Therefore, a cleaning chamber and a full-automatic hand washer are needed to be provided for solving the technical problem that the existing cleaning equipment is too irritating in cleaning mode and is not suitable for cleaning human bodies.
A cleaning chamber comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and a fixed base; the inner cylinder is provided with a first opening end and a first closed end, the outer cylinder is provided with a second opening end and a second closed end, the inner cylinder is sleeved inside the outer cylinder, the outside of the first closed end is correspondingly matched with the inside of the second closed end, and the outside of the second closed end is rotatably connected with the fixed base;

A full-automatic hand washer comprises at least one cleaning chamber.
The cleaning chamber is sleeved inside the outer barrel through the inner barrel, the outer barrel is rotatably connected to the fixed base to form a rotatable double-layer sleeve cleaning chamber, cleaning fluid is atomized through the outer fluid pipeline, the inner fluid pipeline, the fluid containing cavity and the plurality of nozzles, and the cleaning fluid enters the inner barrel to clean objects in the inner barrel. The cleaning fluid enters the inner fluid guide pipe through the outer fluid guide pipe, a sealing element is arranged between the outer fluid guide pipe and the inner fluid guide pipe, and the sealing element can prevent the fluid from leaking from the bearing; when the fluid containing cavity is filled with fluid, the fluid for cleaning is atomized by the nozzles arranged on the side wall and the bottom wall of the inner cylinder and enters the inner part of the inner cylinder for cleaning; the sewage that produces after the cleaning passes through a plurality of outlet discharges to the outside of urceolus, and single outlet edge is provided with the surrounding edge, and a plurality of surrounding edges can avoid corresponding the outlet exhaust sewage and the cross contamination that the fluid contact caused of cleaning. The full-automatic hand washer is provided with at least one cleaning chamber, and during actual application, cleaning fluid is atomized and rotationally sprayed to the surface of a hand to be cleaned by the cleaning chamber, so that the purposes of mildness, omnibearing and multi-angle cleaning are achieved.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a cleaning chamber 1, wherein the cleaning chamber 1 comprises an inner cylinder 11, an outer cylinder 12 and a fixed base 13. The inner cylinder 11 has a first opening end 111 and a first closing end 112, the outer cylinder 12 has a second opening end 121 and a second closing end 122, the inner cylinder 11 is sleeved inside the outer cylinder 12, the outside of the first closing end 112 is correspondingly matched with the inside of the second closing end 122, and the outside of the second closing end 122 is rotatably connected with the fixed base 13. The cleaning chamber adopts a double-layer sleeve structure, and a liquid storage space is arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, so that in practical application, cleaning fluid is filled between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the pressure of the fluid can be quickly increased, and the fluid is easier to atomize when entering the inner cylinder; the second closed end 122 and the fixed base 13 can rotate relatively, so that the angle of the mist cleaning liquid entering the inner cylinder is changed continuously, and the cleaning effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, the inner barrel 11 of the present embodiment has a plurality of mounting holes 113 and a plurality of nozzles 11301 correspondingly disposed in the mounting holes 113. Wherein, the plurality of mounting holes 113 are respectively and uniformly arranged on the side wall of the inner cylinder 11, and in practical application, the cleaning fluid is atomized by the plurality of nozzles 1131 arranged on the side wall of the inner cylinder 11 and enters the inner cylinder 11, so as to perform cleaning work; the bottom wall of the first closed end 112 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 1121, and a surrounding edge 1122 is arranged at the edge of a single water outlet 1121, the surrounding edge 1122 is arranged outside the bottom wall of the first closed end 112, in practical application, sewage inside the inner barrel 11 is discharged outside the inner barrel 11 through the plurality of water outlets 1121, and the plurality of surrounding edges 1122 separate the discharged sewage from the outside, so that cross contamination between external fluid and the sewage is avoided; the outer circumference of the bottom wall of the first closed end 112 is provided with a plurality of first mounting bosses 1123, and the single first mounting boss 1123 has a third mounting hole 11231. Compared with the existing cleaning equipment, the cleaning chamber disclosed by the invention can atomize the cleaning fluid through the spray nozzle 1131, and uniformly spray the atomized cleaning fluid on the surface of the object to be cleaned from multiple angles through the rotation of the cleaning chamber 1.