技术领域
本发明属于浸渍纸生产技术领域,具体是一种高耐污型浸渍纸及其生产方法。
背景技术
浸渍纸是一种耐磨、抗冲击的低微粒脱离纸张,主要是采用无纺布木浆与PE及植物纤维混合制作而成的,浸渍纸相比较传统的纸张具有阻燃、环保和防潮等优点,主要用于橱柜、衣柜、强化复合地板的贴面中。现有的浸渍纸大多数在长期使用过程中,表面容易附着大量的灰尘,难以清理,很多地方避免不了需要用水进行擦拭,容易使浸渍纸的含水率剧增,发生膨胀变形,严重的容易对浸渍纸的表面造成腐蚀,导致浸渍纸褪色,降低了浸渍纸的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐污型浸渍纸及其生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高耐污型浸渍纸,包括原纸基层、素色纸、活性炭薄膜层和树脂胶层,所述原纸基层的下方设置有素色纸,原纸基层的上方设置有活性炭薄膜层,活性炭薄膜层的上方设置有树脂胶层,素色纸的上表面和活性炭薄膜层的下表面分别设置有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,原纸基层的上下两侧均布设置有多个凸条,树脂胶层采用脲醛树脂材料,树脂胶层上均布设置有多个吸尘孔。
一种高耐污型浸渍纸的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、将甲醛80-90份、尿素60-70份、渗透剂0.5-0.8份、水15-25份、复合添加剂5-10份、二乙二醇5-10份、三聚氰胺5-10份、甲酸3-5份、己内酰胺5-10份和水性聚氨酯5-10份进行混合制备树脂胶;
S2、将原纸基层浸入步骤S1制备的胶水中进行固化;
S3、将步骤S2浸渍后固化的原纸放入到烘箱内进行烘干处理;
S4、将活性炭薄膜层和素色纸分别涂布在原纸基层的上下两侧进行固化;
S5、将步骤S4得到的浸渍纸再次放入到烘箱内进行烘干处理;
S6、将步骤S5烘干后的浸渍纸进行裁剪、包装和入库。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述原纸基层上下两侧的凸条分别卡合在第二凹槽和第一凹槽内。
作为本发明的再进一步方案:所述吸尘孔和活性炭薄膜层连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明的通过设置的吸尘孔和活性炭薄膜层的配合使用,能够对浸渍纸表面的灰尘进行吸收,使浸渍纸的耐污效果更好;通过设置的第一凹槽、第二凹槽和凸条之间的配合使用,使得原纸基层和素色纸、活性炭薄膜层之间的接触面更广,连接更加牢固。

请参阅图1,一种高耐污型浸渍纸,包括原纸基层1、素色纸2、活性炭薄膜层3和树脂胶层4;所述原纸基层1的下方设置有素色纸2,原纸基层1的上方设置有活性炭薄膜层3,活性炭薄膜层3的上方设置有树脂胶层4,素色纸2的上表面和活性炭薄膜层3的下表面分别设置有第一凹槽6和第二凹槽7,原纸基层1的上下两侧均布设置有多个凸条5,原纸基层1上下两侧的凸条5分别卡合在第二凹槽7和第一凹槽6内,通过第一凹槽6、第二凹槽7和凸条5之间的配合使用,使得原纸基层1和素色纸2、活性炭薄膜层3之间的接触面更广,连接更加牢固,树脂胶层4采用脲醛树脂材料,脲醛树脂材料具有良好的耐污能力,树脂胶层4上均布设置有多个吸尘孔8,吸尘孔8和活性炭薄膜层3连通,通过设置的吸尘孔8能够将灰尘吸附到活性炭薄膜层3内,保持树脂胶层4表面的清洁。

S1、制备树脂胶层4:树脂胶层4的原料组分和重量比为:甲醛80份、尿素70份、渗透剂0.5份、水20份、复合添加剂5份、二乙二醇5份、三聚氰胺10份、甲酸3份、己内酰胺10份和水性聚氨酯5份;

