Abstract
本发明涉及一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺及设备，它将活性石灰量的2～3%液体粘结剂加热到90～120℃，加压至P≥0.5MPa，经喷头使其雾化成5～1000微米的液滴，喷到洒落在混合室中的活性石灰粉末上，其混合室是由进料室、撒料装置、混合室组成，液体喷头装在混合室壁上，经本发明制成的活性石灰球或块的强度和抗冲击性增加，破损率低，而且不降低活性石灰的活性度，其结构简单，操作方便，破损率低，而且不降低活性石灰的活性度，完全符合炼钢的要求。
Description
本发明属于炼钢用添加剂的活性石灰粉末成型技术，具体是一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺及设备。
在生产炼钢用活性石灰过程中会产生一部分粉末状活性石灰余料，这些粉末状活性石灰余料需要经过加压制成型才能用于炼钢。由于压球机压力不同压制成型后石灰的强度有所不同。其抗冲击性都达不到炼钢工艺要求，为满足这一要求需加一定的粘结剂，从经济及炼钢工艺角度出发不能使用大量油做为粘结剂，一般加入量仅为活性石灰为4％以下，又由于这种做为粘结剂的油粘度较大，在活性石灰中基本没有渗透力，利用现有的技术和设备很难将其均匀加入到活性石灰粉末中，达不到粘合的目的。本发明就是针对上述问题，发明一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺及设备，以满足活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合的需要。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺，是将活性石灰量的2～3％液体粘结剂加热到90～120℃，加压至P≥0.5MPa，经喷头使其雾化成5～1000微米的液滴，喷到洒落在混合室中的活性石灰粉末上。
为实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种适用活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备，它是由进料室、撒料装置、混合室组成，其特点为撒料装置接在进料室下端混合室位于撒料装置的下部，液体喷头装在混合室壁上。
这种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备具体结构为撒料装置内设有旋转式撒料盘，电动机驱动皮带，皮带轮带动撒料盘，撒料盘上装有拨料板。
这种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备具体结构还有液体喷头成对装在混合室壁上，其对数为N(N≥1)。在液体喷头上设有调节装置。
为实现本发明的目的，其具体措施还有撒料装置内的撒料盘的转数为200～350转/分。
本发明的优点和效果有：1、它首先解决了活性石灰粉末再利用的问题，使用少量液体粘结剂在一定的技术参数条件下利用喷头将液体雾化成液滴，使其与活性石灰粉末混和，增加活性石灰粉末成型后的强度和抗冲击性。
2、它提供一种少量液体粘结剂与粉末状物体混合的设备，喷头安在混合室壁上，液体粘合剂雾化后喷到由撒料装置的旋转盘洒到混合室内的活性石灰粉末上，使其混合均匀，其结构简单，操作方便，混料速度快，而且活性石灰粉末量及液体粘结剂的量都可调解，经成型机加压成型后破损率低，而且不降低活性石灰的活性度，完全符合炼钢的要求。

下面结合附图对本发明的一个具体实施例做以说明：
一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺，是将活性石灰量的2～3％液体粘结剂，本发明是以重油为粘结剂，使其加热到90～120℃，加压至P≥0.5MPa，经液体喷头5使其雾化成5～1000微米的液滴，喷到洒落在混合室6中的活性石灰粉末上。
本发明的目的还靠一种适用活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备来实现，这个设备是由进料室1、撒料装置2、混合室6组成，其特点为撒料装置2接在进料室1下端，混合室6位于撒料装置2的下部，液体喷头5装在混合室壁6上。
这种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备具体结构为撒料装置2内设有旋转式撒料盘4，电动机7驱动皮带轮8，皮带轮8带动撒料盘4，撒料盘4上装有拨料板9，活性石灰粉末从入料口3进入进料室1，再落入撒料装置2中的撒料盘4上，被拨料板9均匀地拨到混料室6内。
这种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备具体结构还有液体喷头5成对装在混合室6壁上，其对数为N(N≥1)，其目的是更好的使油滴均匀喷到活性石灰粉末上。
为实现本发明的目的，其具体措施还有撒料装置2内的撒料盘4的转数为200～350转/分。在这个转数范围保证活性石灰粉末从撒料盘4上甩出时是沿圆周方向均匀地洒向混料室。
在液体喷头5上设有调节装置10，以调节重油的添加量。
Claims (6)
1、一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺，其特征在于将活性石灰量的2～3％液体粘结剂加热到90～120℃，加压至P≥0.5MPa，经液体喷头(5)使其雾化成5～1000微米的液滴，喷到洒落在混合室(6)中的活性石灰粉末上。
2、一种用于活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备，是由进料室(1)、撒料装置(2)、混合室(6)组成，其特征在于撒料装置(2)接在进料室(1)下端，混合室(6)位于撒料装置(2)的下部，液体喷头(5)装在混合室壁(6)上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备，其特征在于所述的撒料装置(2)内设有旋转式撒料盘(4)，电动机(7)驱动皮带轮(8)，皮带轮(8)带动撒料盘(4)，撒料盘(4)上装有拨料(9)。
4、根据权利要求2所述的一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备，其特征在于所述的液体喷头(5)成对装在混合室壁(6)上，其对数为N，并且N≥1。
5、根据权利要求2所述的一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备，其特征在于所述的撒料装置(2)内的撒料盘(4)的转数为200～350转/分。
6、根据权利要求2所述的一种活性石灰粉末与液体粘结剂混合工艺的设备，其特征在于所述的液体喷头(5)上设有调节装置(10)。
