Abstract
一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方及其制备方法,属于改善皮肤营养吸收技术领域;包括水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、PCA钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、聚季铵盐‑10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、聚季铵盐‑7、榧子提取物、铁皮石斛茎提取物、蔓荆果提取物、龙胆根提取物、何首乌根提取物、聚乙二醇‑14M、柠檬酸、丙二醇、卡波姆和EDTA二钠;榧子精油进入皮肤后对皮肤器官进行刺激,毛孔自动放大,毛孔放大后,相应的营养物质顺利通过皮肤抵达肌肤底层,从而被吸收利用,榧子精油配合小分子团水使本发明应用于清洗头皮时使皮肤吸收营养起到明显效果。

技术领域
本发明属于改善皮肤营养吸收技术领域,具体是涉及一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最大的器官,总重量占体重的5%~15%,总面积为1.5~2平方米,厚度因人或因部位而异,为0.5~4毫米,皮肤覆盖全身,它使体内各种组织和器官免受物理性、机械性、化学性和病原微生物性的侵袭。皮肤具有两个方面的屏障作用:一方面防止体内水分,电解质和其他物质的丢失,另一方面阻止外界有害物质的侵入,保持着人体内环境的稳定上,在生理上起着重要的保护功能,同时皮肤也参与人体的代谢过程。日常生活中在皮肤表层涂抹营养物或清洗时,营养物很难被皮肤吸收。
目前,促进皮肤吸收的产品很多,如护肤品、洗发液、沐浴露中都含有一些促进吸收的成分,这些促进吸收的成分具有调节皮肤PH平衡,清洁皮肤毛孔污垢,补充水分,软化角质的作用。市场上促进皮肤吸收的种类居多,为了降低成本,使用廉价原料,并且添加较多的化学添加剂,这种成分组合物尤其对于敏感性皮肤的更加不适合。促进吸收的成分的配方中基本上60%左右都是水,一般使用的水分子来自于蒸馏水,这种蒸馏水为13-15以上个水分子团组成,分子的平均直径为2.6nm,长期久置之后直径为6nm,难以进入皮肤细胞,被细胞吸收。2003年诺贝尔化学获奖者披德·阿格雷,成功拍摄到细胞膜亲水通道高清立体照片,证实了Dr.Erwincher提出的细胞膜存有2nm通道的报道。普通的日常饮用水、蒸馏水、纯净水大多数为大分子团水,水分子团水在13-15个以上,核磁共振半幅宽度值为110-130Hz左右,直径超过2nm,难以被吸收。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方及其制备方法。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方,包括水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、PCA钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、聚季铵盐-7、榧子提取物、铁皮石斛茎提取物、蔓荆果提取物、龙胆根提取物、何首乌根提取物、聚乙二醇-14M、柠檬酸、丙二醇、卡波姆和EDTA二钠,所述该配方按重量百分比为:62.3%的水、12%的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、8%的月桂醇硫酸酯铵、2%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、5%的椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、4%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、1%的椰油酰胺MEA、0.8%的PCA钠、0.5%的氯化钠、0.3%的柠檬酸钠、0.3%的聚季铵盐-10、0.2%的瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.8%的苯氧乙醇、0.3%的苯甲酸钠、0.5%的聚季铵盐-7、0.2%的榧子提取物、0.2%的铁皮石斛茎提取物、0.2%的蔓荆果提取物、0.2%的龙胆根提取物、0.2%的何首乌根提取物、0.2%的聚乙二醇-14M、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的丙二醇、0.05%的卡波姆、0.2%的EDTA二钠。
作为优选,所述榧子提取物为榧子精油。
作为优选,所述水采用的是小分子团水,所述小分子团水为核磁共振半幅宽值需小于45Hz。
作为优选,所述该配方的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将水倒入搅拌器中后加热到60℃,加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,200rpm搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、对经步骤一搅拌后对其加热至80℃,加入月桂醇硫酸酯铵,200rpm搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、对经步骤二搅拌后搅拌速率提升至300rpm,将聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、卡波姆、聚乙二醇-14M依次缓慢撒入,保温80℃搅拌至原料分散均匀;
