Abstract
本发明涉及一种首饰清洗剂,制备原料包括:富马酸、碳酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基甜菜碱、聚乙烯醇。本发明还涉及一种使用该首饰清洗剂的清洗方法。本发明中的首饰清洗方法清洁效果好,操作方便,且成本低廉,能够满足人们日常清洁首饰的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种首饰清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
珠宝和装饰物的使用一直是生活中不可或缺的一部分。人们创造了许多精美的首饰,金,银,铂和其他贵重金属被制作成戒指,胸针,别针,吊坠,手镯,脚链,腕带等,并加以装饰有钻石,绿宝石,红宝石,蓝宝石和其他宝石和半宝石。
无论是经常使用的首饰,还是很少使用的首饰都会变脏。普通的污垢,化妆品,油脂,食物和所有其他生活污染物会接触首饰,并且在大多数情况下,会降低首饰的视觉亮度。
极其稀有或珍贵的首饰通常仅由专业珠宝商和宝石匠清洗,他们使用最佳技术来保存和恢复金属和宝石的本质美感。这些过程是昂贵,耗时的,但是因为成本和过程繁琐,对于更频繁使用的珠宝而言实际上是不合适的。
因此提供一种低成本、便于操作的首饰清洗方法时非常有必要的。
发明内容
第一方面,本发明提供一种首饰清洗剂。
在一些实施方式中,所述首饰清洗剂制备原料包括:富马酸、碳酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基甜菜碱、聚乙烯醇。
在一些实施方式中,所述碳酸盐选自碳酸钠,过碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,碳酸锂,过碳酸锂,碳酸氢锂,碳酸钾,过碳酸钾,碳酸氢钾,碳酸铵,倍半碳酸钠,倍半碳酸钾,倍半碳酸锂,倍半碳酸铵和碳酸氢铵中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,以质量分数计,所述首饰清洗剂制备原料包括40%-45%的富马酸。
在一些实施方式中,以质量分数计,所述首饰清洗剂制备原料包括35%-40%的碳酸盐。
在一些实施方式中,以质量分数计,所述首饰清洗剂制备原料包括4%-6%的十二烷基硫酸钠。
在一些实施方式中,以质量分数计,所述首饰清洗剂制备原料包括10%-15%的烷基甜菜碱。
在一些实施方式中,以质量分数计,所述首饰清洗剂制备原料包括8%-10%的聚乙烯醇。
在一些实施方式中,所述首饰清洗剂为片剂。
在一些实施方式中,所述首饰清洗剂每片重3-5g。
第二方面,本发明提供一种首饰清洗剂的制备方法。
在一些实施方式中按照第一方面所述的首饰清洗剂准备原材料,混匀后压片即可。
第二方面,本发明提供一种首饰清洗方法。
在一些实施方式中,将待清洗的首饰和第一方面所述的首饰清洗剂一起放入热水中,静置15-20min即可,所述热水温度为30-35℃。
本发明通过提供的首饰清洗剂和首饰清洁方法,清洁效果好,操作方便,且成本低廉,能够满足人们日常清洁首饰的需要。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种首饰清洗剂,其制备原料包括:

| 烷基甜菜碱 | 14% |
| 聚乙烯醇 | 6% |
将上述原料混匀后压片即可,每片清洗剂为3g。
实施例2
一种首饰清洗剂,其制备原料包括:

一种首饰清洗剂,其制备原料包括:

效果检测
将佩戴时间接近的戒指、手镯和项链作为待清洗样品,测试实施例1-7中的首饰清洗剂的清洗效果,并采用超声波清洗机清洗戒指作为对照,清洗完成之后,根据干净程度,对清洗效果进行评分。
清洗方法为将待清洗首饰与首饰清洗剂放入500mL热水中,放置15min,清洗冲洗即可。
结果如下表所示:

1.一种首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,制备原料包括:富马酸、碳酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基甜菜碱、聚乙烯醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,所述碳酸盐选自碳酸钠,过碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,碳酸锂,过碳酸锂,碳酸氢锂,碳酸钾,过碳酸钾,碳酸氢钾,碳酸铵,倍半碳酸钠,倍半碳酸钾,倍半碳酸锂,倍半碳酸铵和碳酸氢铵中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,以质量分数计,制备原料包括40%-45%的富马酸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,以质量分数计,制备原料包括35%-40%的碳酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,以质量分数计,制备原料包括4%-6%的十二烷基硫酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,以质量分数计,制备原料包括10%-15%的烷基甜菜碱。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,以质量分数计,制备原料包括8%-10%的聚乙烯醇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的首饰清洗剂,其特征在于,所述首饰清洗剂为片剂。
9.一种首饰清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按照权利要求1-8任一项所述的首饰清洗剂准备原材料,混匀后压片即可。
10.一种首饰清洗方法,其特征在于,将待清洗的首饰和权利要求1-8任一项所述的首饰清洗剂一起放到热水中,放置15-20min即可,所述热水温度为30-35℃。
