In order to facilitate the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure for a person skilled in the art, the technical environments in which the technical solutions are implemented are first described below.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a consumer-merchant conversation interface in the related art. As shown in the left diagram of fig. 1, in the related art, when a consumer makes a commodity (commodity may also be referred to as a baby) consultation with a merchant, a commodity message is generally sent to the merchant first, and in the left diagram of fig. 1, the consumer sends a commodity message of a manual juicer to the merchant, and when the commodity message is just sent, the commodity message is displayed in a visual area of a dialogue interface. As shown in the right-hand diagram of fig. 1, as the content of the conversation between the consumer and the merchant increases, the merchandise message disappears outside the viewable area of the conversation interface. If the merchant and consumer want to retrieve the merchandise information from the conversation interface, the screen needs to be slid until the merchandise message reappears in the viewable area of the conversation interface. Because the space of the visual area in the dialogue interface is limited, the situation that the merchant and the consumer need to slide the screen to find the commodity information often occurs, which causes difficulty in timely and fast replying to the consumer by the merchant, thus causing lower commodity consultation efficiency and poorer experience of the merchant and the consumer.
Based on the actual technical requirements similar to those described above, the commodity consultation method provided by the present disclosure can use at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted by the consumer as the interface background of the dialogue interface between the consumer and the merchant through a series of flow methods, so that in the process that the consumer makes commodity consultation to the merchant, the merchant and the consumer can intuitively obtain the information of the commodity requested to be consulted through the interface background of the dialogue interface all the time, thereby helping the merchant to timely and quickly reply to the consumer, and the limited and precious space in the dialogue interface is not occupied in the way of displaying commodity information through the interface background, so that the commodity consultation efficiency and experience of the merchant and the consumer can be improved.
The commodity consultation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown below through a specific application scenario.
Fig. 2 illustrates an architecture diagram of a commodity consultation system provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the commodity consultation system includes a service terminal 100, a first client 200 and a second client 300. The server 100 may be disposed on a cloud server, for example, the server 100 may be disposed on a cloud server of an e-commerce. The first client 200 may be deployed on a terminal device associated with the consumer, i.e. the first client 200 may be a client capable of being operated by the consumer. The first client 200 may be a mobile phone 201, a tablet computer 202, a notebook computer 203, a desktop computer 204, or the like. The second client 300 may be deployed on a terminal device associated with the merchant, i.e., the second client 300 may be a client capable of being operated by the merchant. The second client 300 may be a mobile phone 301, a tablet computer 302, a notebook computer 303, or a desktop computer 304.
Fig. 3 shows an interactive flowchart of a commodity consultation method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, in step S101, the first client 200 generates a consultation request. Wherein the consultation request may carry identification information of the first client 200 and identification information of the second client 300 requesting the consultation. The identification information of the first client 200 may be an ID or name of a consumer corresponding to the first client 200, etc., and the identification information of the second client 300 may be an ID or name of a merchant corresponding to the second client 300, etc. The counseling request may also carry identification information of the object requesting the counseling. As shown in fig. 4, the first client 200 may generate a consultation request in response to the customer service control 400 of the item detail page being triggered. In this case, the object requesting the consultation is the commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page, and the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page. For example, the identification information of the commodity may be an ID of the commodity. As shown in fig. 5, the first client 200 may generate a consultation request in response to a contact seller control of the order details page being triggered. In this case, the object requesting the consultation is an order corresponding to the order detail page, and the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of an order corresponding to the order detail page. For example, the identification information of the order may be an order number. As shown in fig. 6, the first client 200 may generate a consultation request in response to a contact customer service control of a store front page being triggered. In this case, if the consumer corresponding to the first client 200 has purchased the commodity at the store, the object for requesting the consultation may be the commodity purchased by the consumer at the store or the order of the consumer at the store, and the identification information of the object for requesting the consultation may be the identification information of the commodity purchased by the consumer at the store or the identification information of the order of the consumer at the store.
After generating the consultation request, the first client 200 transmits the consultation request to the server 100 (step S102). In step S103, the server 100 determines, in response to the consultation request, the commodity for which the first client 200 requests the consultation and the second client 300 for which the first client 200 requests the consultation. In the step, the server 100 may obtain the identification information of the second client 300, which the first client 200 requests for the consultation, from the consultation request in response to the consultation request, thereby determining the client, which the first client 200 requests for the consultation, and may also obtain the identification information of the object, which the first client 200 requests for the consultation, from the consultation request in response to the consultation request, and determine the commodity, which the first client 200 requests for the consultation, according to the identification information of the object, which the first client 200 requests for the consultation. If the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, the commodity corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be determined as the commodity requested to be consulted by the first client 200. If the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, the commodity in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be determined as the commodity requested to be consulted by the first client 200, for example, part or all of the commodity in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be determined as the commodity requested to be consulted by the first client 200. If the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, the commodity corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be used as the object requesting the consultation by the first client 200; if the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be used as the object requesting the consultation by the first client 200.