步骤四、对经步骤三继续80℃保温并300rpm搅拌,将聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、PCA钠、聚季铵盐-7、丙二醇、EDTA二钠依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤五、对经步骤四搅拌后的料体降温至50℃,将搅拌速率降至200rpm,将氯化钠、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤六、对经步骤五得到的料体降温至40℃,维持200rpm速率搅拌,将榧子提取物、铁皮石斛茎提取物、蔓荆果提取物、龙胆根提取物、何首乌根提取物依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤七、对经步骤五得到的料体以200rpm速率搅拌降温至室温,料体出锅。
本发明具有的有益效果:
本发明制备的配方中榧子精油属于小分子结构,能迅速通过毛孔抵达肌肤内部,榧子精油具有一定的天然刺激性,进入皮肤后对皮肤器官进行刺激,反射到脑中枢,最后该区域的毛孔自动放大,毛孔放大后,相应的营养物质顺利通过皮肤抵达肌肤底层,从而被吸收利用;榧子(TORREYA GRANDIS)提取物、铁皮石斛(DENDROBIUM CANDIDUM)茎提取物、蔓荆(VITEX TRIFOLIA)果提取物、龙胆(GENTIANA SCABRA)根提取物四者均起到对皮肤调理的作用,何首乌(POLYGONUM MULTIFLORUM)根提取物起到抗氧化作用,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-7起到抗静电作用;月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰胺MEA以上成分起到清洁效果和增加表面活性的作用,椰油酰胺MEA和氯化钠还可以控制本发明配方的黏度控制,聚二甲基硅氧烷使配方更加柔润;PCA钠起到保湿剂、抗静电和皮肤调理剂;聚季铵盐-10为头发调理剂同样具有抗静电效果;榧子精油配合小分子团水使本发明应用于清洗头皮时使皮肤吸收营养起到明显效果,本发明去屑止痒洗发水具有去头屑、去油腻、止痒的功效,在连续使用两周之后,头油和头屑逐步得到控制,头发的油腻感逐渐减少,头发逐渐变的柔顺,头皮瘙痒感和头皮上的小红疙瘩逐渐缓解,在使用一个月后,头屑和头痒得到明显缓解。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方,包括水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、PCA钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、聚季铵盐-7、榧子提取物、铁皮石斛茎提取物、蔓荆果提取物、龙胆根提取物、何首乌根提取物、聚乙二醇-14M、柠檬酸、丙二醇、卡波姆和EDTA二钠,所述该配方按重量百分比为:62.3%的水、12%的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、8%的月桂醇硫酸酯铵、2%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、5%的椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、4%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、1%的椰油酰胺MEA、0.8%的PCA钠、0.5%的氯化钠、0.3%的柠檬酸钠、0.3%的聚季铵盐-10、0.2%的瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.8%的苯氧乙醇、0.3%的苯甲酸钠、0.5%的聚季铵盐-7、0.2%的榧子提取物、0.2%的铁皮石斛茎提取物、0.2%的蔓荆果提取物、0.2%的龙胆根提取物、0.2%的何首乌根提取物、0.2%的聚乙二醇-14M、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的丙二醇、0.05%的卡波姆、0.2%的EDTA二钠。
所述榧子提取物为榧子精油。
所述水采用的是小分子团水,所述小分子团水为核磁共振半幅宽值需小于45Hz;小分子团水,它由5-7个水分子排列组成,核磁共振半幅宽度值为45Hz左右,分子直径小于2nm,更容易在细胞膜通道中进出,更有利于细胞的吸收。
所述该配方的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将水倒入搅拌器中后加热到60℃,加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,200rpm搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、对经步骤一搅拌后对其加热至80℃,加入月桂醇硫酸酯铵,200rpm搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、对经步骤二搅拌后搅拌速率提升至300rpm,将聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、卡波姆、聚乙二醇-14M依次缓慢撒入,保温80℃搅拌至原料分散均匀;
步骤四、对经步骤三继续80℃保温并300rpm搅拌,将聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、PCA钠、聚季铵盐-7、丙二醇、EDTA二钠依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤五、对经步骤四搅拌后的料体降温至50℃,将搅拌速率降至200rpm,将氯化钠、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤六、对经步骤五得到的料体降温至40℃,维持200rpm速率搅拌,将榧子提取物、铁皮石斛茎提取物、蔓荆果提取物、龙胆根提取物、何首乌根提取物依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤七、对经步骤五得到的料体以200rpm速率搅拌降温至室温,料体出锅。

