Abstract
本发明公开了一种气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层,由以下重量份数的各组分组成,成膜物质30%‑60%,水35%‑50%,填料5%‑25%,润湿剂0.01%‑5%。本发明的防掉粉涂层为水性涂料,安全环保,涂层配方成分简便,与气凝胶复合,不需要粘结剂、热熔胶等物质,经济实惠,气凝胶毡+涂层后振动质量损失率仅为0.05~0.07%,气凝胶毡+涂层后导热系数为0.02左右w/m.K。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层。
背景技术
凝胶毡基材是玻璃丝针刺毡,表面有一定的纤维感,成品表面会有干燥时形成的粉体附着在表面,容易掉落。在施工过程中易造成较大程度的粉尘污染,为改善施工环境、提高毡材质量提出在毡材表面涂覆一层致密的保护膜,起到防止毡材掉粉的目的。由于毡体本身具有优良的疏水性、亲油性。油性体系的涂料会被吸附进毡材内部,影响毡材性能,同时考虑到车间生产的安全保障,故对涂层提出水性化的要求。由于毡材具有的超疏水性,这就对涂料于毡材的润湿性提出较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术气凝胶容易掉粉的现象的缺陷,提供一种气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层,具有安全环保,配方简便等优点,由以下重量份数的各组分组成,成膜物质30%-60%,水35%-50%,填料5%-25%。
进一步的,成膜物质主要是树脂类物质,可以是丙烯酸乳液、醇酸树脂、氨基丙烯酸乳液、聚酯树脂和有机硅树脂中的一种或几种,这些成膜物质主要是与气凝胶毡结合性能优异、成膜性能好,与气凝胶毡结合后柔韧性能优秀。
进一步的,填料为阻燃剂、抑烟剂、红外阻隔剂中的一种或几种。
进一步的,填料为金属氧化物,比如氧化铝、二氧化钛或二氧化锡中的任意一种。
进一步的,润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚、非离子含羟基共聚物、聚醚改性有机硅或环氧乙烷加成物中的一种或几种。
在使用时,首先对气凝胶毡表面进行润湿处理,润湿处理主要有两种方法,第一种方法用表面活性剂水溶液润湿基材,然后与水性防掉粉涂层进行复合。表面活性剂水溶液可以是直链烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠卵磷脂、季铵化、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。润湿剂可以是烷基聚氧乙烯醚、非离子含羟基共聚物、聚醚改性有机硅、环氧乙烷加成物中的一种或几种。
第二种方法在防掉粉涂层中添加润湿剂,润湿剂添加量0.01%-5%,改善水性涂料与气凝胶毡材表面附着力。
有益效果:
本发明的防掉粉涂层为水性涂料,安全环保,涂层配方成分简便,与气凝胶复合,不需要粘结剂、热熔胶等物质,经济实惠。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
先用表面活性剂水溶液处理基材,表面活性剂水溶液为十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液,浓度7%。然后再与涂层复合,最后干燥。
涂层配方:水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂35%、水40%、氧化铝10%。
气凝胶毡+涂层后振动质量损失率为0.05%
气凝胶毡+涂层后导热系数为0.022w/m.K。
实施例2
在涂层中加入润湿剂,直接与气凝胶毡复合复合,干燥。
涂层配方:丙烯酸乳液42%、水35%、二氧化锡9%、聚醚改性有机硅1%
气凝胶毡+涂层后振动质量损失率为0.07%
气凝胶毡+涂层后导热系数为0.0215w/m.K。

1.一种气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各组分组成,成膜物质30%-60%,水35%-50%,填料5%-25%,润湿剂0.01%-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层,其特征在于,成膜物质为丙烯酸乳液、醇酸树脂、氨基丙烯酸乳液、聚酯树脂和有机硅树脂中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层,其特征在于,填料为阻燃剂、抑烟剂、红外阻隔剂中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求3所述的气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层,其特征在于,填料为氧化铝、二氧化钛或二氧化锡中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求2所述的气凝胶毡防掉粉涂层,其特征在于,润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚、非离子含羟基共聚物、聚醚改性有机硅或环氧乙烷加成物中的一种或几种。
