Background
With the high-speed growth of construction works such as urban road traffic, railways, highways, water conservancy, municipal engineering and the like in China, the development of the tunneling machinery in China is also rapid. The development machine has considerable market prospect in China and huge market demand, and is mainly divided into two development directions, namely a coal mine development machine and a tunnel development machine. In recent years, with the rapid development of the coal industry in China, the coal machine industry dependent on lip teeth is increasingly emphasized. The tunneling and the stoping are important production links in coal mine production, and the national guideline is that the tunneling is carried out in advance when the mining is repeated. The rapid excavation of the coal mine tunnel is a key technical measure for ensuring high and stable yield of a mine in a coal mine. The high-efficiency mechanized excavation and support technology is a necessary condition for ensuring high yield and high efficiency of mines and is a development direction of the roadway excavation technology. With the development of fully mechanized mining technology, millions of tons of super working faces and even tens of millions of tons of super working faces are produced annually in China, and the number of annual consumption stoping roadways is greatly increased, so that roadway excavation becomes a common and key technology of high-efficiency intensive production of coal mines.
The most main mode in the high-efficiency tunneling modes of the coal roadway in China is a matching operation line of a cantilever type tunneling machine and a single anchor rod drilling machine, which is also called as coal roadway comprehensive mechanical tunneling, and the cantilever type tunneling machine is widely applied to key coal mines in China. The boom-type roadheader integrates the functions of cutting, loading, transporting, walking, operating and the like, and is mainly used for cutting underground rock, coal or semi-coal roadway with sections of any shapes. It is mainly composed of a walking mechanism, a working mechanism, a loading and transporting mechanism, a transshipping mechanism and the like.
In the existing technical scheme, the cutting mechanism of the boom-type roadheader adopts a power transmission mode of a three-phase asynchronous motor, a two-stage planetary gear reducer, a cutting spindle and a cutting head. Since the three-phase asynchronous motor is mechanically characterized by high rotation speed and low torque, a speed reduction mechanism must be provided to increase the torque and reduce the rotation speed. At present, a two-stage planetary gear reducer is used as a main speed reducing mechanism. The secondary planetary gear reducer is complex in structure, a large amount of manpower and material resources are needed for maintenance in use, and the mechanical efficiency eta of the secondary planetary gear reducer is about 0.88 and is relatively low; secondly, the speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor is constant, and the speed cannot be regulated, so that the applicability is poor; and the water route of the spraying system of the boom-type roadheader cutting head is complex, the spraying pressure is small, the leakage is easy, and the dust-settling effect is not ideal.
Therefore, aiming at the problems in the prior stage, the invention provides a cantilever type heading machine cutting mechanism adopting a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which adopts a mode of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and an intelligent frequency converter to provide power with low speed and large torque, cancels a speed reduction structure, simultaneously realizes stepless speed regulation of a cutting head, is convenient for adjusting the rotating speed of the cutting head according to actual disclosure and simultaneously is convenient for adjusting the cutting speed in the processes of digging a pillar, repairing a roadway, collecting slag and cutting, and can realize higher working efficiency; meanwhile, the output shaft of the adopted permanent magnet synchronous motor and the cutting spindle are hollow shafts, an inner spraying system can be arranged, the water path is simple, the spraying pressure is high, the leakage is not easy, and the dust removal effect is good.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a cantilever type heading machine cutting mechanism adopting a permanent magnet synchronous motor, can realize stepless speed regulation of a cutting head, realizes higher working efficiency, can be internally provided with a spraying system, and has the advantages of simple water path, high spraying pressure, difficulty in leakage and good dust removal effect.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a cantilever type roadheader cutting mechanism adopting a permanent magnet synchronous motor comprises a motor box body, a permanent magnet variable frequency motor and a servo frequency converter, wherein the permanent magnet variable frequency motor and the servo frequency converter are arranged in the motor box body, and the servo frequency converter is connected with the permanent magnet variable frequency motor through a circuit; the cutting spindle is connected with an output shaft of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor through a spline sleeve, and the cutting spindle and the output shaft of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor are hollow shafts; the cutting head is hermetically connected with one end of the cutting spindle, the cutting head comprises a cutting head body and an inner spline sleeve, a nozzle is arranged on the cutting head body, the inner spline sleeve and the cutting head body are fixedly connected through welding, a water containing cavity is arranged between the inner spline sleeve and the cutting head body, the water containing cavity is communicated with the nozzle, and a small hole is formed in the inner spline sleeve and communicated with the water containing cavity; the cutting machine is characterized by further comprising an inner spraying system, wherein the inner spraying system is arranged at the hollow positions of the output shaft of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor and the cutting spindle and comprises a water pipe, a sealing joint is arranged at one end of the water pipe and is in sealing connection with the other end of the cutting spindle, and the other end of the water pipe is connected with a rotary water seal which is arranged on the permanent magnet variable frequency motor in a sealing way.
Preferably, a sealing structure is formed between one end of the cutting spindle and the cutting head through an O-shaped ring and a spline, so that the sealing performance of the inner spraying system is ensured.
Preferably, the front side of the motor box body is provided with a front flange, and the rear side of the motor box body is provided with a rear flange for positioning the permanent magnet variable frequency motor; and the rear flange is provided with a bolt mounting hole for mounting a motor mounting bolt, so that the permanent magnet variable frequency motor and the motor box body can be connected into a whole.
Preferably, the cutting device further comprises a cutting arm, the cutting arm is of a hollow structure, the cutting arm is sleeved on the cutting spindle and fixedly connected with the cutting spindle through a bearing, and the cutting arm is fixed on one side of the motor box body and used for protecting the cutting spindle and realizing continuous and stable operation of the cutting spindle.
Preferably, the water pipe is the stainless steel water pipe, prevents the corrosion, the water pipe other end is installed to permanent magnetism variable frequency motor afterbody, inside the water pipe runs through permanent magnetism variable frequency motor for interior water spraying system's water pipe provides sufficient water pressure, realizes the efficient dust removal effect.