本发明配方为对皮肤或毛发起到清洗清洁的效果,且能够改善皮肤的营养吸收。
针对本发明去屑止痒洗发水临床实验:临床观察100例(其中实验组80例,男43人、女37人,年龄最大55岁、最小21岁;对照组20例,男10人、女10人,年龄最大49岁、最小20岁)。将志愿者随机分成两组,分别使用本发明去屑止痒洗发水和对比洗发水。
实验方法:实验组和对照组每人每隔2天使用上述去屑止痒洗发水和对比洗发水洗发一次,试验周期60天。
使用10-15天后,实验组有58人(其中,男性30人、女性28人),对照组9人(其中,男性5人、女性4人)头皮出油和头痒开始改善,头发逐渐柔顺。
使用30天后,实验组有67人(其中,男性36人、女性31人),对照组11人(其中,男性7人、女性4人)头皮出油和头痒得到明显改善,头屑明显减少,头发变得柔顺。
本发明实施例的使用效果:
1.王女士,38岁,头皮油腻,头发油亮,平时有大量灰白色头屑,头皮瘙痒较重,头发有较多的脱落,属于脂溢性脱发,使用本发明去屑止痒洗发水一个月后,基本解决了头屑、头痒的问题,头发脱落明显减少,对本发明十分满意。
2.张女士,29岁,头皮油腻,导致头发上有很多头油,使头发容易沾染皮屑和灰尘,两天不洗头就很脏,使头皮瘙痒并伴有小红疙瘩。使用本发明去屑止痒洗发水一个月后,头油、头屑、小红疙瘩基本消失。
3.韩先生,33岁,头皮出油较多,头发油腻,头皮瘙痒,有大量头屑并伴有脱发,使用本发明去屑止痒洗发水一个月后,头皮出油减少,头发变清爽,头屑和脱发现象明显缓解。
4.何先生,37岁,头皮出油严重,头发油腻,使头发团在一起,导致头皮瘙痒,头屑较多以及头皮上长小红疙瘩,使用本发明去屑止痒洗发水一个月后,头皮和头发的油腻问题得到了明显的缓解,头屑明显减少。

1.一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方,包括水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、PCA钠、氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、聚季铵盐-7、榧子提取物、铁皮石斛茎提取物、蔓荆果提取物、龙胆根提取物、何首乌根提取物、聚乙二醇-14M、柠檬酸、丙二醇、卡波姆和EDTA二钠,其特征在于所述该配方按重量百分比为:62.3%的水、12%的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、8%的月桂醇硫酸酯铵、2%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、5%的椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、4%的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、1%的椰油酰胺MEA、0.8%的PCA钠、0.5%的氯化钠、0.3%的柠檬酸钠、0.3%的聚季铵盐-10、0.2%的瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、0.8%的苯氧乙醇、0.3%的苯甲酸钠、0.5%的聚季铵盐-7、0.2%的榧子提取物、0.2%的铁皮石斛茎提取物、0.2%的蔓荆果提取物、0.2%的龙胆根提取物、0.2%的何首乌根提取物、0.2%的聚乙二醇-14M、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的丙二醇、0.05%的卡波姆、0.2%的EDTA二钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方,其特征在于所述榧子提取物为榧子精油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方,其特征在于所述水采用的是小分子团水,所述小分子团水为核磁共振半幅宽值需小于45Hz。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的一种改善皮肤营养吸收的配方,其特征在于所述该配方的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将水倒入搅拌器中后加热到60℃,加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,200rpm搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、对经步骤一搅拌后对其加热至80℃,加入月桂醇硫酸酯铵,200rpm搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、对经步骤二搅拌后搅拌速率提升至300rpm,将聚季铵盐-10、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、卡波姆、聚乙二醇-14M依次缓慢撒入,保温80℃搅拌至原料分散均匀;
步骤四、对经步骤三继续80℃保温并300rpm搅拌,将聚二甲基硅氧烷、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA、PCA钠、聚季铵盐-7、丙二醇、EDTA二钠依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤五、对经步骤四搅拌后的料体降温至50℃,将搅拌速率降至200rpm,将氯化钠、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤六、对经步骤五得到的料体降温至40℃,维持200rpm速率搅拌,将榧子提取物、铁皮石斛茎提取物、蔓荆果提取物、龙胆根提取物、何首乌根提取物依次加入,保温搅拌十分钟;
步骤七、对经步骤五得到的料体以200rpm速率搅拌降温至室温,料体出锅。
