adsorption filtering device (3), a connecting water pipe between the second three-way valve (9) and a water outlet (4-2) of the water storage tank (4), and a connecting water pipe between the second three-way valve (9) and a water inlet II (3-5) of the adsorption filtering device (3);
and high-pressure water pumps are arranged on the sewage inlet pipe (7), the connecting water pipe between the water outlet channel (2-8) of the centrifugal filtering device (2) and the second three-way valve (9), and the connecting water pipe between the disinfectant outlet and the third three-way valve.
2. The circulating disinfection treatment device for bath water according to claim 1, characterized in that: the filter material (3-3) is one or more of zeolite, medical stone and active carbon.

The circulating disinfection treatment device for bath water according to claim 1, characterized in that: a disinfectant preparation tank (5-1), a sodium hypochlorite solution storage tank (5-2) and an edible organic acid storage tank (5-3) are arranged in the disinfection device (5), a stirrer (5-4) is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the disinfectant preparation tank (5-1), and a disinfectant outlet is formed in the side wall of the disinfectant preparation tank (5-1); the sodium hypochlorite solution storage tank (5-2) and the edible organic acid storage tank (5-3) are respectively communicated with the disinfectant preparation tank (5-1) through connecting pipelines; and circulating pumps (5-5) and disinfectant flow control valves (5-6) are arranged on connecting pipelines among the sodium hypochlorite solution storage tank (5-2), the edible organic acid storage tank (5-3) and the disinfectant preparation tank (5-1).

The circulating disinfection treatment device for bath water according to claim 1, characterized in that: the side wall of the centrifugal filter core cylinder (2-3) is uniformly provided with a plurality of sieve pores, and the outer wall of the centrifugal filter core cylinder (2-3) is wrapped with a filter membrane.
5. The circulating disinfection treatment device for bath water according to claim 1, characterized in that: and a disinfectant concentration measuring device is arranged on the filtered water outlet pipe (8).