In step S104, the server 100 obtains at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video, and a commodity audio corresponding to the commodity for which the consultation is requested. Wherein, the commodity image corresponding to the commodity requiring consultation can represent the image related to the commodity requiring consultation, such as a commodity detail drawing, a seller show and the like; the commodity video corresponding to the commodity for which the consultation is requested can represent video related to the commodity for which the consultation is requested, such as video of a using method of the commodity and the like; the type of the commodity video corresponding to the commodity requiring consultation can be short video or other types of video; the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity for which the consultation is requested can represent audio related to the commodity for which the consultation is requested. In the step, if the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to the commodity can be obtained. For example, if the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, a commodity image corresponding to the commodity may be obtained. If the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, and the number of the commodities in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is greater than 1, at least one of commodity images, commodity videos and commodity audios corresponding to various commodities in the order can be obtained. For example, if the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is identification information of an order, and the number of the commodities in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is greater than 1, a plurality of commodity images corresponding to a plurality of commodities in the order may be obtained. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the commodities with the same commodity links can be used as the same commodity; or the commodities with the same attribute (including size, color and the like) can be used as the same commodity; or the same commodity as the commodity image may be used as the same commodity.
In step S105, the server 100 generates an interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client 200 and the second client 300 according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted. The session interface between the first client 200 and the second client 300 refers to a session interface between the two communication parties of the first client 200 and the second client 300, that is, the two communication parties of the session interface are the first client 200 and the second client 300. In the disclosed embodiment, the interface context may be used for display on at least one of the first client 200 and the second client 300, for example, may be displayed on the first client 200 and the second client 300.
In the step, the interface background can be generated according to at least one of commodity images, commodity videos and commodity audios corresponding to the commodity requiring consultation. Wherein, commodity video or commodity audio in the interface background can be played automatically, or can be played in response to user operation. For example, the interface background may be generated according to one or more commodity images corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, that is, the interface background may include one or more commodity images therein. For another example, the interface background may be generated according to one or more commodity videos corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, that is, the interface background may include one or more commodity videos. For another example, the interface background may be generated according to one or more commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, that is, the interface background may include one or more commodity audio. For another example, the interface background may be generated according to different types of commodity information corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, that is, the interface background may include different types of commodity information, for example, the interface background may include both a commodity image and a commodity video. For example, if the identification information of the object requesting consultation is identification information of an order, and the number of goods in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting consultation is greater than 1, a plurality of goods images in the order are jigsaw, so as to generate an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client 200 and the second client 300. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client 200 and the second client 300 in the commodity consultation method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 7, the interface background is generated from a merchandise image. Fig. 8 is another schematic diagram of an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client 200 and the second client 300 in the commodity consultation method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 8, an interface background is generated from a plurality of merchandise images.
After generating the interface context of the dialog interface of the first client 200 and the second client 300, the server 100 may transmit the interface context to the first client 200 and the second client 300 (step S106), and the first client 200 and the second client 300 may display the dialog interface of the first client 200 and the second client 300 according to the interface context (step S107).
In step S108, the first client 200 generates an order request in response to a trigger operation for the interface background. In the step, if the interface background is generated according to at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to a commodity, the commodity can be determined as the commodity which is requested to be ordered; if the interface background is generated according to at least one of commodity images, commodity videos and commodity audios corresponding to various commodities, the commodity requesting to order can be determined according to the position of the triggering operation. For example, if the interface background is generated according to a commodity image, the commodity corresponding to the commodity image can be determined as the commodity requesting to be ordered; if the interface background is generated according to a plurality of commodity images, the commodity requesting to order can be determined according to the position of the triggering operation. For example, the interface background in fig. 8 is generated from 4 commodity images, and the trigger operation corresponds to the commodity image in the lower left corner, and therefore, the commodity corresponding to the commodity image in the lower left corner is determined as the commodity for which the order is requested. In the step, the order request includes identification information of the commodity for which the order is requested.
After the first client 200 generates the order placing request, the order placing request is sent to the server 100 (step S109). The server 100 responds to the order request and returns an order page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered to the first client 200 (step S110). After receiving the order page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered, the first client 200 displays the order page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered (step S111). Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a ordering page in the commodity consultation method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure. Through steps S108 to S111, the order placing page is returned instead of the commodity detail page after the consumer triggers the interface background, so that the consumer can conveniently and quickly complete the order placing after consultation.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server 100 determines, by receiving the consultation request from the first client 200, the commodity requested to be consulted by the first client 200 and the second client 300 requested to be consulted by the first client 200 in response to the consultation request, obtains the commodity image corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, and generates the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client 200 and the second client 300 according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, so that in the process of the commodity consultation of the consumer to the merchant, the merchant and the consumer can always intuitively obtain the information of the commodity requested to be consulted through the interface background of the dialogue interface, thereby helping the merchant reply to the consumer in time and quickly, and the manner of displaying the commodity information through the interface background does not occupy the limited and precious space in the dialogue interface, thereby improving the commodity consultation efficiency and experience of the merchant and the consumer.
