Specifically, after knowing the illness state of the user, the doctor clicks an online prescription link on the consultation page and then jumps to a prescription page, the prescription page automatically generates user information such as name, sex, age, whether the patient is critically ill, whether the patient is medically guaranteed, the medical insurance card number, a department and the like, and the prescription page further comprises a plurality of clinical diagnosis options and medicine options and a remark column to be filled and a patient chief complaint column. Wherein the clinical diagnostic options may include primary and secondary clinical diagnostic options, each of which may include delirium, epileptic consciousness disorder, infectious psychosis, acute brain syndrome, organic hallucinations, organic stress disorder, organic delusiveness, organic mood disorder, organic mania disorder, and the like. The doctor generates a prescription order after determining clinical diagnoses and target drugs, entering notes in the remarks column, and entering patient complaint information in the complaint column. After the doctor determines the prescription order, the link of the prescription order is sent to a conversation window for the user to check. Therefore, online medicine prescription is realized, clinical diagnosis options and medicine options are provided for doctors to select, and convenience and efficiency of medicine prescription are improved.
In some possible embodiments, the user can check the doctor homepage, the doctor homepage provides a sharing function, and the user can share the business card information of the doctor to a third-party user, a third-party group and the like through the sharing function, so that the popularization of online inquiry is realized.
In summary, in the embodiment, because the session windows can support session modes such as a text session, a voice session, a video session, and the like, the inquiring party and the inquired party can select corresponding session modes according to actual scenes, which is helpful for the inquired party to better understand the illness state of the inquiring party, thereby giving an accurate treatment suggestion. Therefore, the method and the device can improve the accuracy of online inquiry.
In order to better implement the above solution of the embodiment of the present application, the following provides a related apparatus for implementing the above solution, please refer to fig. 8, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an online inquiry platform provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the online inquiry platform includes:
an obtaining unit 801, configured to obtain an inquiry request sent by a first terminal;
a display unit 802, configured to display a health condition page to the first terminal based on the inquiry request;
a generating unit 803, configured to generate an inquiry order number based on the health condition information input by the first terminal on the health condition page;
a sending unit 804, configured to send the consultation prompting information corresponding to the inquiry order number to the docked second terminal;
an establishing unit 805, configured to establish a session window between the first terminal and a docked second terminal based on the inquiry request if the obtaining unit 801 receives a first confirmation instruction of the second terminal to the inquiry alert information;
a session unit 806, configured to process a session between the first terminal and the second terminal in the session window, where the session includes at least one of: a teletext session, a voice session and a video session.
In the embodiment, as the session window can support session modes such as image-text session, voice session, video session and the like, the inquiring party and the inquired party can select the corresponding session modes according to the actual scene, so that the inquired party can better know the illness state of the inquiring party, and an accurate treatment suggestion can be given. Therefore, the method and the device can improve the accuracy of online inquiry.
Optionally, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the session unit 806 is specifically configured to display an inquiry page to the first terminal;
receiving a first session message input by the first terminal in the session window on the inquiry page;
displaying a reception page to the second terminal;
receiving a second session message input by the second terminal in the session window on the consultation page;
displaying the first session message and the second session message in the session window;
the first conversation message is a first image-text message and/or a first voice message, and the second conversation message is a second image-text message and/or a second voice message.
Optionally, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the obtaining unit 801 is further configured to receive a video session request sent by the second terminal in the session window;
receiving a second confirmation instruction of the first terminal to the video session request;
the establishing unit 805 is further configured to establish a video session channel between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the second confirmation instruction.
Optionally, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the apparatus further includes a withdrawing unit, configured to withdraw the first session message in the session window if a withdrawal request of the first terminal to the first session message is received within a preset time period; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and withdrawing the second session message in the session window if a withdrawal request of the second terminal for the second session message is received within the preset time length.
Optionally, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the displaying unit 802 is further configured to display the prescription order input by the second terminal in the session window;
the obtaining unit 801 is further configured to receive a payment request from the first terminal to the prescription order;
the display unit 802 is further configured to display a payment page to the first terminal based on the payment request, where the payment page includes a distribution column; displaying the delivery information input by the first terminal on the delivery column on the payment page
The obtaining unit 801 is further configured to receive payment information input by the first terminal on the payment page, so as to complete payment of the prescription order.
Optionally, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the obtaining unit 801 is further configured to receive, on the visit page, a prescription making request sent by the second terminal;
the display unit 802 is further configured to display a prescription page to the second terminal based on the prescription request, where the prescription page includes a plurality of clinical diagnosis options and drug options, and includes a remark bar to be filled in;
the generating unit 803 is further configured to generate a prescription order based on the target clinical diagnosis and the target drug selected by the second terminal and the remark information input in the remark column;
the obtaining unit 801 is further configured to receive a third confirmation instruction of the second terminal to the prescription order;
the display unit 802 is further configured to display the prescription order in the session window based on the third confirmation instruction.
