Abstract

本发明公开了一种鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽,属于水产养殖设备技术领域。该养殖槽包括槽体、浮床、底拦鱼栅等结构,浮床位于槽体出水端顶部,设置有多个定植孔,内植水生植物,槽体内部通过底拦鱼栅将水槽分为上深下浅的两部分,上部槽体养殖鱼类,下部槽体投放滤食性贝类。本发明通过水生植物的根系,能有效吸收养殖水体中COD、氮、磷等营养盐,促进水体悬浮颗粒物的沉降,同时利用底层贝类的滤食作用,去除颗粒性有机物,解决现有养殖水槽废弃物收集效率较低的问题,还能增加贝类和水生植物产量,同时具有景观美学价值。

本发明涉及一种养殖槽,具体涉及一种鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽,属于水产养殖设备技术领域。
背景技术
为加大渔业生态环境保护,减少池塘养殖尾水排放,近年来,池塘工程化循环水养殖技术模式正逐步得到试验、示范和规模化推广。
池塘工程化循环水养殖技术模式是一种新型的水产养殖模式,其原理是将池塘划分为小水体推水养殖区和大水体生态净化区,小水体推水养殖区设置长方形养殖水槽,将养殖品种集中于水槽内养殖,水槽进水端安装增氧推水装置,水槽出水端安装集污设施,通过持续性流水开展集约化养殖。大水体生态净化区通过放养滤食性鱼类等进行水体净化。该模式核心功能是通过流水槽将养殖过程中产生的粪便和饲料残饵集中收集,最大限度的减少养殖水体的污染负荷。
然而在实际生产中发现,由于水槽中不同深度的水体在流速上的差异,上层水体流速较高,污染物无法有效沉降到水槽末端的集污设施中,下层水体由于流速过缓,污染物在养殖区沉积较多,水槽末端集污区的收集率较低,与系统设计收集率有较大差距。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽,以解决现有养殖槽污染物收集率较低的问题,从而提高水体净化效率。
本发明的鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽,包括槽体,槽体顶面敞口且位于水面上方,内部设置底拦鱼栅将槽体分为上深下浅的两部分,槽体出水端顶部设置浮床,浮床上设置多个直径相同的定植孔。
所述底拦鱼栅的进水端和出水端下部分别设置高度相等的挡板,挡板上方与端拦鱼栅相连,底拦鱼栅、端拦鱼栅的孔径小于养殖鱼类的最小体高。
所述槽体出水端顶部侧壁设置有4个固定环,浮床与槽体分离,浮床宽度小于等于槽体内壁宽度并浮于水面上方,四角的定植孔通过绳索与固定环相连接。
所述浮床覆盖槽体顶面积的比例为30%—50%。
所述浮床种植水生植物空心菜、水芹、生菜中一种或任意组合。
所述浮床下方四周覆盖有尼龙筛绢网。
所述槽体底部投放滤食性贝类河蚌、螺蛳中一种或组合。
本发明的工作原理:
在本发明养殖槽内,搭配不同营养层级、养殖生态位互补的动植物,实现水质调控和营养物质循环利用,在提高养殖效益的同时减少污染物排放。通过在浮床种植水生植物,利用植物根系发达、生长需要大量氮、磷营养盐的特性,吸收鱼类粪便残饵产生的氮、磷等营养盐进行生物原位调控,缓解池塘水体富营养化。植物根系所产生的分泌物,可以有效促进养殖水体悬浮颗粒物的沉降,提高养殖水槽的粪污收集率。此外植物通过光合作用,由根系向水体释放氧气,增加水体溶氧。夏季高温季节,浮床还可为鱼类遮阳避暑。在养殖槽底部,通过贝类的滤食净化作用,将沉积到养殖槽底部的沉积物转化为贝类生物量,在减轻养殖对水体压力的同时提高经济效益,达到养殖空间资源的立体化利用,提高了养殖空间利用效率。
本发明的养殖槽与现有通常使用的养殖槽相比,具有以下几个方面的优势:
一、通过水生植物根系分泌物的絮凝作用,促进悬浮颗粒物的沉淀,提高污染物收集率;
二、通过植物根系的吸收、底层贝类的滤食作用,增加对氮、磷的吸收利用,降低水体营养盐浓度;
三、在养殖鱼类的同时,增加水生植物、贝类的产量,提高养殖槽的经济效益;
四、浮床植物具有景观美学价值。
随着我国水产养殖业提质增效和渔业节能减排战略的积极推进,本发明的养殖槽可有效推进池塘工程化循环水养殖模式的推广普及,对保障养殖尾水达标排放具有重要意义。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步地讲述:
一种鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽,包括槽体1,尺寸规格为20m(长)×5m(宽)×2.5m(深),玻璃钢材质,顶面敞口且位于水面上方,内部设置底拦鱼栅11将水槽分为上深下浅的两部分,上部水槽深2.1m,下部水槽深0.4m,槽体1出水端顶部设置PE材质的浮床2,浮床2上设置多个直径相同的定植孔21。
底拦鱼栅11的进水端和出水端下部分别设置高度为0.4m的挡板13,挡板13为玻璃钢材质,挡板13上方与端拦鱼栅12相连,底拦鱼栅11、端拦鱼栅12的孔径为7.5mm,小于养殖鱼类的最小体高。
槽体1出水端顶部侧壁设置有4个固定环23,固定环直径5cm,浮床与槽体分离,浮床规格为8m(长)×4.8m(宽),放置于槽体1内并浮于水面上方,四角的定植孔21通过绳索24与固定环23相连接。
浮床2覆盖流水槽顶面积的比例为38.4%。
浮床2种植水生植物空心菜22,空心菜苗高17~20cm。
浮床2下方四周覆盖有尼龙筛绢网25,孔径为250μm(60目),筛绢包裹空心菜根系,以防止鱼类啃食。
槽体1底部投放螺蛳,投放密度为50g/m2

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽,其特征是:底拦鱼栅(11)的进水端和出水端下部分别设置高度相等的挡板(13),挡板(13)上方与端拦鱼栅(12)相连,底拦鱼栅(11)、端拦鱼栅(12)的孔径小于养殖鱼类的最小体高。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼菜贝共生型工程化循环水双层养殖槽,其特征是:槽体(1)出水端顶部侧壁设置有4个固定环(23),浮床(2)与槽体(1)分离,浮床(2)宽度小于等于槽体(1)内壁宽度并浮于水面上方,四角的定植孔(21)通过绳索(24)与固定环(23)相连接。