The commodity consultation method of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although the present disclosure provides method operational steps as illustrated in the following examples or figures, more or fewer operational steps may be included in the method, either on a routine or non-inventive basis. In the steps where there is logically no necessary causal relationship, the execution order of the steps is not limited to the execution order provided by the embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., in a parallel processor or multithreaded environment) in accordance with the method shown in the embodiments or figures, during actual vending machine management or device execution.
Fig. 10 shows a flowchart of a commodity consultation method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The execution subject of the commodity consultation method may be a server. In some possible implementations, the commodity consultation method may be implemented by way of a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. As shown in fig. 10, the commodity consultation method may include steps S21 to S24.
In step S21, a consultation request from the first client is received.
In step S22, in response to the consultation request, a commodity for which the first client requests consultation and a second client for which the first client requests consultation are determined.
In step S23, at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video, and a commodity audio corresponding to the commodity for which consultation is requested is obtained.
In step S24, according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, an interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client is generated.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the first client may be a client capable of being operated by a consumer, the second client may be a client capable of being operated by a merchant, and the consultation request may be sent to the service by the first client operated by the consumer. The consultation request can carry identification information of the first client and identification information of a second client requesting consultation. The identification information of the first client may be an ID or name of a consumer corresponding to the first client, and the identification information of the second client may be an ID or name of a merchant corresponding to the second client.
The counseling request may also carry identification information of the object requesting the counseling. The object requesting the consultation may be a commodity or an order, and the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be identification information of the commodity requesting the consultation or identification information of the order requesting the consultation. When the object that the consumer wants to consult is a commodity, the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be the identification information of the commodity requesting the consultation; when the object that the consumer wants to consult is an order, the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be identification information of the order requesting the consultation. In one example, when the consumer initiates a consultation on the commodity detail page, the first client may determine that the object that the consumer wants to consult is a commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page, and use identification information of the commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page as identification information of the object requesting the consultation. For example, when the contact customer service control of the commodity detail page is triggered, the first client may use the identification information of the commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page as the identification information of the object requesting the consultation. In an actual application scenario, the commodity detail pages are generally in one-to-one correspondence with commodities. For example, the commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page of the manual juicer in fig. 4 is the manual juicer. In one example, when the consumer initiates a consultation on the order detail page, the first client may determine that the object that the consumer wants to consult is an order corresponding to the order detail page, and use identification information of the order corresponding to the order detail page as identification information of the object requesting the consultation. For example, when the contact customer service control of the order detail page is triggered, the first client may use the identification information of the order corresponding to the order detail page as the identification information of the object requesting the consultation. In an actual application scenario, order detail pages are usually in one-to-one correspondence with orders. For example, the order details page in FIG. 5 corresponds to an order number 503852483757012323.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may obtain, in response to the consultation request, identification information of the second client that the first client requests to consult from the consultation request, thereby determining the client that the first client requests to consult, and may also obtain, in response to the consultation request, identification information of the object that the first client requests to consult from the consultation request, and determine the commodity that the first client requests to consult according to the identification information of the object that requests to consult. If the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, the commodity corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation can be determined as the commodity requested to be consultation by the first client. If the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, the commodity in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be determined as the commodity requested by the first client, for example, part or all of the commodity in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation may be determined as the commodity requested by the first client. If the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, the commodity corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation can be used as the object requesting the consultation by the first client; if the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation can be used as the object requesting the consultation of the first client.
When the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, the number of the commodity requesting the consultation can be determined to be 1. And under the condition that the number of the commodities requiring consultation is 1, at least one of commodity images, commodity videos and commodity audios corresponding to the commodities requiring consultation can be obtained, and interface backgrounds of the dialogue interfaces of the first client and the second client are generated according to at least one of the commodity images, the commodity videos and the commodity audios corresponding to the commodities requiring consultation. Of course, when the number of the products requiring consultation is 1, a plurality of product images corresponding to the products requiring consultation may be obtained, and the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client may be generated according to the plurality of product image tiles. In one example, the number of merchandise images used to generate the interface background is less than or equal to N, thereby enabling a size of each merchandise image in the interface background to be guaranteed to be large enough to enable consumers and merchants to see each merchandise image through the interface background. For example, N is equal to 10.
When the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, if the number of the commodities in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is equal to 1, at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to the commodity in the order can be obtained, and according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity in the order, an interface background of a conversation interface of the first client and the second client is generated, for example, one commodity image corresponding to the commodity in the order can be obtained, and according to the commodity image, an interface background of a conversation interface of the first client and the second client is generated. Of course, when the number of the commodities in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is equal to 1, a plurality of commodity images corresponding to the commodities in the order may be obtained, and the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client may be generated according to the plurality of commodity image puzzles. Wherein the number of merchandise images used for the image of the mosaic generation background is less than or equal to N.