Optionally, in some possible embodiments of the present application, the inquiry request carries identification information of a target doctor, and the obtaining unit 801 is further configured to obtain the identification information of the target doctor in the inquiry request;
the system further comprises a determining unit, which is used for determining the target doctor according to the identification information and determining a second terminal corresponding to the target doctor.
Fig. 9 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)901, a communication Interface (Communications Interface)902, a memory (memory)903 and a communication bus 904, wherein the processor 901, the communication Interface 902 and the memory 903 are communicated with each other through the communication bus 904. In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 903 may be implemented in a software functional unit and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as a separate product. In another aspect, embodiments of the present application further provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented by a processor to perform the method provided by the foregoing embodiments, for example, including: acquiring an inquiry request sent by a first terminal; displaying a health condition page to the first terminal based on the inquiry request; generating an inquiry order number based on the health condition information input by the first terminal on the health condition page; sending consultation reminding information corresponding to the inquiry order number to a second terminal which is in butt joint; if a first confirmation instruction of the second terminal to the consultation reminding information is received, establishing a session window between the first terminal and the second terminal; processing a session between the first terminal and the second terminal in the session window, the session including at least one of: a teletext session, a voice session and a video session.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. An on-line interrogation method, comprising:
acquiring an inquiry request sent by a first terminal;
displaying a health condition page to the first terminal based on the inquiry request;
generating an inquiry order number based on the health condition information input by the first terminal on the health condition page;
sending consultation reminding information corresponding to the inquiry order number to a second terminal which is in butt joint;
if a first confirmation instruction of the second terminal to the consultation reminding information is received, establishing a session window between the first terminal and the second terminal;
processing a session between the first terminal and the second terminal in the session window, the session including at least one of: a teletext session, a voice session and a video session.
2. The on-line interrogation method of claim 1, wherein said processing the session between the first terminal and the second terminal in the session window comprises:
displaying an inquiry page to the first terminal;
receiving a first session message input by the first terminal in the session window on the inquiry page;
displaying a reception page to the second terminal;
receiving a second session message input by the second terminal in the session window on the consultation page;
displaying the first session message and the second session message in the session window;
the first conversation message is a first image-text message and/or a first voice message, and the second conversation message is a second image-text message and/or a second voice message.
3. The online interrogation method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving a video session request sent by the second terminal in the session window;
receiving a second confirmation instruction of the first terminal to the video session request;
and establishing a video session channel between the first terminal and the second terminal based on the second confirmation instruction.
4. The on-line interrogation method of claim 2, wherein said presenting the first session message and the second session message in the session window, thereafter comprises:
within a preset time length, if a withdrawal request of the first terminal to the first session message is received, withdrawing the first session message in the session window; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and withdrawing the second session message in the session window if a withdrawal request of the second terminal for the second session message is received within the preset time length.
5. The on-line interrogation method of claim 2, wherein said presenting a conversation between said first terminal and said second terminal in said conversation window, thereafter comprises:
displaying the prescription order input by the second terminal in the session window;
receiving a payment request of the first terminal to the prescription order;
displaying a payment page to the first terminal based on the payment request, wherein the payment page comprises a distribution column;
and after the delivery information input by the first terminal on the delivery column is displayed on the payment page, receiving the payment information input by the first terminal on the payment page to complete the payment of the prescription order.
6. The on-line inquiry method of claim 5, wherein said presenting the prescription order entered by the second terminal in the session window comprises:
receiving a prescription making request sent by the second terminal on the visit page;
displaying a prescription page to the second terminal based on the prescription request, wherein the prescription page comprises a plurality of clinical diagnosis options and medicine options and a remark column to be filled;
generating a prescription order based on the target clinical diagnosis and the target medicine selected by the second terminal and the remark information input in the remark column;
receiving a third confirmation instruction of the second terminal to the prescription order;
and displaying the prescription order in the session window based on the third confirmation instruction.
7. The on-line interrogation method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the interrogation request carries identification information of a target physician, the method further comprising:
acquiring identification information of a target doctor in the inquiry request;
and determining the target doctor according to the identification information, and determining the second terminal corresponding to the target doctor.
8. An online interrogation platform, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring an inquiry request sent by a first terminal;
the display unit is used for displaying a health condition page to the first terminal based on the inquiry request;
the generating unit is used for generating an inquiry order number based on the health condition information input by the first terminal on the health condition page;
the sending unit is used for sending the consultation reminding information corresponding to the inquiry order number to the butted second terminal;
the establishing unit is used for establishing a session window between the first terminal and the second terminal if the acquiring unit receives a first confirmation instruction of the second terminal to the consultation reminding information;
a session unit, configured to process a session between the first terminal and the second terminal in the session window, where the session includes at least one of: a teletext session, a voice session and a video session.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and running on the processor, the processor implementing the online interrogation method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
10. A storage medium characterized in that it comprises instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the online interrogation method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
