s6: if the first judgment result is yes, preferentially recommending an outdoor parking lot which is closest to the floating vehicle and has spare parking spaces when the floating vehicle reaches the navigation destination;
s7: if the first judgment result is negative, preferentially recommending the indoor parking lot which is closest to the floating vehicle and has spare parking spaces when the floating vehicle reaches the navigation destination.

s4: acquiring running data of a floating car in the parking sub-area, wherein the running data comprises position points and historical parking behavior information of the floating car;
s5: judging whether the number of times that the floating car is parked outdoors is greater than the number of times that the floating car is parked indoors or not according to the parking behavior of the floating car to obtain a first judgment result;
s6: if the first judgment result is yes, preferentially recommending an outdoor parking lot which is closest to the floating vehicle and has spare parking spaces when the floating vehicle reaches the navigation destination;
s7: if the first judgment result is negative, preferentially recommending the indoor parking lot which is closest to the floating vehicle and has spare parking spaces when the floating vehicle reaches the navigation destination.