When the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, if the number of the commodities in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is greater than 1, at least one of commodity images, commodity videos and commodity audios corresponding to various commodities in the order can be obtained, and according to at least one of commodity images, commodity videos and commodity audios corresponding to various commodities in the order, an interface background of a dialogue interface of a first client and a second client is generated, for example, a plurality of commodity images corresponding to various commodities in the order can be obtained, and jigsaw is performed on the plurality of commodity images, so that the interface background of the dialogue interface of the first client and the second client is generated. In this case, one commodity image corresponding to each of the plurality of commodities may be obtained, and of course, a plurality of commodity images corresponding to each of the plurality of commodities may be obtained.
In one example, if the number of the commodities in the order is greater than 1 and less than or equal to N, commodity images corresponding to the various commodities in the order are respectively obtained, where N is a preset maximum number of commodity images for generating the interface background. In the example, if the number of the items in the order is greater than 1 and less than or equal to N, one item image corresponding to each item in the order may be obtained, respectively. For example, if the number of the commodities in the order is equal to M and M is smaller than N, M commodity images corresponding to the M commodities in the order may be obtained.
In another example, if the number of the commodities in the order is greater than N, determining N commodities for generating the interface background from the order, and obtaining N commodity images corresponding to the N commodities. In the example, the number of consulted items in the order may be obtained, and N items for generating the interface context may be determined from the order based on the number of consulted items in the order. For example, the N items in the order that are most frequently consulted may be determined as the N items of the user-generated interface background. For another example, the consulting frequency of the commodities in the order can be determined according to the consulting times of the commodities in the order and the sales volume of the commodities in the order, and the N commodities with the highest consulting frequency in the order are determined as N commodities with user-generated interface backgrounds. Wherein the consulting frequency of a certain commodity can be equal to the ratio of the consulting times of the commodity to the sales of the commodity. The sales volume can be month sales volume, week sales volume, day sales volume, quarter sales volume, year sales volume or total sales volume and the like. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case where the interface background is generated according to the plurality of commodity images, the sizes of the plurality of commodity images in the interface background may be the same or different.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after determining the interface context of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client, the server may send the interface context to at least one of the first client and the second client, so that the interface context is displayed on at least one of the first client and the second client. For example, after determining the interface context of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client, the server may send the interface context to the first client and the second client, respectively, so that the first client and the second client both display the interface context.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after determining the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client, if the server receives an order placing request sent by the first client based on a triggering operation for the interface background, responding to the order placing request, and returning an order placing page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered to the first client. The order request comprises identification information of the commodity requested to be ordered. The triggering operation may be a long-press operation, or the triggering operation may also be a double-press operation, or a long-press and then drag operation, etc.
Fig. 11 illustrates another flow chart of a commodity consultation method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The execution subject of the commodity consultation method may be a first client. In some possible implementations, the commodity consultation method may be implemented by way of a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. As shown in fig. 11, the commodity consultation method may include steps S31 to S33.
In step S31, a consultation request is sent to a server, so that the server responds to the consultation request, determines a commodity requested to be consulted by the first client and a second client requested to be consulted by the first client, obtains at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, and generates an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted.
In step S32, the interface background is obtained from the server.
In step S33, a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client is displayed according to the interface background.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the consumer may consult with the merchant either before or after the order is placed. The consultation request may carry identification information of the first client and identification information of the second client requesting the consultation. The counseling request may further include identification information of an object requesting the counseling. For example, the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, or the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order. As shown in fig. 4, the first client may generate a consultation request in response to the customer service control 400 of the item detail page being triggered. In this case, the object requesting the consultation is the commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page, and the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity corresponding to the commodity detail page. For example, the identification information of the commodity may be an ID of the commodity. As shown in fig. 5, the first client may generate a consultation request in response to the contact seller control of the order details page being triggered. In this case, the object requesting the consultation is an order corresponding to the order detail page, and the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of an order corresponding to the order detail page. For example, the identification information of the order may be an order number.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the number of the commodities in the order is greater than 1, the interface background may be generated by performing jigsaw according to a plurality of commodity images corresponding to a plurality of commodities in the order. For example, if the number of the commodities in the order is greater than 1 and less than or equal to N, the interface background may be generated according to the commodity image tiles corresponding to the various commodities in the order. For another example, if the number of the commodities in the order is greater than N, the interface background may be generated according to a commodity image jigsaw corresponding to the N commodities in the order. And N commodities used for generating the interface background in the order are determined according to the consulted times.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client is displayed according to the interface background, a ordering request may be generated in response to a triggering operation for the interface background, where the ordering request includes identification information of a commodity requested to be ordered; and sending the order placing request to the server so that the server responds to the order placing request and returns an order placing page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered to the first client. In one example, if the interface background is generated according to a commodity image, the commodity corresponding to the commodity image may be determined as the commodity requested to be ordered. If the interface background is generated according to a plurality of commodity images, the commodity requesting to order can be determined according to the position of the triggering operation. For example, the interface background in fig. 8 is generated from 4 commodity images, and the trigger operation corresponds to the commodity image in the lower left corner, and therefore, the commodity corresponding to the commodity image in the lower left corner is determined as the commodity for which the order is requested. The triggering operation may be a long-press operation, or the triggering operation may also be a double-press operation, or a long-press and then drag operation, etc.
