Fig. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of the pressure reducing valve for tea set of the present invention, which is used to be connected to a water inlet line 2 of a tea set 1, as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the pressure reducing valve for tea set comprises a valve body 10 with a water inlet 11 and a water outlet 12, and an upper cover 20 arranged on the valve body 10, wherein an elastic membrane 30 is fixed below the upper cover 20, the elastic membrane 30 is connected with the inside of the valve body 10 to form a pressure reducing valve chamber 40, the pressure reducing valve chamber 40 is provided with an inlet 41 and an outlet 42 which are respectively communicated with the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12, a lever mechanism 50 connected with the elastic membrane 30 is further arranged in the pressure reducing valve chamber 40, and the elastic membrane 30 can be jacked upwards and drives the lever mechanism 50 to seal the inlet 41.
This relief pressure valve for tea set's simple structure adopts elastic diaphragm 30 and inside to form a relief valve room 40 jointly, relies on inside to the local resistance of rivers to have reduced water pressure, sets up simple and easy lever mechanism 50 in relief valve room 40 simultaneously for lever mechanism 50 and elastic diaphragm 30 cooperation, pressure when controlling on the water intake pipe 2 through this relief pressure valve can be adjusted to the aperture of opening and close of entry 41 to control lever mechanism 50. The pressure reducing valve for the tea set can simply and effectively reduce the water inlet pressure for the tea set without arranging complicated parts and circuit structures, can be matched with barreled water or tap water for use, also solves the problem that tea set equipment needs to be replaced due to replacement of a water source, and is low in use cost and convenient and fast to assemble.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the lever mechanism 50 includes a base 51 fixed to the inner bottom wall of the pressure-reducing valve chamber 40 and a lever 52 rotatably connected to the base 51. Wherein, one end of the lever 52 is connected with the inner bottom wall through the spring 53 and is connected with the elastic diaphragm 30 through the connecting piece 54, and the other end of the lever 52 is provided with a blocking piece 55 which can close the inlet 41. That is, the spring 53 and the connecting member 54 are located at the same end of the lever 52, and the blocking member 55 is located at the other end of the lever 52, so that during the upward lifting of the elastic diaphragm 30, the connecting member 54 is pulled upward to lift one end of the lever 52, and the other end moves toward the inlet 41 and even closes the inlet 41 of the pressure reducing valve chamber 40, and at this time, the spring 53 is pulled upward; when the elastic diaphragm 30 is restored, the lever 52 is pulled to simultaneously restore the connecting member 54 and the elastic diaphragm 30 downward by the restoring action of the spring 53, and the blocking member 55 is opened away from the inlet 41. In practical application, the plugging piece 55 can be a rubber plug, and the sealing performance is good.
In the pressure regulating process, the pressure regulating range is closely related to the rigidity of the spring 53, so that in actual use, the spring 53 with corresponding pressure can be configured according to the water pressure of a water source for tea sets, and the type of the pressure conversion spring 53 is selected, so that water flow can enter the inlet 41 from the water inlet 11 and can normally flow out of the outlet 42 and the water outlet 12 after passing through the pressure reducing valve chamber 40.
The water inlet source is tap water as an example, when the pressure reducing valve for the tea set works, the tap water flows into the water inlet 11, pushes the unsealing piece 55 through the inlet 41, and slowly fills the pressure reducing valve chamber 40, and is in an open state at the moment as shown in figure 4; when the water is full, the elastic diaphragm 30 is pushed upwards, as shown in fig. 3, the pulling force of the elastic diaphragm 30 and the elastic force of the spring 53 make the blocking member 55 close the inlet 41 again. When the spring 53 has a sufficient elastic force to seal the inlet 41, the pressure reducing valve chamber 40 is in a vacuum state when filled with water, and water does not flow out of the water outlet 12. Therefore, in the actual use process, the pressure change spring 53 can be adapted to keep the inlet 41 in an open state (with a larger or smaller opening), so that the water pressure of the inlet water can be reduced while the water outlet 12 can keep the water flowing out continuously.
In order to ensure the sealing performance of the relief valve chamber 40 and the stability of the elastic diaphragm 30, the connecting member 54 is modified in an optimized structure. As shown in fig. 5, the connecting member 54 includes a connecting post 541 and a sealing ring 542, one end of the connecting post 541 is a threaded joint 543, and the other end is a fastening head 544, the threaded joint 543 penetrates through the elastic membrane 30 and is threadedly connected to a positioning member 60, so that the assembly is fast and simple, the fastening head 544 is directly fastened to the lever 52, and the sealing ring 542 is sleeved on the connecting post 541 and abuts against the lower end surface of the elastic membrane 30 to ensure sealing.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the positioning member 60 is a nut 61 having a pressing piece 62, and the area of the pressing piece 62 projected forward on the inner bottom wall of the pressure-reducing valve chamber 40 is equal to or smaller than the area of the elastic diaphragm 30 projected forward. Firstly, the nut 61 is directly matched with the threaded joint 543, so that the production and assembly are convenient and the cost is low; secondly, because elastic diaphragm 30 can receive certain pressure by the in-process of jack-up upwards, directly add preforming 62 in the top in the elastic diaphragm 30 outside for the stability of guaranteeing the whole structure, can alleviate certain pressure, avoid elastic diaphragm 30 excessively to be compressed. In a preferred mode, the center of the pressing sheet 62 and the center of the elastic membrane 30 are arranged on the same vertical line; the sheeting 62 may also be provided with ribs 621. In addition, a through hole (not shown) may be formed in the upper cover 20, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the chamber 70 formed between the elastic diaphragm 30 and the upper cover 20 is communicated with the atmospheric pressure through the through hole, so that the pressure possibly generated inside can be effectively released.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the end of the lever 52 connected to the connector 54 is provided with a rail 521, and the snap head 544 is fastened to the rail and can move along the rail. The provision of a guide for movement of the snap head 544 ensures that the connector 54 is stable when pulled upwardly, and this arrangement facilitates assembly without the need for excessive parts. In practice, a larger mounting hole 522 may be provided at the end of the rail near the pivot connection point of the lever 52 to the base 51 to allow the snap head 544 to enter during assembly. In addition, it can be understood that the guide rail can also adopt the structural design of a movable groove and the like, and the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient.
In the preferred embodiment, in order to fully exert the elastic force of the spring 53, the pressure conversion spring 53 is more accurately disposed, and when the spring 53 is attached, one end of the spring 53 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom wall of the pressure reducing valve chamber 40, and the other end is connected to the end of the lever 52, and the elastic direction of the spring 53 is the same as the direction in which the leaf spring diaphragm is pushed up, so that the pressure can be effectively adjusted when the spring 53 is pulled or returned.
In the above embodiment, with the preferred design, the center line of the inlet 41 is perpendicular to the center line of the water inlet 11; the central line of the outlet 42 and the central line of the water outlet 12 are on the same straight line, and the central line of the water outlet 12 is higher than the central line of the water inlet 11 by taking the bottom surface of the valve body 10 as a reference. The design can make the flow passage in the pressure reducing valve chamber 40 adjust the local resistance of the inlet water flow better, and reduce the water pressure better, so as to stabilize the outlet water.
