Description

Dynamic currency conversion method, device, equipment and medium for drawing money by external card
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cash withdrawal of external cards, in particular to a dynamic currency conversion method, a device, equipment and a medium for withdrawing money from an external card.
Background
DYNAMIC CURRENCY CONVERSION (DCC), initiated in the caribbean area in the 70's of the 20 th century, when merchants converted local CURRENCY into dollar accounts, often required foreign card cardholders to pay very high CURRENCY CONVERSION fees in the process.
In the middle and late 90 s of the 20 th century, multi-currency processing mechanisms began to emerge in multinational car rental companies, multinational chain hotels and retailers in europe. These merchants want to accept single currency settlement and manage centrally multiple currency transaction processes. Thus, there is a compelling need to deploy currency conversion platforms around the world, and merchants must also avoid foreign exchange risks.
Since the foreign cardholder needs to know in real time the currency conversion exchange rate that applies when the foreign cardholder consumes his home currency, and the acquiring bank is dissatisfied with the international card organization because of lost revenue in this section, international card organizations such as Visa and MasterCard have further regulated that they begin to allow the acquirer to submit transactions in units of the foreign cardholder's account home currency to the issuer.
Although there is a small discount on the charge rate for the dynamic currency conversion fee offered by some banks, the bank still receives an objective profit. The spread at most foreign exchange conversions is based on the exchange rate of the daily real-time Visa and MasterCard cross-bank clearing system. The foreign cardholder is often better able to obtain good or slightly better foreign exchange prices from the DCC than current methods. They must get a better tip for the conversion fee.
In the prior art, a cardholder pays a withdrawal and exchange commission, an acquirer collects the payment commission, an issuer collects the exchange commission, and a card organization collects the withdrawal commission and the exchange commission, however, the card organization needs to exchange money on a clearing day, and the cardholder often cannot know the real withdrawal amount, withdrawal commission and exchange commission in real time.

The dynamic currency conversion method for external card withdrawal provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by a system consisting of an automatic teller machine, a first server, a second server and a third server. The first server can be used for achieving external card order collection, the second server can be used for achieving real-time exchange rate query, the third server belongs to international card organization, and the international card organization can be Visa international card organization, an achievement international card organization and the like. It should be noted that the foreign currency financial card in the embodiment of the present application is a financial card issued by the international card organization.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a dynamic currency conversion method for external card withdrawal according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes the following steps:
s101: the automated teller machine displays a money input interface in response to a first operation by the external card cardholder upon determining that the external card cardholder has placed the automated teller machine into a foreign currency financial card.
When the automatic teller machine detects that a foreign currency financial card is put in, an operation interface is displayed, a plurality of controls such as an inquiry control, a cash withdrawal control and the like are displayed on the operation interface, and a cardholder can input the amount of money by clicking the cash withdrawal control.
S102: the automatic teller machine responds to the money input operation of the external card holder on the money input interface to determine the withdrawal money of the local money to be taken out by the external card holder.
In the amount input interface, the cardholder can input the required withdrawal amount through a keyboard of the automatic teller machine. The amount input interface may also display a plurality of cash-out amounts for the cardholder to select, for example, the amount input interface displays a plurality of amount controls such as 100, 300, 500, and 1000, and the cardholder may click on the corresponding amount control to complete the amount input operation.
It should be noted that the withdrawal amount input by the cardholder on the amount input interface is the withdrawal amount of the local currency. For example, the foreign currency financial card is a dollar financial card, the local currency is the RMB, and the withdrawal amount input by the cardholder on the amount input interface is the withdrawal amount of the RMB.
S103: the automatic teller machine sends the withdrawal amount of the local currency and the currency type of the foreign card to the first server.
Taking the foreign currency financial card as a dollar financial card and the local currency as a RMB as an example, the withdrawal amount of the local currency is 500 yuan, and the currency of the foreign currency is dollars. The automatic teller machine may send information to the first server that the local currency withdrawal amount is 500 dollars and the foreign currency is dollars.