Fig. 12 shows an architecture diagram of a commodity recommendation system provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 12, the commodity recommendation system includes a server 100 and a first client 200. The server 100 may be disposed on a cloud server, for example, the server 100 may be disposed on a cloud server of an e-commerce. The first client 200 may be deployed on a terminal device associated with the consumer, i.e. the first client 200 may be a client capable of being operated by the consumer. The first client 200 may be a mobile phone 201, a tablet computer 202, a notebook computer 203, a desktop computer 204, or the like.
The embodiment of the present disclosure proposes a commodity recommendation method, where an execution subject of the commodity recommendation method may be the server 100. In some possible implementations, the commodity recommendation method may be implemented by a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. The commodity recommendation method comprises the following steps: receiving a commodity recommendation request from a first client; determining, in response to the item recommendation request, an item for recommendation to the first client; acquiring at least one of commodity images, commodity videos and commodity audios corresponding to the recommended commodities; and generating an interface background of the dialogue interface according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the recommended commodity.
In the commodity recommendation method, a robot customer service may be deployed on the server 100, the first client 200 may interact with the server 100, and the session interface may be a session interface between a user of the first client 200 and the robot customer service of the server 100. For example, the first client 200 transmits a commodity recommendation request of "i want to buy a manual fan" to the server 100, and the server 100 may determine a commodity for recommendation to the first client 200 in response to the commodity recommendation request. For example, the server 100 may determine the commodity for recommendation to the first client 200 according to a commodity list in response to the commodity recommendation request. After determining the commodity recommended to the first client 200, the server 100 may obtain at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to the recommended commodity, and generate an interface background of a dialogue interface according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the recommended commodity. For example, the interface background of the dialog interface may be generated from at least one of a merchandise image, a merchandise video, and a merchandise audio corresponding to the top one or more merchandise in the merchandise list. The process of obtaining at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity and generating the interface background is similar to the above, and will not be described herein.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server 100 determines, in response to a commodity recommendation request from the first client 200, a commodity for recommendation to the first client 200, obtains at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to the recommended commodity, and generates an interface background of a dialogue interface according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the recommended commodity, thereby, in the process of recommending the commodity to the consumer by the server (e.g. a robot customer service), the consumer can always intuitively obtain information of the commodity requesting recommendation through the interface background of the dialogue interface, and the limited and precious space in the dialogue interface is not occupied in the manner of displaying the commodity information through the interface background, so that the experience of the consumer can be improved.
The embodiment of the present disclosure also proposes a commodity recommendation method, and an execution subject of the commodity recommendation method may be the first client 200. In some possible implementations, the commodity recommendation method may be implemented by a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. The commodity recommendation method comprises the following steps: sending a commodity recommendation request to a server, so that the server responds to the commodity recommendation request, determines a commodity recommended to the first client, obtains at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to the recommended commodity, and generates an interface background of a dialogue interface according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the recommended commodity; obtaining the interface background from the server; and displaying the dialogue interface according to the interface background.
In one possible implementation manner, after the displaying the dialog interface according to the interface background, the method further includes: responding to triggering operation aiming at the interface background, and generating an ordering request, wherein the ordering request comprises identification information of the commodity requesting ordering; and sending the order placing request to the server so that the server responds to the order placing request and returns an order placing page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered to the first client.
In the implementation mode, the ordering page is returned instead of the commodity detail page after the consumer triggers the interface background, so that the consumer can conveniently and quickly complete ordering.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides an interaction method of the multimedia resource, and an execution subject of the interaction method of the multimedia resource may be a server. In some possible implementations, the interaction method of the multimedia resource may be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory. The interaction method of the multimedia resource comprises the following steps: receiving an interaction request from a first client; responding to the interaction request, and determining a multimedia resource for which the first client requests interaction and a second client for which the first client requests interaction; and generating an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to the multimedia resource for requesting interaction.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the multimedia resource for which the interaction is requested may be any type of multimedia resource such as audio or video. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the user of the first client and the user of the second client can perform a conversation through the conversation interface.
In one possible implementation, the multimedia resource for which interaction is requested is a song; the generating the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to the multimedia resource for requesting interaction comprises: and generating interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to at least one of lyrics of the song, lyric progress information, music score prompt information, images, videos and audios.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a server receives an interaction request from a first client, responds to the interaction request, determines a multimedia resource requested to be interacted by the first client and a second client requested to be interacted by the first client, and generates interface backgrounds of a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to the multimedia resource requested to be interacted, so that in the process of interaction between the first client and the second client, users of the first client and the second client can intuitively obtain information of the multimedia resource requested to be interacted through the interface backgrounds of the dialogue interface all the time, and a limited and precious space in the dialogue interface is not occupied in a mode of displaying the information of the multimedia resource requested to be interacted through the interface backgrounds, thereby improving interaction experience of users of the first client and the second client.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a medical consultation method, and an execution subject of the medical consultation method can be a server. In some possible implementations, the medical consultation method may be implemented by the processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in the memory. The medical consultation method comprises the following steps: receiving a medical consultation request from a first client; responding to the medical consultation request, obtaining diagnosis and treatment information corresponding to the first client, and determining a second client of which the first client requests consultation; and generating interface backgrounds of the dialogue interfaces of the first client and the second client according to the diagnosis and treatment information corresponding to the first client.
