The programming system for commercial skipping of claim 7, wherein the theatre management system is configured to determine a film and a pre-roll commercial according to the film presentation plan and the commercial presentation plan, respectively, and create a playlist in the order in which the pre-roll commercial is played before the film;
the cinema management system is further used for determining a skip-play instruction according to the dragon mark offset, and inserting the skip-play instruction between the pre-showing advertisement of the playlist and the movie to obtain the playlist containing the skip-play instruction.

The programming system for commercial skipping of claim 7, wherein the theatre management system is configured to determine a film and a pre-roll commercial according to the film presentation plan and the commercial presentation plan, respectively, and create a playlist in the order in which the pre-roll commercial is played before the film;
the cinema management system is also used for determining an inter-screen rest file according to the dragon mark offset and the start time of the paster advertisement, and inserting the inter-screen rest file between the pre-showing advertisement and the film of the playlist to obtain the playlist containing the inter-screen rest file; the inter-screen rest file is a one-second or multi-second black field file.
10. The design system for commercial skipping of claim 8, wherein the showing server is configured to execute the playlist containing a skip instruction and trigger a skip instruction at the last second of the pre-show commercial to skip the tile commercial according to the dragon mark offset.
