At least two elastic sheets 38, which are circumferentially arranged on the stable buffer portion 37, are made of elastic material, and have elastic abutting protrusions 381 making point contact with the outer circumferential surface of one end of the anti-static wire harness 4 in the wire harness slot 35, the elastic abutting protrusions 381 are arc-shaped, two ends of the elastic abutting protrusions 381 are provided with shrinking roots 382, the two shrinking roots 382 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the elastic abutting protrusions 381, the inner wall of the stable buffer portion 37 is provided with accommodating grooves which are in sliding fit with the shrinking roots 382 and correspond to the shrinking roots 382, the shrinking roots 382 can shrink into the corresponding accommodating grooves, the curvature of the elastic abutting protrusions 381 is larger than that of the shrinking roots 382, the elastic abutting sheets 38 are elastic as a whole, the elastic abutting protrusions 381 and the outer circumferential surface of the anti-static wire harness 4 are tangentially arranged to form point contact, in the process of buffering the anti-static wire harness 4, the elastic abutting protrusions are deformed by external force and are extruded to the shrinking roots 382 along the, so that the contracting root 382 retracts to enter the accommodating groove or pop out from the accommodating groove and act on the elastic protrusion part 381, so that the elastic protrusion part 381 abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the anti-static wire harness 4, and the relation of curvature between the contracting root 382 and the elastic protrusion part 381, when the anti-static wire harness 4 is clamped in the wire harness slot 35 by the stable synapse 36, the contracting root 382 generates large deformation to form large elastic clamping force, thereby further enhancing the fixing performance of the anti-static wire harness 4 on the wire harness connector 3.
Referring to fig. 6, the mounting end piece 5 includes:
the first mounting portion 51 is connected to one end of the antistatic wire harness 4 remote from the harness connector 3.
The second mounting part 52 is hinged to the first mounting part 51, a mounting hole 53 connected with a vehicle body is formed in the second mounting part, one end of the anti-static wire harness 4 is mounted on the filter body 1 through the wire harness connector 3 and the static electricity releasing part 2, and the other end of the anti-static wire harness 4 is mounted on the vehicle body through the mounting end sheet 5, so that static electricity accumulated on the filter body 1 can be led out through the static electricity releasing part 2, the wire harness connector 3 and the anti-static wire harness 4, local static electricity accumulation and large potential difference formation of a fuel oil conveying pipeline can be effectively prevented, the occurrence of automobile spontaneous combustion accidents is avoided, discharge after a large amount of static electricity is accumulated to a certain degree is avoided, and sparks are generated to ignite the fuel oil.
In summary, by arranging the anti-static mechanism forming electrical contact with the vehicle body on the filter body 1, aiming at one of the important reasons of the spontaneous combustion accidents of the vehicle, namely the problem that a large amount of static charges generated by high-speed severe friction between fuel and a conveying pipeline are accumulated on metal parts of the conveying pipeline in the fuel conveying process, the accumulation of local static charges of the conveying pipeline of the fuel can be effectively prevented, a large potential difference can be formed, the spontaneous combustion accidents of the vehicle can be avoided, the phenomenon that the static charges are accumulated to a certain degree and then discharged to generate sparks to ignite the fuel can be avoided, the wire harness connector 3 in the anti-static mechanism forms a more stable point contact or line contact structure for one end part of the anti-static wire harness 4, the fixing performance of the end part of the anti-static wire harness 4 in the wire harness slot 35 is enhanced, and the anti-static wire harness 4 is not easy to slide and twist, can avoid because of preventing that static pencil 4 lacks the stationary force or the stationary force is less for the vibration that the car travel in-process produced will prevent the condition that static pencil 4 loosens from pencil connector 3 in, install end piece 5 in the cooperation, make prevent static pencil 4 at the vehicle operation in-process, avoided the great messenger of automobile vibration to prevent that static pencil 4 takes place not hard up phenomenon, guaranteed the normal work of preventing static mechanism.

Claims (10)
1. An automobile fuel pipeline system with an electrostatic discharge function is characterized by comprising:
a filter body (1);
the anti-static mechanism is arranged on the filter body (1) and forms electrical contact with a vehicle body;
wherein, prevent static mechanism includes:
an electrostatic discharge unit (2) detachably connected to the filter body (1);
a harness connector (3) rotatably connected to the electrostatic discharge part (2);
the anti-static wire harness (4) is arranged on the wire harness connector (3), and one end of the anti-static wire harness (4) is electrically connected with the wire harness connector (3);
and the mounting end piece (5) is fixed on the automobile body and is connected with the other end of the anti-static wire harness (4) far away from the wire harness connector (3).
2. The automotive fuel piping system with electrostatic discharge function according to claim 1, characterized in that said filter body (1) comprises:
a housing;
a filter element (16) disposed inside the housing;
the oil inlet end cover (13) is arranged at one end part of the shell, and an oil inlet pipe (11) communicated with the inside of the shell is arranged on the oil inlet end cover (13);
the oil outlet end cover (14) is arranged at the end part of the other end of the shell, which is far away from the oil inlet end cover (13), and the oil outlet end cover (14) is provided with an oil outlet pipe (12) communicated with the inside of the shell.