In the disclosed embodiments, the first client may be a client associated with a patient, and the second client may be a client associated with a doctor, i.e., the first client may be a client operable by the patient, and the second client may be a client operable by the doctor. The medical information may include one or more of medical history, CT (Computed Tomography ) slice, diagnostic sheet, and the like. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client may be generated according to one or more diagnosis and treatment information, that is, the interface background may include one or more diagnosis and treatment information, for example, may include medical records and CT slices at the same time. The users of the first client and the second client can conduct dialogue through the dialogue interface.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server receives the medical consultation request from the first client, responds to the medical consultation request, obtains diagnosis and treatment information corresponding to the first client, determines the second client for requesting consultation by the first client, and generates the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to the diagnosis and treatment information corresponding to the first client, so that in the process of medical consultation of a patient to a doctor, the patient and the doctor can intuitively obtain the diagnosis and treatment information through the interface background of the dialogue interface, the doctor can be helped to reply to the patient timely and quickly, and the limited and precious space in the dialogue interface is not occupied in the mode of displaying the diagnosis and treatment information through the interface background, thereby improving the medical consultation efficiency and experience of the patient and the doctor.
In one possible implementation manner, after the generating the interface context of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client, the method further includes: receiving an editing request sent by the first client side or the second client side based on editing operation for diagnosis and treatment information in the interface background; and updating the interface background in response to the editing request. In this implementation, the editing operation may be an operation of zooming in, zooming out, moving, circling, painting, or correcting. For example, when a patient wants to ask a doctor to focus on a certain item of content in a medical record, the item of content can be selected in a circle; as another example, when a doctor wants to interpret a certain item of content in a diagnostic sheet to a patient, the item of content can be enlarged.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides an implementation method of the online conference, and an execution subject of the implementation method of the online conference can be a server. In some possible implementations, the method of implementing an online conference may be implemented by a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. The method for realizing the online conference comprises the following steps: receiving an online conference request from a first client; responding to the online conference request, obtaining at least one of conference related images, conference related files, conference related audio and conference related video corresponding to the online conference request, and determining at least one second client corresponding to the online conference request; and generating interface backgrounds of dialogue interfaces of the first client and the at least one second client according to at least one of meeting related images, meeting related audio and meeting related video corresponding to the online meeting request.
The conference related file may be a presentation file (PPT) of the conference, etc. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the user of the first client and the user of the second client can perform a conversation through the conversation interface.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the at least one second client is generated according to at least one of the conference related image, the conference related audio and the conference related video corresponding to the online conference request, so that in the process that the first client and the user of the at least one second client conduct online conference, the first client and the user of the at least one second client can intuitively obtain the conference related information through the interface background of the dialogue interface all the time, and the manner that the conference related information is displayed through the interface background does not occupy limited and precious space in the dialogue interface, and the first client and the user of the at least one second client can still conduct dialogue through the dialogue interface, thereby improving the experience of the user conducting online conference.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a dialogue interaction method, and an execution subject of the dialogue interaction method can be a server. In some possible implementations, the dialogue interaction method may be implemented by a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. The dialogue interaction method comprises the following steps: receiving dialogue content from a first client; obtaining at least one of an image, a video and an audio corresponding to the dialogue content; and generating an interface background of the dialogue interface according to at least one of the image, the video and the audio corresponding to the dialogue content.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first client may be deployed on IOT (Internet of Things ) devices such as smart speakers with a display screen. The server side can display the interface background of the dialogue interface according to the dialogue content from the first client side, so that in the process of dialogue interaction between the first client side and the server side, a user can intuitively obtain dialogue information through the interface background of the dialogue interface all the time, and the mode of displaying the dialogue information through the interface background does not occupy limited and precious space in the interface, thereby improving dialogue interaction experience.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a dialogue interaction method, and an execution subject of the dialogue interaction method can be a server. In some possible implementations, the dialogue interaction method may be implemented by a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory. The dialogue interaction method comprises the following steps: receiving an interaction request from a first client; responding to the interaction request, obtaining at least one of a file, an image, audio and video corresponding to the interaction request, and determining a second client of the first client request interaction; and generating interface backgrounds of dialogue interfaces of the first client and the second client according to at least one of the file, the image, the audio and the video corresponding to the interaction request.
In one possible implementation manner, after the generating the interface context of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client, the method further includes: receiving an editing request sent by the first client or the second client based on editing operation aiming at the interface background; and updating the interface background in response to the editing request. In this implementation, the editing operation may be an operation of zooming in, zooming out, moving, circling, painting, highlighting, or modifying, etc.
