Background
Orthodontics is the process of straightening teeth with malformed teeth by various oral techniques. The purposes of beautiful appearance, healthy function and stable dentition are achieved. At present, orthodontic treatment is mainly faced by children and adolescents. With the spread of orthodontic knowledge, more and more adults are also joining the teams of orthodontic treatment.
The existing metal appliance needs to be correspondingly adjusted after being worn for a period of time, but the existing metal appliance is not convenient to adjust, the adjusting steps are complex, the workload of doctors can be increased, and the using requirements of hospitals cannot be met.
Application number CN202010531684.3 discloses a multifunctional corrector for orthodontics, which comprises a fixing assembly and an arch wire connected with the fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly and the arch wire are provided with a plurality of groups, two ends of the arch wire are connected with the fixing assembly, the fixing assembly and the arch wire are arranged at intervals, and two ends of the arch wire are fixedly connected with clamping blocks; the fixing component comprises a top cover, a bottom plate, a connecting pad, a limiting plate, a limiting piece, a connecting seat, a connecting block, a first fastener, a second fastener, a clamping plate, a connecting rod and a first bolt; the bottom end of the top cover is connected with the upper end face of the bottom plate, the lower end face of the bottom plate is provided with a limiting groove for mounting a limiting plate, a connecting pad is fixedly mounted on the lower end face of the limiting plate, the connecting pad is fixedly connected with the bottom plate through a third bolt, and the top cover is fixedly connected with the bottom plate through a second bolt; the top cover has a cavity therein. The multifunctional appliance for orthodontics has the advantages of reasonable design and convenient adjustment. Although the patent overcomes the defects of the problems in the prior art, the design still has great defects, firstly, the design adopts a mode of rotating the bolt of the thread of the jack connecting seat to adjust the bolt, the arch wire cannot be fixed by the adjustment, and the bolt is loosened and reversed if the bolt rotates to tighten the arch wire, so that the tightening cannot be realized; secondly, the adjusting precision of the device is insufficient, and the rotating adjusting precision is too low; thirdly, the inner side of the appliance is in a horizontal state, and the outer surface of the teeth is in a circular arc shape, so that the teeth cannot be attached to the teeth, and gaps are easily generated to cause the interior of the appliance to be filled with food; fourth, the device has sharp corners at the outer four corners, which can easily damage the mouth and cause poor aesthetics when the appliance is used due to the color mismatch between the appliance and the teeth.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional orthodontic appliance to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the multifunctional corrector for orthodontics comprises arch wires and fixing assemblies, wherein the arch wires and the fixing assemblies are respectively provided with a plurality of groups, two ends of each arch wire are respectively provided with a threaded column, two symmetrically-arranged limiting convex strips are respectively arranged on the inner side of the threaded column of each arch wire and positioned on the outer circumferential wall of each arch wire, and the fixing assemblies and the arch wires are arranged at intervals;
the fixing assembly comprises a protective cover, a top cover, a bottom plate, a pressure pad and a gear driving assembly, the protective cover, the top cover, the bottom plate and the pressure pad are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the pressure pad is made of elastic metal materials, and a telescopic protective sleeve is arranged between the periphery of the pressure pad and the periphery of the bottom plate;
the gear driving assembly is arranged between the top cover and the bottom plate, threaded sleeves used for sleeving threaded columns on the arch wire are arranged at two ends of the gear driving assembly, the displacement of the arch wire is realized between the threaded sleeves and the threaded columns through thread adjustment, and threads on the threaded columns at two ends of the arch wire are arranged oppositely.

Furthermore, the two first installation bases are fixedly connected with the fixed base, the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the two first installation bases through a first bearing seat, the outer circumferential wall of the first bearing seat is fixedly connected with the first installation bases, the inner circumferential wall of the first bearing seat is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the first gear.