S4、涂布:将活性炭薄膜层3和素色纸2分别涂布在原纸基层1的上下两侧进行固化,固化时长为5min,预固化度为40%;
S5、再烘干:将步骤S4得到的浸渍纸再次放入到烘箱内,烘干温度设置为140℃,烘干时长为6min;
S6、入库:将步骤S5烘干后的浸渍纸进行裁剪、包装和入库。
实施例二
请参阅图1,一种高耐污型浸渍纸,包括原纸基层1、素色纸2、活性炭薄膜层3和树脂胶层4;所述原纸基层1的下方设置有素色纸2,原纸基层1的上方设置有活性炭薄膜层3,活性炭薄膜层3的上方设置有树脂胶层4,素色纸2的上表面和活性炭薄膜层3的下表面分别设置有第一凹槽6和第二凹槽7,原纸基层1的上下两侧均布设置有多个凸条5,原纸基层1上下两侧的凸条5分别卡合在第二凹槽7和第一凹槽6内,通过第一凹槽6、第二凹槽7和凸条5之间的配合使用,使得原纸基层1和素色纸、活性炭薄膜层3之间的接触面更广,连接更加牢固,树脂胶层4采用脲醛树脂材料,脲醛树脂材料具有良好的耐污能力,树脂胶层4上均布设置有多个吸尘孔8,吸尘孔8和活性炭薄膜层3连通,通过设置的吸尘孔8能够将灰尘吸附到活性炭薄膜层3内,保持树脂胶层4表面的清洁。
一种高耐污型浸渍纸的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、制备树脂胶层4:树脂胶层4的原料组分和重量比为:甲醛90份、尿素60份、渗透剂0.8份、水15份、复合添加剂10份、二乙二醇10份、三聚氰胺5份、甲酸5份、己内酰胺5份和水性聚氨酯10份;
(1)将甲醛90份、尿素60份、渗透剂0.8份、水15份、复合添加剂10份、三聚氰胺5份和水性聚氨酯10份加入到反应釜中进行搅拌混合;
(2)向反应釜内加入二乙二醇10份,并将温度加入至85℃;
(3)向反应釜内加入己内酰胺5份,并保温,保温时长为60min;
(4)向反应釜内加入甲酸5份,然后开始降温至50℃,保温15min,再继续降温至35℃进行出料。
S2、浸渍:将原纸基层1浸入步骤S1制备的胶水中进行固化,固化时长为15min,预固化度为45%;
S3、烘干:将步骤S2浸渍后固化的原纸放入到烘箱内进行烘干处理,烘干的温度设置为140℃,烘干时长为2min;
S4、涂布:将活性炭薄膜层3和素色纸2分别涂布在原纸基层1的上下两侧进行固化,固化时长为7min,预固化度为45%;
S5、再烘干:将步骤S4得到的浸渍纸再次放入到烘箱内,烘干温度设置为140℃,烘干时长为8min;
S6、入库:将步骤S5烘干后的浸渍纸进行裁剪、包装和入库。
实施例三
请参阅图1,一种高耐污型浸渍纸,包括原纸基层1、素色纸2、活性炭薄膜层3和树脂胶层4;所述原纸基层1的下方设置有素色纸2,原纸基层1的上方设置有活性炭薄膜层3,活性炭薄膜层3的上方设置有树脂胶层4,素色纸2的上表面和活性炭薄膜层3的下表面分别设置有第一凹槽6和第二凹槽7,原纸基层1的上下两侧均布设置有多个凸条5,原纸基层1上下两侧的凸条5分别卡合在第二凹槽7和第一凹槽6内,通过第一凹槽6、第二凹槽7和凸条5之间的配合使用,使得原纸基层1和素色纸、活性炭薄膜层3之间的接触面更广,连接更加牢固,树脂胶层4采用脲醛树脂材料,脲醛树脂材料具有良好的耐污能力,树脂胶层4上均布设置有多个吸尘孔8,吸尘孔8和活性炭薄膜层3连通,通过设置的吸尘孔8能够将灰尘吸附到活性炭薄膜层3内,保持树脂胶层4表面的清洁。
一种高耐污型浸渍纸的生产方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、制备树脂胶层4:树脂胶层4的原料组分和重量比为:甲醛85份、尿素65份、渗透剂0.8份、水25份、复合添加剂5份、二乙二醇10份、三聚氰胺5份、甲酸3份、己内酰胺5份和水性聚氨酯5份;
(1)将甲醛85份、尿素65份、渗透剂0.8份、水25份、复合添加剂5份、三聚氰胺5份和水性聚氨酯5份加入到反应釜中进行搅拌混合;
(2)向反应釜内加入二乙二醇10份,并将温度加入至80℃;
(3)向反应釜内加入己内酰胺5份,并保温,保温时长为70min;
(4)向反应釜内加入甲酸3份,然后开始降温至55℃,保温12min,再继续降温至30℃进行出料。
S2、浸渍:将原纸基层1浸入步骤S1制备的胶水中进行固化,固化时长为18min,预固化度为55%;
S3、烘干:将步骤S2浸渍后固化的原纸放入到烘箱内进行烘干处理,烘干的温度设置为135℃,烘干时长为3min;
S4、涂布:将活性炭薄膜层3和素色纸2分别涂布在原纸基层1的上下两侧进行固化,固化时长为5min,预固化度为50%;
S5、再烘干:将步骤S4得到的浸渍纸再次放入到烘箱内,烘干温度设置为135℃,烘干时长为6min;
S6、入库:将步骤S5烘干后的浸渍纸进行裁剪、包装和入库。
实施例四
请参阅图1,一种高耐污型浸渍纸,包括原纸基层1、素色纸2、活性炭薄膜层3和树脂胶层4;所述原纸基层1的下方设置有素色纸2,原纸基层1的上方设置有活性炭薄膜层3,活性炭薄膜层3的上方设置有树脂胶层4,素色纸2的上表面和活性炭薄膜层3的下表面分别设置有第一凹槽6和第二凹槽7,原纸基层1的上下两侧均布设置有多个凸条5,原纸基层1上下两侧的凸条5分别卡合在第二凹槽7和第一凹槽6内,通过第一凹槽6、第二凹槽7和凸条5之间的配合使用,使得原纸基层1和素色纸、活性炭薄膜层3之间的接触面更广,连接更加牢固,树脂胶层4采用脲醛树脂材料,脲醛树脂材料具有良好的耐污能力,树脂胶层4上均布设置有多个吸尘孔8,吸尘孔8和活性炭薄膜层3连通,通过设置的吸尘孔8能够将灰尘吸附到活性炭薄膜层3内,保持树脂胶层4表面的清洁。

