一种生态口服液及其制法,属微生物技术的保健食品及其制造工艺技术,它是提供一种以大豆粉为原料,采用双岐杆菌和分叉杆菌的发酵液与中药熟地黄滤液混合而成,其百分配比分别是40∶40∶20,该口服液不仅具有调整胃肠道功能且对便秘、腹泻具有治疗作用,特别是中药熟地黄与双岐杆菌、乳杆菌发酵液的混合应用可互相补充,发挥补血功能,明显的提高疗效,弥补微生态与传统中草药相结合的理论。
Description
本发明涉及一种微生物的保健食品及其制造工艺技术。
近年来人们利用微生物技术研制了许多生态制剂,其基本构思是用人体正常微生物群成员经过人工繁殖制成活菌制剂,然后再回到本来生境,发挥其自然生理作用。我国有一些产品如“昂立一号”“三株口服液”等诸如此类产品,有一定的调整人体肠道功能作用,也有一定的营养作用,有一定的疗效。
本发明的目的是提供一种在微生物技术的基础上加上传统的中草药制造一种微生态口服液,有着更明显的效果。
本发明的目的可通过下述技术方案来实现,它是由大豆粉为原料,采用双岐杆菌、分叉乳杆菌、及中药熟地黄经发酵组成为双岐杆菌、分叉乳杆菌的细胞成分以及代谢产物的一种微生态口服液的生产工艺技术。即一种由双岐杆菌、分叉乳杆菌、中药熟地黄滤液制备的生态口服液是由双岐杆菌种子液经煮沸的大豆粉滤液、葡萄糖、庶糖、氯化钠发酵制成的发酵液简称为双岐杆菌发酵液;分叉乳杆菌种子液经煮沸的大豆粉滤液、葡萄糖、庶糖、氯化钠发酵制成的发酵液,简称为分叉乳杆菌发酵液;上述这二种发酵液与中草药熟地黄滤液混合配台而成,双岐杆菌发酵液,分叉乳杆菌发酵液、中草药熟地黄滤液的各百分比是40∶40∶20,制造双歧杆菌发酵液的原料百分比是种子液0.80、葡萄糖40,庶糖0.50、氯化钠0.30煮沸的大豆粉滤液94.4;制造分叉乳杆菌发酵液原料的百分比是:种子液0.80,葡萄糖4.0、庶塘0.50、氯化钠0.30、煮沸的大豆粉滤液94.4,中药熟地黄滤液的百分比是:微生态口服液其特征在于双岐杆菌种子液制备是将浓度为1亿个含双歧杆菌1毫升以培养基MgSO47H2O 100.00毫克、Kcl 400.00毫克、CaNO34H2O 100.00毫升、NaCl 6000.00毫克、NaHCO32200.00毫克、NaHPO47H2O 1512.00毫克、D-Glucose 200.00毫克、Glutathione 1.00毫克、Pphenol red 5.00毫克、L-Arginine 200.00毫克、L-Cytine50.00毫克、L-Glutamic acid 20.00毫克、L-Glutamine 300.00毫克Glycine 10.00毫克、L-Histidine 15.00毫克、L-Hydoxyproline20.00毫克、L_Isoleucine 50.00毫克、L-leucine 50.00毫克、L-lysineHc l40.00毫克、L-Methionine15.00毫克、L-ohenylalanine 15.00毫克、L-Proline 20.00毫克、L-serine 30.00毫克、L-Threonine 20.00毫克、L-Tryphophan 5.00毫克、L-Tyrosine 20.00毫克、L-Valine 20.00毫克、Biotin 0.20毫克、Ca-Pantothenate 0.25毫克、Choline chloride 3.00毫克、Folic acid1.00毫克、i-Inositol 35.00毫克、Nicotinamide1.00毫克、P-aminobenzoic acid 1.00毫克、Pyridoxine Hcl 1.00毫克、Riboflavim 0.20毫克、Thiamine Hcl 1.00毫克、VitaminB2 0.005毫克、与水1000毫升配成的溶液于37℃培养48~72小时即成。