the scheme adopts the combination of a permanent magnet variable frequency motor and a servo frequency converter, the permanent magnet variable frequency motor is a permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor, the servo frequency converter is an intelligent servo frequency converter, the servo frequency converter realizes the control of the output rotating speed and the torque of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor through controlling the parameters of the current, the voltage, the frequency and the like of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor, further realizes the low-speed and high-torque work of a cutting head and the stepless speed regulation of the cutting head, does not need to be provided with a speed reduction structure, can adjust the rotating speed of the cutting head according to the actual working condition, is convenient for the adjustment of the cutting speed in the processes of digging, repairing, collecting slag and cutting of the tunneling process, and has higher working efficiency compared with the cutting mechanism of the traditional cantilever; through adopting hollow permanent magnetism variable frequency motor output shaft and cutting spindle for spraying system in setting up, interior spraying system loops through the hollow part of cutting spindle, the aperture of internal spline cover, holds water cavity and nozzle, realizes the spraying process, makes the water under high pressure pass through the nozzle blowout and forms the water smoke, realizes efficient dust removal effect.
By adopting the scheme, the stepless speed regulation of the cutting head can be realized, the rotating speed of the cutting head can be regulated according to the actual working condition, the adjustment of the column digging, roadway repairing, slag collecting and cutting speed in the cutting process of the tunneling process is facilitated, the higher working efficiency is realized, a spraying system can be arranged in the device, the water path is simple, the spraying pressure is high, the leakage is not easy, and the dust removal effect is good.

Preferably, a sealing structure is formed by one end of the cutting spindle 3 and the cutting head 1 through an O-shaped ring 9 and a spline, so that the sealing performance of the inner spraying system is ensured.
Preferably, a front flange 51 is arranged on the front side of the motor box body 5, and a rear flange 53 is arranged on the rear side of the motor box body for positioning the permanent magnet variable frequency motor; the rear flange 53 is provided with bolt mounting holes 52 for mounting motor mounting bolts, so that the permanent magnet variable frequency motor 6 and the motor box 5 can be connected into a whole.

The scheme adopts the combination of a permanent magnet variable frequency motor 6 and a servo frequency converter 7, the permanent magnet variable frequency motor 6 is a permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor, the servo frequency converter 7 is an intelligent servo frequency converter, the servo frequency converter 7 controls the output rotating speed and the torque of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor 6 through controlling the parameters such as the current, the voltage, the frequency and the like of the permanent magnet variable frequency motor 6, so that the low-speed large-torque work of the cutting head 1 and the stepless speed regulation of the cutting head 1 are realized, a speed reduction structure is not required to be arranged, the rotating speed of the cutting head 1 can be adjusted according to the actual working condition, and the adjustment of the cutting speed in the processes of digging a column, repairing a roadway, collecting slag and cutting is facilitated, so that the cutting mechanism has higher working efficiency compared with the traditional cantilever type; through adopting hollow permanent magnetism variable frequency motor 6 output shaft and cutting spindle 3 for spraying system 7 in setting up, spraying system 7 loops through cutting spindle 3's hollow portion, internal spline housing 12's aperture 14, holds water cavity 13 and nozzle 15 in proper order, realizes the spraying process, makes the water under high pressure pass through nozzle 15 blowout formation water smoke, realizes efficient dust removal effect.
