技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能印刷用纸浆,属于纸浆生产加工技术领域。
背景技术
纸浆是造纸的基本原料,目前常见的纸浆有茎干纤维类、韧皮纤维类、木材纤维类等等,目前我国木材的资源远远不能满足日益发展的制浆造纸工业化的需要,并且针对不同的需要往往对纸浆有不同的要求,现有的纸浆往往功能比较单一。因此,迫切的需要一种新的方案解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种多功能印刷用纸浆,该技术方案采用多种原料制备纸浆,满足各种造纸的要求,应用范围更为广泛。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种多功能印刷用纸浆,按照质量份数组成如下:玉米杆60-90份,稻杆40-60份,枫树叶30-50份,银杏叶20-40份,滑石粉25—50份,碳酸钙15—30份,阻水剂2-6份以及湿强剂为3-8份。
进一步地,按照质量份数组成如下:玉米杆60份,稻杆40份,枫树叶30份,银杏叶20份,滑石粉25份,碳酸钙15份,阻水剂2份以及湿强剂为3份。

实施例1:一种多功能印刷用纸浆,按照质量份数组成如下:玉米杆60份,稻杆40份,枫树叶30份,银杏叶20份,滑石粉25份,碳酸钙15份,阻水剂2份以及湿强剂为3份。
实施例2:一种多功能印刷用纸浆,按照质量份数组成如下:玉米杆90份,稻杆60份,枫树叶50份,银杏叶40份,滑石粉50份,碳酸钙30份,阻水剂6份以及湿强剂为8份。
实施例3:一种多功能印刷用纸浆,按照质量份数组成如下:玉米杆70份,稻杆45份,枫树叶40份,银杏叶25份,滑石粉30份,碳酸钙20份,阻水剂3份以及湿强剂为4份。

上述实施例1-实施例5中,所述枫树叶,银杏叶选用秋季的干燥叶。该技术方案采用多种原料制备纸浆,满足各种造纸的要求,该技术方案中采用的玉米杆,稻杆,枫树叶,银杏叶等成份来源广泛,并且可以满足多种造纸的需求,应用范围更为广泛。

1.一种多功能印刷用纸浆,其特征在于,按照质量份数组成如下:玉米杆60-90份,稻杆40-60份,枫树叶30-50份,银杏叶20-40份,滑石粉25—50份,碳酸钙15—30份,阻水剂2-6份以及湿强剂为3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能印刷用纸浆,其特征在于,按照质量份数组成如下:玉米杆60份,稻杆40份,枫树叶30份,银杏叶20份,滑石粉25份,碳酸钙15份,阻水剂2份以及湿强剂为3份。
