Novel tissue culture tool rack
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tool rack for placing surgical scissors, tweezers, scalpels and alcohol lamps when a tissue culture experiment is carried out in a clean bench, in particular to a tissue culture tool rack.
Background
In tissue culture experiments, tools such as surgical scissors, tweezers and scalpels are commonly used, and the tools need to be placed and cooled for reuse after being burnt out by an alcohol lamp. The current racks for holding these tools are all designed such that one end of the tool handle is supported on the table top and the other end is placed on the tool rack. The placing method is easy to cause the tools to slide off, and experimenters need to disinfect the tools again to influence the experiment progress. And the upper part of the tool is contacted with the bracket, if the bracket is not disinfected thoroughly, the tool can be polluted, and further, the experiment pollution is caused. Meanwhile, when the alcohol lamp is used, if the alcohol lamp is accidentally knocked down, danger is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a novel tissue culture tool rack which can ensure that tissue culture tools of various types can be inverted and cooled without pollution, and can fix an alcohol lamp to prevent danger caused by careless touch.
The technical scheme is as follows: comprises a base, a strip-shaped hole for fixing scissors, a circular hole for fixing tweezers and a scalpel, and a circular hole for fixing an alcohol lamp; the base is a cuboid; the long-strip-shaped hole of the fixed scissors is rectangular and has three specifications; the circular holes for fixing the forceps and the scalpel are of regular circles and have two specifications; the round hole for fixing the alcohol lamp is a perfect circle, which is a specification. The holes for fixing the scissors or the forceps and the scalpel are respectively arranged in different sizes so as to be suitable for placing tools with different specifications.
The base is a cuboid, the length of the base is 241mm, the width of the base is 85mm, and the height of the base is 35 mm. The long-strip-shaped hole of the fixed scissors is rectangular, and has three specifications, namely 75mm in length, 7mm in width, 75mm in length, 5mm in width, 60mm in length and 5mm in width. The circular holes for fixing the forceps and the scalpel are of regular circles and have two specifications, namely the radius is 7.5mm and the radius is 6 mm. The round hole for fixing the alcohol lamp is a perfect circle with the radius of 41.5 mm. All the holes for holding the tool described above have a depth of 33 mm.
The distance between the strip-shaped holes of the fixed scissors is 1mm from the edge of the base, and the row distance between the strip-shaped holes is 4 mm. The circular holes of fixed tweezers and scalpel are 1mm from the edge of the base, and the row spacing and the column spacing of each circular hole are 2 mm. The interval of the long strip-shaped hole of the fixed scissors and the circular hole of the fixed forceps and the scalpel is 2mm, and the interval of the circular hole of the fixed forceps and the scalpel and the interval of the circular hole of the fixed alcohol lamp are 2 mm.
The base material of above-mentioned tissue culture instrument frame is the stainless steel, and material self is heavier, can bear the weight of various instruments, can not empty to high temperature resistant places the alcohol burner and can not appear the danger that flame lighted the material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: have different shapes and size hole, guarantee that the group of various models banks up instrument and can invert the cooling, also can not pollute the instrument because the disinfection of tool rack is not thorough when the instrument can not the landing, convenient high efficiency can save time. And the alcohol lamp can be fixed to prevent the alcohol lamp from being knocked down carelessly, so that the safe experiment is ensured.
The invention can ensure the high efficiency of the experiment on one hand and the safe operation of the experiment on the other hand.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
The scissors-fixing device comprises a base 1, a long-strip-shaped hole 2 for fixing scissors, a circular hole 3 for fixing tweezers and a scalpel, and a circular hole 4 for fixing an alcohol lamp, wherein the long-strip-shaped hole 2 for fixing the scissors, the circular hole 3 for fixing the tweezers and the scalpel, and the circular hole 4 for fixing the alcohol lamp are all positioned on the base 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the base 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped, and has a length of 241mm, a width of 85mm, and a height of 35 mm. The long strip-shaped hole 2 of the fixed scissors is rectangular, and has three specifications, namely 75mm in length, 7mm in width, 75mm in length, 5mm in width, 60mm in length and 5mm in width. The circular holes 3 for fixing the forceps and the scalpel are of regular circles and have two specifications, and the radiuses of the circular holes are 7.5mm and 6mm respectively. The round hole 4 for fixing the alcohol lamp is a perfect circle with the radius of 41.5 mm. All the holes for holding the tool described above have a depth of 33 mm.
Referring to attached drawings 1 and 2, the distance between the strip-shaped holes 2 of the fixed scissors and the edge of the base 1 is 1mm, and the row spacing of the strip-shaped holes is 4 mm. The distance between the circular holes 3 of the fixed forceps and the scalpel and the edge of the base 1 is 1mm, and the row spacing and the column spacing of the circular holes are 2 mm. The interval of the long strip-shaped hole 2 of the fixed scissors and the circular hole 3 of the fixed forceps and the scalpel is 2mm, and the interval of the circular hole 3 of the fixed forceps and the scalpel and the interval of the circular hole 4 of the fixed alcohol lamp is 2 mm.
The material is stainless steel, and the material is heavier, can bear the weight of various instruments, can not topple over to high temperature resistant places the alcohol burner and can not appear the danger that flame ignites the material.
The invention is provided with tool holes with different models and sizes, and can be used for tissue culture tools with different models.
The invention not only can ensure that tissue culture tools of various types are cooled in an inverted state, but also can ensure that the head of the tool does not contact with the tool rack to prevent pollution, and finally, the alcohol lamp can be fixed to prevent the risk of inadvertently knocking over the alcohol lamp in the experimental process.
