Background

The invention provides a stainless steel fixed swivel joint of a point-supported curtain wall, aiming at improving the connection effect of the glass curtain wall and ensuring the connection stability of the glass curtain wall.

The movable adjusting unit 2 comprises a movable sleeve plate 21 and an adjusting screw rod 22, wherein a rectangular mounting groove is formed in the lower end of the movable sleeve plate 21, and a limiting sliding groove is formed in the rectangular mounting groove; a mounting hole is formed in one side wall of the lower end of the movable sleeve plate 21 and communicated with the interior of the rectangular mounting groove of the movable sleeve plate 21; one end of the adjusting screw rod 22 is connected to the side wall of the rectangular mounting groove of the movable sleeve plate 21 through a bearing, the other end of the adjusting screw rod 22 is mounted in the mounting hole of the movable sleeve plate 21 through a bearing, and a hexagonal groove is formed in the outer wall of the shaft head at one end of the mounting hole of the movable sleeve plate 21; threads with opposite rotation directions are symmetrically arranged on the adjusting screw rod 22; threads with opposite turning directions are symmetrically arranged on the adjusting screw rod 22, so that the sleeving and fixing units 1 can be controlled to move simultaneously, and the distance between adjacent sleeving and fixing units 1 is adjusted, so that the mounting holes in the glass curtain wall are fixed and positioned; the movable adjusting unit 2 is convenient for adjust the interval between the lower extreme adjacent cup joints fixed unit 1, has improved and has fixed the different interval mounting holes inside on the lower extreme glass curtain wall, the effectual installation effect of having guaranteed the glass curtain wall.
The buffer connecting unit 3 comprises a U-shaped clamping frame 31, an outer clamping sleeve 32, an auxiliary spring 33, an inner connecting block 34, a guide post 35 and an actuating spring 36; outer clamping sleeves 32 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the U-shaped clamping frame 31 in a sliding fit mode, and auxiliary springs 33 are sleeved on the outer walls of the U-shaped clamping frames 31 positioned in the outer clamping sleeves 32; the inner connecting block 34 is sleeved on the outer wall of the U-shaped clamping frame 31 in the outer clamping sleeve 32 in a sliding fit mode, the side walls of two ends of the inner connecting block 34 are symmetrically provided with guide columns 35, and the outer wall of each guide column 35 is sleeved with an actuating spring 36; the guide post 35 is matched with the outer clamping sleeve 32 in a movable connection mode; the arranged buffer connecting unit 3 effectively prevents the glass curtain walls from cracking caused by vibration among the glass curtain walls in the process of connecting the glass curtain walls; the buffering and shock absorption capacity of the glass curtain wall is further improved; the quality effect of the glass curtain wall after connection is ensured.
