Because the electronic paper display module group does not have the light source, can not send light to the external world, can only rely on natural light or ambient light, just enable the user and watch the demonstration content, therefore the electronic paper display module group need install the front light device for the user also can normal use in dark surrounds or the environment that outside light is weak.

However, the current light guide plate is generally made of acrylic or PC plate, the manufacturing method adopts nanoimprint, the size cannot be changed at will, and the mold opening is needed for electronic paper display modules with different sizes, which is expensive; because the electronic paper display module is light-proof, the LED lamp strip can only be arranged on the side edge of the light guide plate, so that the light is not uniform, and the light close to the LED lamp strip is brighter than the light far away from the LED lamp strip; the electronic paper display device self thickness is 1.0mm, and light guide plate thickness generally is 0.4mm, and the light guide plate needs to glue the laminating through OCA on the electronic paper display device, and whole thickness can reach 1.9mm, very big increase the surface thickness of electronic paper display module assembly, produced serious influence to the whole installation of product.

In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides an electronic paper front light structure, which replaces the light guide plate commonly used nowadays by adopting a flexible optical light guide film, and realizes the purposes of reducing cost, simplifying process, reducing thickness and improving performance through special structural design so as to meet the requirements of more products and users.

the invention solves the defects that the size and the shape cannot be changed at will by using the light guide plate and the mold opening cost is high by the electronic paper front light with a special structure, thereby effectively reducing the cost; compared with the light guide plate, the flexible optical light guide film has good and uniform light emitting effect and softer visual effect; because the frivolous characteristic of flexible optics leaded light membrane, can effectively reduce the surface thickness of electronic paper display module assembly, compare the thickness that the light guide plate is thick, the effectual surface transmissivity that promotes electronic paper display module assembly.

As shown in fig. 11, the LED lamp strip is composed of an LED lamp (6) and an LED lamp strip FPC (3), the LED lamp (6) is a side light emitting LED, so that the light emitting surface of the LED lamp (6) faces to the tooth (9) of the tooth-shaped light guide plastic frame, the light source can directly irradiate on the flexible optical light guide film fixing end (10), and the number and the brightness of the LED lamp (6) are selected according to the size and the required display brightness of the electronic paper display module (1). The LED lamp (6) is connected with the LED lamp strip FPC (3) in a welding mode.
As shown in fig. 12-13, the tooth-shaped light guide plastic frame (8), the LED lamp (6), and the FPC (3) for the LED light bar can be fixed and assembled by the fixing iron frame (7) to form a front light unit. The welded LED lamp strip is placed into a clamping groove (12) of a fixed iron frame to be fixed, then a tooth-shaped light guide plastic frame (8) wound with a flexible optical light guide film (2) is fixed in the fixed iron frame (7), a buckle (11) of the tooth-shaped light guide plastic frame and a buckle (13) of the fixed iron frame are correspondingly installed, and the LED lamp strip can be fixed between the tooth-shaped light guide plastic frame (8) and the fixed iron frame (7).