分叉乳杆菌种子液制备是将浓度为1亿个分叉乳杆菌10毫升接种于以牛肉膏10克、蛋白胨10克、酵母浸膏5克、葡萄糖20克、氯化钠5克与水1000毫升配成的溶液中于37℃培养24小时即成。
煮沸的大豆粉制备是将40克大豆粉加水1000克,煮沸20分钟,用100目筛子过滤,在121℃时高压30分钟即为煮沸的大豆粉滤液。
中药熟地黄的制备是将24克熟地黄加水1000克煮沸1小时,在121℃时,高压30分钟,过滤即为熟地黄滤液。
双歧杆菌发酵液的制备方法是将煮沸的大豆粉滤液94.4克、葡萄糖40克、庶糖5克、氯化钠3克混匀溶解后于100℃,灭菌1小时,冷至40℃接种双歧杆菌种子液8克,于40℃发酵72小时后即可,分叉乳杆菌发酵液的制备方法是将煮沸的大豆粉滤液94.4克、葡萄糖40克、庶糖5克、氯化钠3克混匀溶解后于100℃,灭菌1小时,冷至40℃接种分叉乳杆菌种子液8克,于40℃发酵24小时后即可。
一种由双歧杆菌、分叉乳杆菌和中药熟地黄滤液20克、在无菌情况下混合均匀、罐装贮售。
本发明的优点是将传统中草药熟地黄与双歧杆菌、发酵液、分叉乳杆菌发酵液结合,不但具有维持肠道正常生理功能、保持肠道微生态平衡作用,而且能发挥中草药熟地黄的补血功能,二者结合对胃肠功能失调同时以伴有血虚不足、面色萎黄、头晕、眼花心悸、失眠的中老年人具有良好的保健功能。
在该技术方案中,双歧杆菌、乳杆菌的发酵液具有调整胃肠道功能作用,维护胃肠道正常生理功能,另外对便秘、腹泻具有治疗作用;熟地黄是地黄蒸制品,药性随之变化,性味甘温,能入肝肾经,药性滋、守而不走,有补血功能,以治血虚、萎黄、特别是填补肾精要药,无论是阴虚不足,阳虚亏损,可配合应用,又能补益肝肾不足之症,将熟地黄与双歧杆菌、乳杆菌发酵液混合应用,可互相补充以达即发挥熟地黄之补血功能同时又弥补其不足,这是微生态理论与专统中草药相结合的创新。使其对人体的治疗与保健有其显著的效果。

Claims (3)
1、一种生态口服液及其制法,其特征在于:以大豆粉为原料接种双歧杆菌和分叉乳杆菌的种子液、发酵液与中草药熟地黄滤液混合而成的口服液。
其百分配比:双歧杆菌发酵液为40、分叉乳杆菌发酵液为40、中药熟地黄滤液为20。
工艺程序:按原料、分装、高温高压、接种与发酵、混合、成品。
2、按权利要求1的口服液其特征在于双岐杆菌种子液经煮沸的大豆粉滤液、葡萄糖、庶糖、氯化钠发酵制成的发酵液称为双岐杆菌发酵液;
分叉乳杆菌种子液经煮沸的大豆粉滤液、葡萄糖、氯化钠发酵制成的发酵液弥为分叉乳杆菌发酵液;
中药熟地黄滤液是将加水煮沸1小时,在121℃高压30分钟经过滤得熟地黄滤液,将上述三种液体混合即成口服液。
双歧杆菌发酵液、分叉乳杆菌发酵液、中药熟地黄滤液的百分比是40∶40∶20。
3、按权利要求1的口服液其特征在于:双歧杆菌发酵液原料的百分比是种子液0.80、葡萄糖4.0、庶塘0.50、氯化钠0.30、煮沸的大豆粉滤液94.4;分又乳杆菌发酵液原料百分比是:种子液0.80、葡萄糖4.0、庶糖0.50氯化钠0.30,煮沸的大豆粉滤液94.4;中药熟地黄滤液的百分比;熟地黄滤液2.4,水97.6。