(1)将甲醛80份、尿素60份、渗透剂0.5份、水20份、复合添加剂10份、三聚氰胺5份和水性聚氨酯10份加入到反应釜中进行搅拌混合;
(2)向反应釜内加入二乙二醇5份,并将温度加入至90℃;
(3)向反应釜内加入己内酰胺10份,并保温,保温时长为70min;
(4)向反应釜内加入甲酸5份,然后开始降温至50℃,保温15min,再继续降温至35℃进行出料。
S2、浸渍:将原纸基层1浸入步骤S1制备的胶水中进行固化,固化时长为15min,预固化度为50%;
S3、烘干:将步骤S2浸渍后固化的原纸放入到烘箱内进行烘干处理,烘干的温度设置为135℃,烘干时长为2min;
S4、涂布:将活性炭薄膜层3和素色纸2分别涂布在原纸基层1的上下两侧进行固化,固化时长为6min,预固化度为40%;
S5、再烘干:将步骤S4得到的浸渍纸再次放入到烘箱内,烘干温度设置为145℃,烘干时长为7min;
S6、入库:将步骤S5烘干后的浸渍纸进行裁剪、包装和入库。
所述树脂胶层4的原料组分和重量比如表1所示:

Claims (4)
1.一种高耐污型浸渍纸,包括原纸基层(1)、素色纸(2)、活性炭薄膜层(3)和树脂胶层(4),其特征在于,所述原纸基层(1)的下方设置有素色纸(2),原纸基层(1)的上方设置有活性炭薄膜层(3),活性炭薄膜层(3)的上方设置有树脂胶层(4),素色纸(2)的上表面和活性炭薄膜层(3)的下表面分别设置有第一凹槽(6)和第二凹槽(7),原纸基层(1)的上下两侧均布设置有多个凸条(5),树脂胶层(4)采用脲醛树脂材料,树脂胶层(4)上均布设置有多个吸尘孔(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐污型浸渍纸,其特征在于,所述原纸基层(1)上下两侧的凸条(5)分别卡合在第二凹槽(7)和第一凹槽(6)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐污型浸渍纸,其特征在于,所述吸尘孔(8)和活性炭薄膜层(3)连通。
4.一种高耐污型浸渍纸的生产方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
S1、制备树脂胶层:树脂胶层的原料组分和重量比为:甲醛80-90份、尿素60-70份、渗透剂0.5-0.8份、水15-25份、复合添加剂5-10份、二乙二醇5-10份、三聚氰胺5-10份、甲酸3-5份、己内酰胺5-10份和水性聚氨酯5-10份;
(1)将甲醛80-90份、尿素60-70份、渗透剂0.5-0.8份、水15-25份、复合添加剂5-10份、三聚氰胺5-10份和水性聚氨酯5-10份加入到反应釜中进行搅拌混合;
(2)向反应釜内加入二乙二醇5-10份,并将温度加入至80-90℃;
(3)向反应釜内加入己内酰胺5-10份,并保温,保温时长为55-70min;
(4)向反应釜内加入甲酸3-5份,然后开始降温至50-60℃,保温8-15min,再继续降温至30-35℃进行出料;
S2、浸渍:将原纸基层浸入步骤S1制备的胶水中进行固化,固化时长为15-20min,预固化度为45-55%;
S3、烘干:将步骤S2浸渍后固化的原纸放入到烘箱内进行烘干处理,烘干的温度设置为130-140℃,烘干时长为1-3min;
S4、涂布:将活性炭薄膜层和素色纸分别涂布在原纸基层的上下两侧进行固化,固化时长为5-7min,预固化度为40-50%;
S5、再烘干:将步骤S4得到的浸渍纸再次放入到烘箱内,烘干温度设置为135-145℃,烘干时长为6-8min;
S6、入库:将步骤S5烘干后的浸渍纸进行裁剪、包装和入库。
