本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
建筑材料可分为结构材料、装饰材料和某些专用材料。建筑机械由挖掘机械,铲土运输机械,压实机械,工程起重机械,桩工机械,路面机械,混凝土机械,混凝土制品机械,钢筋级预应力机械,装修机械,高空作业机械等多种机械组成。
建筑材料在储存运输和使用过程中表面会发生划伤,擦伤,碰伤,压伤及因阳光照射,风、霜、雨、雪等自然环境条件而产生变色,粉化,老化及腐蚀等缺陷。建筑机械在长期不用时表面油漆产生变色,粉化,老化及腐蚀等缺陷。目前针对建筑材料和建筑机械尚没有任何行之有效的防护措施。
水性可剥离涂层是一种水性,无毒,无害,环保的可以用于汽车及家电、机械设备、非金属物体表面的保护涂料。将可剥离涂料用刷涂,喷涂、滚涂等方法涂于需进行表面保护的物体表面,经自然干燥或低温加热干燥后,会在被保护表面形成一整张连续可剥离的高分子材料薄膜,能在3D表面使用,不会出现中间断裂或者局部粘连底材,在热胀冷缩时不会从被保护面脱落,柔韧性好,可以有效保护表面不受划伤,擦伤,碰伤,压伤和防止因阳光照射,风、霜、雨、雪等自然环境条件而产生变色,粉化,老化等缺陷。这一高分子材料薄膜耐化学性好,主要是耐酸碱性和耐油品等,具有防腐作用,此外也耐高温低温及高湿。在不需要保护时可以手工揭去,可以回收,使用方便效果较好。
市面上现有水型可剥离漆,可剥离性不好,不持久,时间长就会粘粘或剥落,因此未能在建筑材料和建筑机械的防护方面实现大规模应用。如何能够在用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆上兼顾水溶性和热熔性可剥离漆优点,实现耐高温、可剥离性好、耐持久的效果,是目前亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对市面上现有水型可剥离漆的可剥离性不好,不持久,时间长就会粘粘或剥落的问题,提供一种用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆,兼顾水溶性和热熔性可剥离漆优点,实现耐高温、可剥离性好、耐持久的效果。同时在不需要保护时可以手工揭去,可以回收,使用方便效果较好,施工方便,简单。
一种用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆,按质量百分数计,所述水性可剥离漆由如下成分组成:
聚醋酸乙烯水溶液:50-60%
十二烷基硫酸钠:10-20%
抗老化剂:1-3%
抗氧化剂:1-3%
增稠剂:2-8%
填料:1-5%
透明颜料:1-5%
消泡剂:2-4%
活性剂:1-3%。

上述各原料成分在水性可剥离漆中所起的主要作用分别是:
聚醋酸乙烯水溶液:又称为聚醋酸乙烯乳液,俗称白乳胶。是一种白色粘稠液体,具有配置简单使用方便,固化速度快,初粘力好,较高的粘结强度等优点,是主要成膜物质。
十二烷基硫酸钠:水溶性表面活性剂。
抗老化剂:优选防老剂丁(N-苯基-2-萘胺),可以有效地吸收波长为270-380nm的紫外光,主要用于不饱和树脂和不饱和树脂的制品中,特别适用于无色或者浅色制品中,为强吸收力,高性能的紫外线吸收剂。
抗氧化剂:优选抗氧剂1010,有效降低涂料自氧化反应速度、延缓涂料老化降解的助剂。
填料:优选云母,本涂料中的主要功能是做填料起补强作用,

活性剂:优选氧化锌,有防霉性和能抑制微生物真菌的生长。氧化锌的折射率较高,具有吸收紫外光的能力,而且它的着色力和遮盖力强,但颜色纯白,不粉化,具有良好的耐光,耐热作用;它能与涂料中的羧酸根离子形成配位化合物从而能降低涂膜中水的敏感性,提高涂膜的耐候性和抗粉化性能力。
本发明同时公开了前述用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)补强辅助材料预混合与分散:
按质量百分数在捏合机中加入抗老化剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、填料、透明颜料、消泡剂、活性剂和纯净水,开动搅拌,捏合至均匀后取出,再经三辊研磨机研磨2-3遍备用;
(2)原料混合:
按质量百分数在捏合机中加入聚醋酸乙烯水溶液和十二烷基硫酸钠,从三辊研磨机中取出补强辅助材料,加入捏合机中开动搅拌,捏合至均匀,搅拌1h后过滤即得水性可剥离漆。

