In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a charging seat 28 is disposed on the dust collector body 27, the charging seat 28 and the dust collector body 27 are integrally formed, the dust collector charging spring and the communication receiving lamp 19 are both fixedly disposed on the charging seat 28, the charging seat 28 and the dust collector body 27 form a dust collector alignment groove 21, and the angle of the dust collector alignment groove 21 is 0 to 60 °; furthermore, a host limiting groove 20 is arranged on the side surface of the machine shell 22, the host limiting groove 20 is arranged on the side surface of the dust collecting opening 8, the included angle formed by the host limiting groove 20 and the machine shell 22 is 0-60 degrees, the host limiting groove 20 is matched with the dust collector aligning groove 21, so that the sweeping robot 1 can be aligned and jointed with the dust collector 9 conveniently, because the dust collector alignment groove 21 and the host computer limit groove 20 are both made into angles, and the angles are all between 0 and 60 degrees, so that the angle between the sweeping robot 1 and the dust collector 9 is between 0-60 degrees, the sweeping robot 1 can be smoothly guided into the dust collector 9, meanwhile, the first host charging elastic sheet 14 and the second host charging elastic sheet 15 in the sweeping robot 1 are in contact with the first dust collector charging elastic sheet 17 and the second dust collector charging elastic sheet 18 in the dust collector 9, the dust collector 9 and the sweeping robot 1 generate charging current, and the sweeping robot 1 is charged.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the sweeping robot 1 receives signals sent by four groups of infrared emission lamps 10 on a dust collector 9 through six infrared receiving lamps, namely a left front infrared receiving lamp 2, a front infrared receiving lamp 3, a right front infrared receiving lamp 4, a left rear infrared receiving lamp 5, a tail infrared receiving lamp 6 and a right rear infrared receiving lamp 7, the sweeping robot 1 receives signals of four groups of infrared emission lamps 10 in the dust collector 9 through the left front infrared receiving lamp 2, the two groups of front infrared receiving lamps 3 and the right front infrared receiving lamp 4, the sweeping robot 1 continuously walks to the dust collector 9, a certain range in front of the dust collector 9 is reached by avoiding a virtual wall signal sent by a virtual wall signal lamp 11, the sweeping robot 1 continuously travels to the position of the dust collector 9, the distance between the sweeping robot 1 and the dust collector 9 is detected through a distance sensor on the sweeping robot 1, the sweeping robot 1 is at a position three hundred millimeters away from the dust collector 9, after the sweeping robot 1 turns to 180 degrees, the sweeping robot 1 receives signals sent by four groups of infrared emission lamps 10 in the dust collector 9 through the right rear infrared receiving lamp 7, the two groups of tail infrared receiving lamps 6 and the right rear infrared receiving lamp 7, the sweeping robot 1 continuously drives to the dust collector 9, the dust collecting opening 8 and the suction nozzle 13 are firstly attached and sealed through the auxiliary limit of the host limiting groove 20 and the dust collector aligning groove 21, then the first host charging elastic sheet 14 and the second host charging elastic sheet 15 in the sweeping robot 1 are contacted with the first dust collector charging elastic sheet 17 and the second dust collector charging elastic sheet 18 in the dust collector 9, the dust collector 9 and the sweeping robot 1 generate charging current and charge the sweeping robot 1, the dust collector 9 sends an instruction to stop the sweeping robot 1 to retreat, the sweeping robot 1 sends signals to the communication receiving lamp 19 in the dust collector 9 through the communication emission lamp 16, the dust collector 9 starts to collect dust after receiving a signal, the suction nozzle 13 on the dust collector 9 is attached and sealed with the dust collecting port 8 in the sweeping robot 1, air flow enters from the air inlet under the action of the fan of the dust collector 9 and is discharged through the dust collecting port 8 in the sweeping robot 1, the air flow reaches the garbage bag of the dust collector 9 through the suction nozzle 13 to complete one-time circulation, and the sweeping robot 1 and the dust collector 9 enter charging work after dust collection is completed.
The sweeping robot 1 of the intelligent sweeping dust collecting device can automatically clean garbage and automatically mop the floor, automatic dust collection is realized in the working process of the sweeping robot 1 through the dust collector 9, automatic charging can also be realized through the sweeping robot 1 through the dust collector 9, a bar code or a black and white code is not needed on the dust collector 9, the sweeping robot 1 can automatically charge, the automation degree is high, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cost is reduced.