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the second closed end 122 of the present embodiment has a plurality of second mounting bosses 1221, an inner fluid conduit 1222 and a plurality of first through holes 1223. When the outer cylinder 12 in the embodiment is actually used, the outer cylinder 12 sequentially penetrates through the second through hole 12211 and the third mounting hole 11231 through screws, so that the inner cylinder 11 is fixed inside the outer cylinder 12, and a fluid accommodating cavity 14 is formed between the inner cylinder 11 and the outer cylinder 12; the inner fluid conduit 1222 is disposed at the bottom end of the second closed end 122, in practical application, a clean fluid enters the cleaning chamber 1 through the inner fluid conduit 1222 and is diffused into the fluid accommodating chamber 14, and the hydraulic pressure in the fluid accommodating chamber 14 gradually rises, and is further atomized through the nozzles 1131 and enters the inside of the inner barrel 11; a plurality of first through-holes 1223 correspond a plurality of outlet 1121 respectively and set up in the diapire of second blind end 122, and when in actual application, single first through-hole 1223 cooperates with single outlet 1121 and forms independent sewage discharge passage, and this sewage discharge passage separates each other with fluid holding chamber 14, and sewage passes through sewage discharge passage and discharges to the outside of urceolus 12 from the inside of inner tube 11, can avoid sewage and clean fluid contact, guarantees the cleanliness factor of the fluid that newly gets into purge chamber 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the edge of the first opening end 111 of the inner cylinder 11 is folded outward to form a circular flange 1111, in practical application, the outer cylinder 12 is sleeved outside the inner cylinder 11, and the edge of the second opening end 121 is fixed to abut against the circular flange 1111, so as to improve the sealing performance of the fluid accommodating cavity. The inner side of the edge of the first opening end 111 of the inner barrel 11 is provided with a concave structure 1112, and the concave structure 1112 is in matched abutting joint with a corresponding mounting station of the full-automatic hand washing machine.
Referring to fig. 5, the fixing base 13 of the present embodiment includes a bearing base 131, a bearing 132, a sealing member 133, a gasket 134, and a panel nut 135. Wherein the bearing mount 131 has a bearing mounting slot 1311, an outer fluid conduit 1312, a seal mounting slot 1313, an outer threaded portion 1314, and a stop 1315. The outer fluid guide 1312 communicates with the bottom of the bearing installation groove 1311, the edge of the place where the bearing installation groove 1311 communicates with the outer fluid guide 1312 is concaved inward to form a packing installation groove 1313, the male screw part 1314 is fitted with the female screw of the panel nut 135 and is provided to the outer wall of the bearing installation groove 1311, and the stopper 1315 is provided to the outer wall of the bearing installation groove 1311. The seal 133 is mounted on the seal mounting groove 1313, the bearing 132 is mounted on the bearing mounting groove 1311, the washer 134 is fitted over the male screw portion 1314 and abuts against the stopper 1315, the male screw portion 1314 is fitted and screwed into the panel nut 135, and the panel nut 135 abuts against and is locked to the washer 134. In practical application, the internal fluid conduit 1222 of the outer barrel 12 is rotatably mounted in the bearing 132, and the nozzle of the internal fluid conduit 1222 abuts against the sealing member 133 to form a sealing structure; the outer cylinder 12 and the fixed base 13 can rotate relatively, and when the washing chamber 1 is washed, the cleaning fluid atomized by the nozzle 11301 can contact with the object to be washed from multiple directions, so that the cleaning capability of the washing chamber 1 of the present invention can be greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the invention also discloses a full-automatic hand washer with the cleaning chamber 1, which comprises the cleaning chamber 1 and a main shell 2, wherein at