and (3-3) starting a second pressure cylinder device, pressurizing steam in the forming chamber, and forming the membrane by utilizing hot steam pressure.

The molding apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein a cylinder is provided at a lower portion of said molding chamber, said cylinder having a movable piston therein, said movable piston being connected to a second cylinder means, and steam in said molding chamber is pressurized by upward movement of said movable piston to mold the diaphragm.
5. The molding apparatus as defined in claim 4, wherein said cylinder is a cooling water cylinder, said cooling water cylinder being provided with a cooling water inlet, said cylinder being in communication with said water tank.
6. The molding apparatus as defined in claim 4, wherein a position sensor is provided at a lower portion of said molding chamber, said sensor being connected to said second cylinder means for measuring a position of said second cylinder means.
7. A molding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) placing the mold into a forming chamber;
(2) hanging the membrane below the mould;
(3) the heating element heats water in a water tank in the evaporation chamber to form steam, and the steam in the forming chamber is softened and forms a membrane arranged on the die.
8. The molding method according to claim 7, wherein the step (3) specifically comprises the steps of:
(3-1) heating the water in the water tank in the evaporation chamber by a heating element to form steam;