For example, in an application scenario of the discussion job, the file or image corresponding to the interaction request may be a file or image related to the job, and the user of the first client or the second client may perform editing operations such as selecting or correcting the interface background, and may send dialogue contents such as "the question is wrong," the step should be … …, "the word is a wrong word, and" the dialogue contents are changed.
For another example, in an application scenario of news discussion, the file, image, audio or video corresponding to the interactive request may be a file, image, audio or video corresponding to news, and the user of the first client or the second client may perform operations such as selecting the interface background, and may send dialogue content like "say the person, but not the person to the left in the middle of the third row".
As another example, in the application scenario of road pointing, the image or video corresponding to the interactive request may be an image or video of a landmark building.
As another example, in an application scenario discussing tourism, the image or video corresponding to the interactive request may be a photograph or video of a landscape, etc.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, an interaction request from a first client is received; the method comprises the steps that a server receives an interaction request from a first client, responds to the interaction request, obtains at least one of a file, an image, an audio and a video corresponding to the interaction request, determines a second client which the first client requests to interact with, and generates interface backgrounds of dialogue interfaces of the first client and the second client according to at least one of the file, the image, the audio and the video corresponding to the interaction request, so that a user of the first client and the second client can intuitively obtain interaction information corresponding to the interaction request through the interface backgrounds of the dialogue interfaces in the dialogue interaction process, and the limited and precious space in the dialogue interfaces is not occupied in a mode of displaying the interaction information through the interface backgrounds, thereby improving dialogue interaction experience of the user.
It will be appreciated that the above-mentioned method embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other to form a combined embodiment without departing from the principle logic, and are limited to the description of the present disclosure.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the above-described method of the specific embodiments, the written order of steps is not meant to imply a strict order of execution but rather should be construed according to the function and possibly inherent logic of the steps.

As shown in fig. 14, the commodity consulting apparatus includes: a first sending module 51, configured to send a consultation request to a server, so that the server responds to the consultation request, determines a commodity requested to be consulted by the first client and a second client requested to be consulted by the first client, obtains at least one of a commodity image, a commodity video and a commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted, and generates an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to at least one of the commodity image, the commodity video and the commodity audio corresponding to the commodity requested to be consulted; a second obtaining module 52, configured to obtain the interface background from the server; and the first display module 53 is configured to display a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to the interface background.

The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a medical consultation device applied to a server, which comprises: the fourth receiving module is used for receiving the medical consultation request from the first client; the first obtaining and determining module is used for responding to the medical consultation request, obtaining diagnosis and treatment information corresponding to the first client side and determining a second client side of the first client side for requesting consultation; and the fourth generation module is used for generating interface backgrounds of the dialogue interfaces of the first client and the second client according to the diagnosis and treatment information corresponding to the first client.
In one possible implementation, the method further includes: a ninth receiving module, configured to receive an edit request sent by the first client or the second client based on an edit operation for the diagnosis and treatment information in the interface background; and the first updating module is used for responding to the editing request and updating the interface background.

Fig. 15 shows a block diagram of an electronic device 800 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, electronic device 800 may be a mobile phone, computer, digital broadcast terminal, messaging device, game console, tablet device, medical device, exercise device, personal digital assistant, or the like.
Referring to fig. 15, an electronic device 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the electronic device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interactions between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the electronic device 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or nonvolatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
The power supply component 806 provides power to the various components of the electronic device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the electronic device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen between the electronic device 800 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front camera and/or a rear camera. When the electronic device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode, the front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the electronic device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect an on/off state of the electronic device 800, a relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the electronic device 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of the electronic device 800 or a component of the electronic device 800, the presence or absence of a user's contact with the electronic device 800, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the electronic device 800, and a change in temperature of the electronic device 800. The sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communication between the electronic device 800 and other devices, either wired or wireless. The electronic device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements for executing the methods described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as memory 804 including computer program instructions executable by processor 820 of electronic device 800 to perform the above-described methods.
Fig. 16 shows a block diagram of an electronic device 1900 provided by an embodiment of the disclosure. For example, electronic device 1900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 16, the electronic device 1900 includes a processing component 1922 that further includes one or more processors and memory resources represented by memory 1932 for storing instructions, such as application programs, that can be executed by the processing component 1922. The application programs stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules each corresponding to a set of instructions. Further, processing component 1922 is configured to execute instructions to perform the methods described above.
The electronic device 1900 may also include a power component 1926 configured to perform power management of the electronic device 1900, a wired or wireless network interface 1950 configured to connect the electronic device 1900 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1958. Electronic device 1900 may operate an operating system based on data stored in memory 1932, such as WindowsMacOSOr the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as memory 1932, including computer program instructions executable by processing component 1922 of electronic device 1900 to perform the methods described above.