least one mounting cavity 21 communicated with the outside is arranged inside the main shell 2. Wherein, the single mounting cavity 21 is provided with a rolling wheel 211 matched with the concave structure 1112 of the inner cylinder 11; the bottom of the single mounting cavity 21 is provided with a securing station 212 that fits into the panel nut 135. In practice, a single cleaning chamber 1 is installed in a single mounting cavity 21, wherein the outer circumferential surface of the roller wheel 211 abuts against the side wall of the recessed structure 1112, and the panel nut 135 is fixed to the fixing station 212. In this embodiment, the full-automatic hand washer further comprises an air dryer 3, the air dryer 3 is disposed inside the main casing 2, and an air outlet 31 of the air dryer 3 is disposed at an opening end of the washing chamber 1. In practical application, the full-automatic hand washer can be provided with one or more cleaning chambers 1, so that one or more objects can be cleaned independently at the same time, and the cleaning efficiency of the full-automatic hand washer is greatly enhanced; the rolling wheels 211 can drive the cleaning chamber 1 to rotate while supporting the cleaning chamber 1, so that the hand can be cleaned by the full-automatic hand washer in the rotation of the cleaning chamber 1, and the cleaning effect of the full-automatic hand washer is improved; air dryer 3 can air-dry the hand after accomplishing the cleanness to avoid the hand after the cleanness to stain once more when wiping water stain.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 7, different from embodiment 1, the plurality of mounting holes 131 in this embodiment includes a plurality of first mounting holes 1131 and a plurality of second mounting holes 1132, the plurality of first mounting holes 1131 are respectively disposed on the side wall of the inner cylinder 11, and the plurality of second mounting holes 1132 are respectively disposed on the bottom wall of the first closed end 111; the nozzles 11301 are correspondingly disposed in the first mounting holes 1131 and the second mounting holes 1132, respectively, and in practical applications, fluid is atomized through the nozzles 11301 mounted on the side wall and the bottom wall of the inner cylinder 11 and enters the inner cylinder 11, so as to perform a cleaning operation. Compared with the embodiment 1, the embodiment is additionally provided with the plurality of second mounting holes 1132 on the bottom wall of the inner cylinder 11, the plurality of second mounting holes 1132 enable clean fluid to enter the inner cylinder 11 through the nozzles 11301 on the side wall of the inner cylinder 11, and meanwhile, the clean fluid can be atomized through the plurality of nozzles 11301 on the bottom wall of the inner cylinder 11 and enter the inner cylinder 11, and the structure of the inner cylinder 11 enables the cleaning chamber 1 to perform all-dimensional and multi-angle cleaning work on the hand to be cleaned, so that the cleaning effect of the full-automatic hand washer is further improved.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 8, unlike embodiment 1, the inner cylinder 11 of the present embodiment further has a flow guiding protrusion 114. The flow guiding protrusion 114 is disposed outside the bottom end of the first closed end 112 corresponding to the inner fluid conduit 1312. In practical applications, when clean fluid enters the fluid accommodating chamber 14 through the outer fluid conduit 1312 and the inner fluid conduit 1222, the fluid flows through the flow guide protrusion 114 and spreads from the apex of the flow guide protrusion 114 to the outer periphery of the first closed end 112. Compared with the embodiment 1, the flow guide protrusion 114 added in this embodiment can change the flow direction of the fluid, thereby reducing the fluid resistance outside the bottom of the first closed end 112. The flow guide protrusion 114 enables clean fluid to enter the fluid containing cavity 14 more smoothly, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the filling efficiency of the fluid containing cavity 14, thereby saving the energy consumption of the full-automatic hand washer when injecting fluid.
In summary, the cleaning chamber of the present invention is sleeved inside the outer cylinder through the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder is rotatably connected to the fixed base to form a rotatable double-layer sleeve cleaning chamber, and the cleaning fluid is atomized through the outer fluid pipeline, the inner fluid pipeline, the fluid accommodating cavity and the plurality of nozzles and enters the inner cylinder to achieve the purpose of cleaning the object in the inner cylinder.