ATMC (terminal equipment control system of automatic teller machine) and ATMP (front-end system of automatic teller machine) can be deployed to the automatic teller machine, and ATMP can be used for realizing functions such as equipment management, communication mode standardization (access to internal network), transaction message format conversion and forwarding of a terminal. Thus, the automated teller machine may send the local currency withdrawal amount and the foreign card currency type to the first server via the ATMP based on ATMC.
S104: after receiving the withdrawal amount of the local currency and the currency type of the foreign card sent by the automatic teller machine, the first server sends exchange rate query requests aiming at the local currency and the foreign currency to the second server.
Continuing with the example where the foreign currency financial card is a U.S. dollar financial card and the local currency is Renminbi, the first server sends an exchange rate query request for Renminbi and U.S. dollars to the second server after receiving information that the withdrawal amount of the local currency is 500 yuan and the currency of the foreign card is U.S. dollars.
S105: the second server receives the exchange rate query request sent by the first server and aiming at the local currency and the foreign currency.
Continuing with the example where the foreign currency financial card is a U.S. dollar financial card and the local currency is Renminbi, the first server sends an exchange rate query request for Renminbi and U.S. dollars to the second server after receiving information that the withdrawal amount of the local currency is 500 yuan and the currency of the foreign card is U.S. dollars.
S106: and the second server inquires the coded exchange rate of the local currency and the foreign currency according to the exchange rate inquiry request and sends the coded exchange rate to the automatic teller machine.
The second server is used for realizing real-time exchange rate query, and the second server can query the relevant exchange rate according to the exchange rate query request. For example, the second server may query the exchange rate between RMB and U.S. dollars based on a rate query request for RMB and U.S. dollars, and return the exchange rate to the automated teller machine.
S107: the ATM displays the exchange rate, the withdrawal amount of the local currency and the posting amount of the foreign currency.
The cardholder decides whether to select DCC mode to withdraw money according to the exchange rate displayed by the ATM, the withdrawing amount of the local currency and the posting amount of the foreign currency, if so, the cardholder can execute the relevant confirmation operation subsequently.
S108: and after determining that the card holder of the external card selects the DCC mode to withdraw money, the automatic teller machine sends the exchange rate, the withdrawal amount of the local currency and the posting amount of the external currency to the first server.
The ATM can display relevant inquiry information to inquire whether a card holder selects a DCC mode for withdrawal, and can display a selection control for the card holder to click selectively, so that the ATM can determine whether an outside card holder selects the DCC mode for withdrawal. For example, when the cardholder clicks on a control representing "yes," the automated teller machine determines that the outside card cardholder selected DCC mode for withdrawal; when the cardholder clicks the control representing "no," the ATM determines that the external cardholder does not select DCC mode to withdraw money. Of course, the automatic teller machine may also confirm whether the external card holder chooses DCC mode to withdraw money by voice interaction with the card holder.
As described above, the atm may deploy ATMC (terminal equipment control system of the atm) and ATMP (front end system of the atm), and the atm transmits the exchange rate, the local money withdrawal amount, and the deposit amount of the foreign money to the first server through the ATMP based on the ATMC.
It will be appreciated that the automated teller machine may terminate the withdrawal process or may perform a default withdrawal process after determining that the DCC mode of withdrawal has not been selected by the cardholder of the external card.
In one embodiment of the present application, at step S108, the atm displays a verification code input interface, and obtains the verification code in response to a verification code input operation of the external card holder; sending the verification code to the first server to cause the first server to forward the verification code to the third server.
In one embodiment of the present application, an automated teller machine obtains at least one item of biometric information of the foreign card holder and sends the at least one item of biometric information to the first server to cause the first server to forward the at least one item of biometric information to the third server at step S108.
It is understood that the biometric information may include iris information, face information, fingerprint information, and the like. The automatic teller machine can be provided with an iris acquisition device, and iris information of an external cardholder is acquired through the iris acquisition device; the automatic teller machine can be provided with a camera device, and the camera device is used for acquiring the facial information of an external cardholder; the ATM can be provided with a fingerprint acquisition device, and the fingerprint information of an external card holder is acquired through the fingerprint acquisition device.
S109: the first server receives the exchange rate, the withdrawal amount of the local currency and the posting amount of the foreign currency which are sent by the automatic teller machine.