3. The automobile fuel pipeline system with the electrostatic discharge function according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of oil inlet end connecting protrusions (131) for installing the anti-static mechanism are arranged on the oil inlet end cover (13), the oil inlet end connecting protrusions (131) are circumferentially distributed on an end face, away from the oil outlet end cover (14), of the oil inlet end cover (13), a plurality of oil outlet end connecting protrusions (141) for installing the anti-static mechanism are arranged on the oil outlet end cover (14), and the oil outlet end connecting protrusions (141) are circumferentially distributed on an end face, away from the oil inlet end cover (13), of the oil outlet end cover (14).
4. The automobile fuel pipeline system with the electrostatic discharge function as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of mounting protrusions (15) are provided on the outer wall of the housing.
5. The automobile fuel pipeline system with the electrostatic discharge function according to claim 4, wherein the filter element (16) has an axial extension direction, a support portion (17) for installing and positioning the filter element (16) is arranged inside the housing, the support portion (17) is arranged to abut against the end faces of the two ends of the filter element (16) in the axial direction, and the support portion (17) is folded to wrap the edge of the filter element (16).
6. The automotive fuel piping system with electrostatic discharge function according to claim 5, characterized in that the electrostatic discharge part (2) comprises:
a first connection part (21) provided with a connection hole (211) connected with any one of the oil inlet end connection protrusion (131) or the oil outlet end connection protrusion (141);
the second connecting part (24) is arranged at one end part of the first connecting part (21) and has a certain inclination angle with the first connecting part (21);
and a rotating connecting part (25) which is arranged at one end part of the second connecting part (24) far away from the first connecting part (21) and is rotatably connected with the wiring harness connector (3).

The automobile fuel pipeline system with the electrostatic discharge function according to claim 6, wherein one end of the first connecting portion (21) is provided with a bending portion to form a buffer portion (23), one end of the second connecting portion (24) close to the first connecting portion (21) is provided with an arc transition portion (241), and the first connecting portion (21) is connected with the arc transition portion (241) through the buffer portion (23).
8. The automotive fuel piping system with electrostatic discharge function according to claim 7, characterized in that the harness connector (3) comprises:
a connector body (31) having an axial extending direction and rotatably connected to the rotary connection portion (25);
an electrical connection portion (32) provided at one end portion of the connector body (31) near the rotation connection portion (25);
the wire harness slot (35) extends inwards along the axial direction of the connector body (31), blocking parts (34) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the wire harness slot, and one end part of the anti-static wire harness (4) is inserted into the wire harness slot (35);
the wiring terminal (33) is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the wiring harness slot (35) and is electrically connected with the electric connection part (32), a concave table is arranged on the wiring harness slot (35), the wiring terminal (33) is arranged in the concave table, one end, located in the wiring harness slot (35), of the anti-static wiring harness (4) is matched with the wiring terminal (33), and the electric connection with the electric connection part (32) is completed;
the anti-static wiring harness connector comprises stabilizing synapses (36), wherein the stabilizing synapses (36) are arranged on the blocking parts (34) on each side in pairs, the stabilizing synapses (36) are hemispherical or ridged, the stabilizing synapses (36) arranged on the two blocking parts (34) are arranged oppositely, the stabilizing synapses (36) are distributed on the blocking parts (34) at intervals, the stabilizing synapses (36) generate clamping force inwards along the radial direction of the connector body (31), and when one end of the anti-static wiring harness (4) is inserted into the wiring harness slot (35) and matched with the electric connection part (32), the stabilizing synapses (36) and the outer circumferential surface of one end, located in the wiring harness slot (35), of the anti-static wiring harness (4) are in point contact or line contact.
9. The automotive fuel piping system with electrostatic discharge function according to claim 8, wherein the harness connector (3) further comprises:
a stable buffer part (37) which is arranged at one end part of the connector body (31) far away from the electric connection part (32) and is annular;
at least two bullet support piece (38), the circumference form sets up on firm buffer portion (37), adopts elastic material to make, has and prevents that static pencil (4) are located the elasticity that the outer periphery of one end of pencil slot (35) carries out the point contact and supports lug portion (381), bullet supports lug portion (381) and sets up to the arcuation, and the both ends that bullet supported lug portion (381) all are equipped with shrink root (382), and two shrink root (382) symmetry set up at the both ends that the lug portion (381) was supported in the bullet, be equipped with on the inner wall of firm buffer portion (37) with shrink root (382) sliding fit and corresponding storage groove, shrink root (382) collapsible entering to the corresponding storage inslot, the camber that the lug portion (381) was supported in the bullet is greater than the camber of shrink root (382).
10. The automotive fuel piping system with electrostatic discharge function according to claim 9, characterized in that said mounting end piece (5) comprises:
a first mounting part (51) connected to one end of the antistatic harness (4) remote from the harness connector (3);
and the second mounting part (52) is hinged on the first mounting part (51) and is provided with a mounting hole (53) connected with the vehicle body.
