5. An adjustable shopping trolley as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the height of the flap (15) is the sum of the heights of the flap (17) and the first riser (6).

Adjustable shopping trolley according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective structure (8) further comprises a threaded block (23), a support plate (24), a turning rod (25), a sleeve (26), a threaded rod (27), a connecting plate (28), a support block (29), a loop bar (30) and a connecting block (31),
the threaded rod (27) is arranged in the middle of the mounting plate (9) through a bearing, and a threaded block (23) is sleeved on the outer side of the threaded rod (27);
a loop bar (30) is arranged on the outer side of the mounting plate (9), a sleeve (26) is sleeved on the outer side of the loop bar (30), a connecting block (31) is arranged at one end of the sleeve (26), one end of the connecting block (31) is connected with the thread block (23),
a rotating rod (25) is arranged at the top end of the mounting plate (9), and the rotating rod (25) penetrates through the top end of the mounting plate (9) and is connected with a threaded rod (27);

10. A method of adjusting a shopping trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the adjustable shopping trolley includes the steps of fixing the mounting block (12) to the corresponding slot (16) in dependence on the height of use, adjusting the height of the handle (10);
when the accommodating cavity of the shopping trolley is insufficient, the movable plates (17) on the first vertical plate (6) and the second vertical plate (7) are turned over and then fixed, and the heights of the first vertical plate (6) and the second vertical plate (7) are adjusted;
fragile goods are put below the supporting plate (24), and the supporting plate (24) is lapped on the supporting block (29) to form an isolation space for protection.
