the side wall of the vertical pipe is provided with a sliding chute in the vertical direction;
the screw rod is in threaded connection with two sliding blocks which move in opposite directions, a hook is fixed on the side face, facing the sliding groove, of each sliding block, and the hook is matched with the sliding groove and extends out of the sliding groove.
