The prompting function has various forms, such as voice prompting, popping up a warning window, marking by obvious colors in a drug arrangement list of a traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, and the like. The irrational medicine administration statistical module 5 can also perform statistics on irrational conditions of the prescription finally prescribed by the physician and the prescription finally issued by the pharmacist, so that the physician can conveniently supervise in the hospital, know the current situation and change of the irrational prescription in the hospital, conveniently inform and talk about the relevant physician and pharmacist, and avoid the occurrence of the irrational prescription.

step S3, after the prescription receiving unit receives the sent prescription information, the medication safety comparison module compares the received prescription information with the rules of the unreasonable Chinese medicine decoction piece database, when the rules are matched, the medication safety comparison module sends an instruction to the second alarm unit, the second alarm unit sends an alarm, such as a voice alarm, a jump-out alarm window or red-marking display of the Chinese medicine decoction pieces related to the rules, and at the moment, a pharmacist carefully checks the prescription and communicates with the Chinese medicine pharmacist; if no rule matching occurs, the pharmacist can click the 'confirm' button to successfully send the prescription to the prescription sending unit;
in step S4, the prescription issuing unit executes a command that a medicine can be issued, and the pharmacist takes the medicine to issue.

A management system for improving the safety of a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription is characterized by comprising: the system comprises an unreasonable traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece database, a medication safety comparison module, a traditional Chinese medicine prescription making module and a traditional Chinese medicine dispensing module; the unreasonable Chinese medicine decoction piece database comprises all the unallowable Chinese medicine decoction piece using rules; the traditional Chinese medicine prescription issuing module is used for a doctor to issue a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription to a patient; the traditional Chinese medicine prescription dispensing module is used for receiving prescription information of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription dispensing module, executing a prescription dispensing command and recording the prescription dispensing information; the medication safety comparison module compares the unallowable Chinese medicine decoction piece use rules of the unreasonable Chinese medicine decoction piece database with the prescriptions issued by doctors or the prescriptions received or issued by a traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy to obtain the result of judging whether the prescriptions are reasonable or not, and gives an alarm when the prescriptions are unreasonable.

The management system for improving the safety of the prescription of herbal pieces-prepared for decoction as claimed in claim 1, wherein said herbal piece prescription module comprises herbal piece database containing names of herbal pieces of each kind, prescription unit for providing the path for the physician to select the kind of herbal piece and the path for the dosage from the herbal piece database; the prescription unit is connected with the medication safety comparison module, the medication safety comparison module is used for checking whether the prescription is safe, if the prescription is not in accordance with the regulations, the medication safety comparison module sends an instruction to the first alarm unit, and the first alarm unit sends out an alarm.

The management system for improving the safety of the prescription of herbal pieces-prepared for decoction of traditional Chinese medicine of claim 2, wherein the management system for improving the safety of the prescription of herbal pieces-prepared for decoction comprises an irrational medication statistics module, the irrational medication statistics module is connected with the medication safety comparison module, the medication safety comparison module is connected with the prescription sending unit, and the irrational medication statistics module counts the data of irrational prescription made by a doctor.

The management system for improving the safety of the prescriptions of herbal pieces of chinese medicine according to claim 1, wherein the pharmacy prescription module comprises a prescription receiving unit, a second alarm unit, a prescription issuing unit; the prescription receiving unit is connected with the prescription sending unit, receives the sent prescription information, is also connected with the medication safety comparison module, verifies whether the prescription is safe or not through the medication safety comparison module, and sends an instruction to the second alarm unit and sends a warning through the second alarm unit if the prescription is not safe; the prescription issuing unit is used for issuing a command for taking the medicine.
