Background
Vitamins are a class of low molecular weight compounds that cannot be synthesized in the body, but are one of the seven major nutrients required by the human body. The vitamin required by human body is very small, but the vitamin is as important as protein, carbohydrate and other nutrients, has the function of maintaining normal physiological function of human body, and plays an important regulating role in the process of substance metabolism. The vitamins are divided into water-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins, wherein the B vitamins belong to the water-soluble vitamins.
The B vitamins mainly come from yeast, grains, animal livers, animal kidneys and the like, are essential nutrients for human tissues, participate in the metabolism of sugar, protein and fat in the body and are the key of releasing energy of food. The B vitamins include vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, nicotinic acid, folic acid, pantothenic acid, and biotin. The B-vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablets prepared in the examples 1 to 6 are detected, and the detection results are as follows:
1. the performance indexes of the B-vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablets prepared in the examples 1 to 6, such as angle of repose, hardness, friability and the like, are detected, and the detection results are shown in Table 7.

The B-vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablets prepared in example 2 and example 6 were taken, and 20 sensory evaluation persons were asked to evaluate the effervescent tablets prepared in example 2 and example 6 according to 4 sensory indexes of appearance, smell, taste and novelty, wherein each index was full of 5 points, the total full of 20 points, and the evaluation results were averaged. Sensory index scoring results are shown in tables 8 and 9.

As can be seen from tables 8 and 9, the products of examples 2 and 6 have good sensory properties, good aroma, good taste when dissolved in the oral cavity, novel product and high acceptability.
3. The B-group vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablets of examples 1-6 were tested for sticking and at the same time, evaluated as described in taste experience. The results are shown in Table 10.

Claims (10)
1. A B-group vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet is characterized in that raw materials comprise B-group vitamins, dietary fibers, an acid source, an alkali source, sugar alcohol, a sweetening agent and essence.

The B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet according to claim 1, wherein the B vitamin is a mixture of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid and biotin, the mass ratio of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid and biotin is 9.5-11: 8.7-10.5: 8.7-10.5: 0.015-0.016: 0.85-1: 42-49: 14.5-17.5: 0.09-0.1.
3. The B-vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet according to claim 1, wherein the dietary fiber is one or more of fructo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, polydextrose, xylo-oligosaccharide, isomalto-oligosaccharide or inulin, and the mass ratio of the dietary fiber to the B-vitamin is 2-5: 1.
4. the B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet of claim 1, wherein the acid source is one or more of anhydrous citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid or fumaric acid, the alkali source is one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate or potassium carbonate, and the molar ratio of the acid source to the alkali source is 0.6: 1.
5. the B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet of claim 1, wherein the sugar alcohol is one or more of lactitol, sorbitol, isomalt, mannitol, erythritol or D-mannitol.
6. The B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet of claim 1, wherein the sweetener is one or more of sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sodium cyclamate or stevioside.
8. the B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet according to claim 1, characterized in that the raw materials further comprise lactose, and the addition amount of the lactose is 10-30 parts.

A method for preparing the B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized in that the B vitamin, the dietary fiber, the acid source, the alkali source, the sugar alcohol, the sweetener and the essence are mixed and tableted to obtain the B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet.

A preparation method of the B vitamin dietary fiber effervescent tablet according to claim 8, wherein the B vitamin, the acid source, the alkali source, the sugar alcohol, the sweetener and the essence are added after the dietary fiber and the lactose are granulated, and the B vitamin effervescent tablet is obtained by tabletting.
