Abstract
在特别具有薄的板材螺旋连接中常常存在的问题是,由于材料厚度太小不能达到足够的拧转力矩,此外对于螺母螺纹不设置冲压板或压制螺线部分。为了解决这些问题,根据本发明的螺线区域的板元件的板材通过附加的弓形板加强,该弓形板被弯成冲压板或压制螺线部分并优选由被截取的弯成螺线区域的板元件的一部分构成。
Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分的板元件。
在特别通过薄板元件和板螺栓进行螺旋连接中常存在的问题是:薄的、具有螺母螺纹的板材不能承受所需要的螺旋紧固力矩或所有转矩。以通常的板冲压或螺线压制在板元件上形成螺母螺纹时也存在上述问题。由此多数情况下不能达到螺旋连接的足够强度,为了加强螺纹区域在板的边缘侧进行重叠或折叠(O.Rickter和R.V.Voss的"精密机械的结构件",1959年由柏林技术出版社出版,第92页(Bauelemente der Feinmechanik,VEB-Verlag TechnikBerlin 1959)。
由此本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于螺旋连接的板元件,特别是薄的板元件,通过简单的结构实现螺旋连接的最大强度。
通过权利要求1特征部分中的方案将实现本发明的目的。
从试验中看到,通过加强材料并弯曲它使冲压板或压制螺线部分获得高得令人吃惊的螺旋连接强度,从而获得高的旋入力矩,这是因为在本发明的方案中不仅加厚了围绕螺纹的板材而且加大了冲压板或压制螺线本身的横断面。惊奇地看到,本发明形成的螺纹至少对于其拧松力矩来说比起在具有本发明之一个方案的单个板材中加工出的螺纹来说具有更高的值,特别明显地优点在于,板材的厚度小于0.6mm时,此时不能达到一般的所需转矩为180牛顿(N),根据本发明的有益结构,在板元件上设置螺纹具有完全的自由性,这是由于其方形板由被截取的并弯成螺线区域的板元件的一部分所构成。

Claims (3)
1.特别是室内设备的板元件,它至少具有一个具有螺纹的冲压板或压制螺线部分,其特征在于,螺线部分的板元件(1)的板材通过附加并直接置于其板材上的弓形板(4)加强,并被弯成冲压板或压制螺线部分(6)。
2.如权利要求1的板元件,其特征在于,弓形板(4)由自由截取的并弯成螺线区域的板元件(1)的一部分构成。
3.如上述权利要求之一的板元件,其特征在于,板元件的厚度小于1mm,优选为小于0.6mm。