The computer readable storage medium may be a tangible device that can hold and store instructions for use by an instruction execution device. Claims (18)

1. A commodity consulting method, characterized in that it is applied to a server, the method comprising:
receiving a consultation request from a first client;
Responding to the consultation request, and determining commodities for which the first client requests consultation and a second client for which the first client requests consultation;
Obtaining commodity images corresponding to the commodity requiring consultation;
under the condition that the number of the commodities requiring consultation is larger than 1, splicing the commodity images corresponding to the commodities requiring consultation respectively to generate interface backgrounds of the dialogue interfaces of the first client and the second client;
After the interface background of the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client is generated, the method further comprises:
Receiving an order placing request sent by the first client based on the triggering operation aiming at the interface background, wherein the order placing request is that the first client responds to the triggering operation aiming at the interface background to determine the commodity required to be ordered and generates the commodity required to be ordered, and the commodity required to be ordered is determined by the first client according to the position of the triggering operation under the condition that the number of the commodity required to be consulted is greater than 1;
And responding to the order request, and returning an order page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered to the first client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, in response to the consultation request, the first client requesting the consulted commodity comprises:
responding to the consultation request, and acquiring identification information of an object of the consultation request of the first client from the consultation request;
And determining the commodity of which the first client requests to consult according to the identification information of the object requesting to consult.
3. The method as set forth in claim 2, wherein the determining the commodity for which the first client requests the consultation according to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation includes:
and if the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the commodity, determining the commodity corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation as the commodity requested to be consultation by the first client.
4. The method as set forth in claim 2, wherein the determining the commodity for which the first client requests the consultation according to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation includes:
And if the identification information of the object requesting the consultation is the identification information of the order, determining the commodity in the order corresponding to the identification information of the object requesting the consultation as the commodity requested to be consultation by the first client.

The method of claim 4, wherein, when the number of the products requiring consultation is greater than 1, performing jigsaw on the product images corresponding to the products requiring consultation to obtain an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client, the method comprises:
and if the number of the commodities in the order is greater than 1, performing jigsaw on a plurality of commodity images corresponding to a plurality of commodities in the order to generate an interface background of a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein if the number of the commodities in the order is greater than 1, performing the jigsaw on the plurality of commodity images corresponding to the plurality of commodities in the order comprises:

If the number of the commodities in the order is greater than N, determining N commodities for generating the interface background from the order;
and carrying out jigsaw on N commodity images corresponding to the N commodities.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining N items from the order for generating the interface context comprises:
acquiring the consulted times of the commodities in the order;
And determining N commodities used for generating the interface background from the order according to the consulted times of the commodities in the order.
9. A method of merchandise consultation applied to a first client, the method comprising:
sending a consultation request to a server so that the server responds to the consultation request, determining commodities of which the first client requests consultation and a second client of which the first client requests consultation, obtaining commodity images corresponding to the commodities of which the consultation is requested, and performing jigsaw on commodity images corresponding to various commodities of which the consultation is requested under the condition that the number of the varieties of the commodities of which the consultation is requested is greater than 1, so as to generate interface backgrounds of dialogue interfaces of the first client and the second client;
Obtaining the interface background from the server;
displaying a dialogue interface between the first client and the second client according to the interface background;
After the dialogue interface between the first client and the second client is displayed according to the interface background, the method further comprises:
Responding to the triggering operation aiming at the interface background, determining the commodity requested to be ordered and generating an ordering request according to the commodity requested to be ordered, wherein the commodity requested to be ordered is determined to comprise the commodity requested to be ordered according to the position of the triggering operation under the condition that the number of the commodity requested to be consulted is greater than 1;
and sending the order placing request to the server so that the server responds to the order placing request and returns an order placing page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered to the first client.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the triggering operation is a long press operation.
11. A commodity recommendation method, characterized in that it is applied to a server, the method comprising:
receiving a commodity recommendation request from a first client;
Determining, in response to the item recommendation request, an item for recommendation to the first client;
Acquiring commodity images corresponding to the recommended commodities;
under the condition that the number of the recommended commodities is larger than 1, splicing the commodity images corresponding to the recommended multiple commodities respectively to generate an interface background of a dialogue interface;
after generating the interface background of the dialogue interface, the method further comprises:
Receiving an order placing request sent by the first client based on the triggering operation aiming at the interface background, wherein the order placing request is that the first client determines an order placing commodity according to the triggering operation aiming at the interface background and generates the order placing commodity according to the request, and the order placing commodity is determined by the first client according to the position of the triggering operation under the condition that the number of the recommended commodity is greater than 1;
And responding to the order request, and returning an order page corresponding to the commodity requested to be ordered to the first client.
12. A method for recommending goods, applied to a first client, the method comprising:
Sending a commodity recommendation request to a server, so that the server responds to the commodity recommendation request, determines commodities for recommendation to the first client, obtains commodity images corresponding to the recommended commodities, and performs jigsaw on the commodity images corresponding to the recommended multiple commodities respectively under the condition that the number of the recommended commodities is greater than 1, so as to generate an interface background of a dialogue interface;