Furthermore, through holes for extending two ends of the arch wire are formed in two sides between the top cover and the bottom plate, two limiting grooves are formed in the inner circumferential wall of each through hole and are respectively located on the top cover and the bottom plate, two limiting convex strips matched with the limiting grooves are arranged on one side, close to the threads, of the outer circumferential wall of the arch wire, and sealing gaskets are arranged between the two through holes and the arch wire.
Furthermore, the protective cover is arranged outside the two first fastening screws and is provided with a protective buckle, and the protective buckle is inserted in the protective cover at the first fastening screws.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the adjusting head is rotated by the cross screwdriver to drive the second rotating shaft to rotate, the second rotating shaft drives the second gear to rotate, so that the first gear is driven to rotate, the first rotating shaft is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first gear, so that the threaded sleeves on two sides are driven to rotate, and the threaded columns are driven to simultaneously move towards the inner side or the outer side by the rotation of the threaded sleeves because the two arch wire threaded columns are oppositely arranged, so that the arch wire is adjusted.
2. According to the invention, the bottom of the bottom plate is provided with the pressure pad, the contact surface of the pressure pad and the teeth is provided with the arc surface, the two ends of the pressure pad are respectively provided with the two adjusting screws, after the installation is finished, the distance between the pressure pad and the teeth can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting screws, so that the pressure pad is tightly attached to the tooth surface, food is effectively prevented from being filled between the teeth and the fixing component, and the elastic protective cover is arranged around the position between the pressure pad and the bottom plate, so that no gap is generated between the bottom plate and the pressure pad.
3. Referring to fig. 1-9, the present invention provides a technical solution: a multifunctional corrector for orthodontics comprises arch wires 1 and fixing components 2, wherein the arch wires 1 and the fixing components 2 are respectively provided with a plurality of groups, two ends of each arch wire 1 are respectively provided with a threaded column 111, two limiting convex strips 11 which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the inner sides of the threaded columns 111 of the arch wires 1 and positioned on the outer circumferential wall of each arch wire 1, and the fixing components 2 and the arch wires 1 are arranged at intervals;
the fixing component 2 comprises a protective cover 21, a top cover 22, a bottom plate 23, a pressure pad 24 and a gear driving component 26, wherein the protective cover 21, the top cover 22, the bottom plate 23 and the pressure pad 24 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the pressure pad 24 is made of elastic metal materials, and a telescopic protective sleeve 241 is arranged between the periphery of the pressure pad 24 and the periphery of the bottom plate 23;
the gear driving component 26 is arranged between the top cover 22 and the bottom plate 23, the two ends of the gear driving component 26 are provided with threaded sleeves 260 for sleeving the threaded columns 111 on the arch wire 1, the displacement of the arch wire 1 is realized between the threaded sleeves 260 and the threaded columns 111 through thread adjustment, and the threads on the threaded columns 111 at the two ends of the arch wire 1 are oppositely arranged.
In an embodiment, the gear driving assembly 26 includes a fixed base 269, a first gear 261, a second gear 262, a first rotating shaft 263, a second rotating shaft 264, two first installation seats 265, two second installation seats 266, two first bearing seats 267, and two second bearing seats 268, the fixed base 269 is fixed at the bottom end inside the bottom plate 23 by fastening bolts 232, the first installation seats 265 are disposed at the top end of the fixed base 269 and located at both sides along the length direction of the archwire 1, the two first bearing seats 267 are respectively disposed at the top end of the first installation seats 265, the first rotating shaft 263 is disposed between the two first bearing seats 267, the first gear 261 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 263, the two second installation seats 266 are fixedly disposed at one side between the two first installation seats 265, and the two second installation seats 266 are vertically disposed, the second installation seat 266 located at the bottom end of the fixed base 269 is fixed between the first installation seat 265 located at the top end and the top cover 22 by a second fastening screw 225, two second bearing seats 268 are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the second installation seats 266, the second rotating shaft 264 is arranged between the two second bearing seats 268, the second gear 262 is arranged on the second rotating shaft 264, the two first installation seats 265 are fixedly connected with the fixed base 269, the first rotating shaft 263 is rotatably connected with the two first installation seats 265 through the first bearing seats 267, the outer circumferential wall of the first bearing seat 267 is fixedly connected with the first installation seat 265, the inner circumferential wall of the first bearing seat 267 is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 263, the first rotating shaft 263 is fixedly connected with the first gear 261, the second installation seat 266 at the bottom is fixedly connected with the fixed base 269, the outer circumferential wall of the second bearing 268 is fixedly connected with the second installation seat 266, the inner circumferential wall of the second bearing seat 268 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 264, and the second rotating shaft 264 is fixedly connected with the second gear 262, the first gear 261 and the second gear 262 are engaged with each other, and the two thread sleeves 260 are respectively fixed at two ends of the first rotating shaft 263, which extend out of the first mounting seat 265; the top end of the second rotating shaft 264 penetrates out of the second bearing seat 268 and is connected with an adjusting head 224, the top end of the top cover 22 is provided with an adjusting circular groove 223 for the adjusting head 224 to rotate, the adjusting circular groove 223 is rotatably connected with the adjusting head 224, the adjusting head 224 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 264, the second rotating shaft 264 is driven to rotate by rotating the adjusting head 224 through a cross screwdriver, the second rotating shaft 264 rotates to drive the second gear 262 to rotate, so as to drive the first gear 261 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 263 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the first gear 261, so that the threaded sleeves 260 on two sides are driven to rotate, due to the fact that the two arch wire 1 threaded columns 111 are oppositely arranged, the threaded columns 111 are driven to simultaneously move towards the inner side or towards the outer side through the rotation of the threaded sleeves 260, the adjustment of the arch wire 1 is realized, the existing bolt rotation adjustment is replaced by the precise adjustment of the, not only improves the adjustment precision, but also can not cause the loosening and adjusting between the two arch wires due to overlarge pulling force because of the loosening of the bolt, thereby solving the problem that the adjustment cannot be realized because of the loosening of the bolt and greatly improving the adjustment precision.
In the embodiment, the four edges of the top end of the top cover 22 are provided with the avoidance grooves 226 for the insertion of the protective cover 21, the four corners of the top end of the top cover 22 are designed in an arc shape, the protective cover 21 and the top cover 22 are fixed by two first fastening screws 211, the top cover 22 is provided with a coating layer with the same color as that of teeth, the protective cover 21 is provided with the protective buckles 27 outside the two first fastening screws 211, the protective buckles 27 are inserted at the positions of the first fastening screws 211 of the protective cover 21, the protective cover 21 is arranged at the top end of the top cover 22, and the circumference of the protective cover 21 adopts the design of the arc surface, thereby effectively preventing the four corners of the appliance from hurting the oral cavity due to over sharp points, and the protective cover 21 is designed to have the same color as the teeth, and a protective button is provided outside the first fastening screw 211, and the color of the protective button is the same as the color of the 21-layer coating of the protective cover, so that the corrector is not easy to be found by outsiders, and the attractiveness of the corrector is greatly improved.

The operation process comprises the following steps: when the invention is used, a doctor firstly selects the fixing components 2 and the arch wires 1 with corresponding quantity according to the distance and the number of the teeth of a patient, and then assembles the selected fixing components 1 and the arch wires 2;