用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)补强辅助材料预混合与分散:
按质量百分数在捏合机中加入抗老化剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、填料、透明颜料、消泡剂、活性剂和纯净水,开动搅拌,捏合至均匀后取出,再经三辊研磨机研磨2-3遍备用;
(2)原料混合:
按质量百分数在捏合机中加入聚醋酸乙烯水溶液和十二烷基硫酸钠,从三辊研磨机中取出补强辅助材料,加入捏合机中开动搅拌,捏合至均匀,搅拌1h后过滤即得水性可剥离漆。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1水性可剥离漆的制备
1.原料及组成:
用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆的原料及组成见表1。

2.所用设备:
三辊研磨机:S60(龙鑫化工机械有限公司)
捏合机:NH-5(如皋晨光捏合机厂)。
3.涂料制备:
(1).补强辅助材料预混合与分散
按质量百分数在捏合机中加入防老剂丁(N-苯基-2-萘胺)、抗氧剂1010、RM-8W、云母、纳米氧化铁德丰DF-8205、氧化锌和纯水,开动搅拌,捏合至均匀后取出,再经三辊研磨机研磨2-3遍备用,
(2).原料混合
接着按质量百分数在捏合机中加入聚醋酸乙烯水溶液和十二烷基硫酸钠,从三辊研磨机中取出补强辅助材料,加入捏合机中开动搅拌,捏合至均匀,搅拌1h后过滤即得水性可剥离漆。
实施例2水性可剥离漆的性能试验
1.水性可剥离漆施工:
采用刷涂、喷涂、滚涂等方法涂于需进行表面保护的物体表面,经自然干燥或40-60度加热干燥后,会在被保护表面形成一层高分子材料薄膜。
2.水性可剥离漆性能验证:
样板:50mmX50mm玻璃板
样板制备:用空气手喷枪喷涂玻璃板表面,40度加热干燥后,喷涂厚度30-35微米,数量10块。
实验器材:精密高温试验箱/湿度箱/烧杯
药品:5%NaOH/92#汽油/5%HCl
(1)耐高温试验:
实验器材:精密高温试验箱
试验条件:100℃/160℃/180℃/200℃
时间:4h
热熔质量损失见表2。

结论:试验过程中160℃前无漆膜脱落,无质量损失,试验后可剥离性好。
180℃质量开始损失,涂膜出现褶皱,开始分解。
(2)耐化学性试验:
①耐酸试验:
实验器材:5%HCl/胶管/烧杯
试验条件:室温/平放/滴落
时间:24h
结论:不起泡,不脱落。
②耐碱试验:
实验器材:5%NaOH/精密高温试验箱/烧杯
试验条件:90℃/浸泡
时间:6h
结论:不起泡,不脱落。
③耐汽油试验:
实验器材:92#汽油/烧杯
试验条件:室温/滴落/平放
时间:24h
结论:不起泡,不脱落。
(3)湿度试验
实验器材:湿度箱
试验条件:平放
时间:240h
温度:60℃
湿度:RH95%
结论:不起泡,不脱落。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,所述水性可剥离漆由如下成分组成:
聚醋酸乙烯水溶液:50-60%
十二烷基硫酸钠:10-20%
抗老化剂:1-3%
抗氧化剂:1-3%
增稠剂:2-8%
填料:1-5%
透明颜料:1-5%
消泡剂:2-4%
活性剂:1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆,其特征在于,所述填料为云母。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆,其特征在于,所述透明颜料为纳米氧化铁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆,其特征在于,所述活性剂为氧化锌。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于建筑材料和建筑机械防护的水性可剥离漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)补强辅助材料预混合与分散:
按质量百分数在捏合机中加入抗老化剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、填料、透明颜料、消泡剂、活性剂和纯净水,开动搅拌,捏合至均匀后取出,再经三辊研磨机研磨2-3遍备用;
(2)原料混合:
按质量百分数在捏合机中加入聚醋酸乙烯水溶液和十二烷基硫酸钠,从三辊研磨机中取出补强辅助材料,加入捏合机中开动搅拌,捏合至均匀,搅拌1h后过滤即得水性可剥离漆。
