Abstract

the system comprises an information acquisition module to be verified, a verification module and a verification module, wherein the information acquisition module to be verified is used for acquiring information of an article to be verified; the information acquisition module to be verified comprises one or more of an image information acquisition module, a digital tag information acquisition module and a weight information acquisition module;
for example, in the embodiment, two types, namely an image information acquisition module and a digital label information acquisition module, are adopted; the image information acquisition module adopts a camera, and the digital label information acquisition module adopts a card reader.
The checking processing module is respectively connected with the checking information list module, the information acquisition module to be checked and the sample information management module, the information in the checking information list module calls the related sample information in the sample information management module, and the sample information is compared with the article information acquired in the information acquisition module to be checked; the checking processing module comprises one or more of a weight checking submodule, an image checking submodule and a digital label checking submodule; the weight checking submodule calls sample weight information in the sample information management module and compares the sample weight information with the weight information of the articles collected in the information collection module to be checked; and/or the image checking submodule calls sample image information in the sample information management module and compares the information with the article image information collected in the information collection module to be checked; and/or the digital label checking submodule calls the digital label information in the sample information management module and compares the information with the digital label information of the article collected in the information collection module to be checked;
in this embodiment, the verification processing module includes a digital tag verification sub-module and an image verification sub-module;
and the verification result output module is used for displaying the comparison result in the verification processing module.
For example, in this embodiment, we use the photoelectric prompting module.
The following further describes a method for performing tool verification by using the verification system, including the following steps:
s1: inputting a check information list;
s2: starting an information acquisition module to be verified to acquire information to be verified;
s3: comparing the verification information list with the collected information to be verified to obtain a consistent or inconsistent verification result;
s4: outputting a checking result;
specifically, in this embodiment, the worker returning the tool in this embodiment scans the barcode on the previous borrowed certificate, and the system automatically retrieves the information of the borrowed article, which includes the name and specification of the article, the RFID digital tag, and the image information of the tool at the time of borrowing. Then, the worker simultaneously or in batches places the tools to be returned on the identification table, and the card reader automatically reads the RFID codes; if the article is not on the borrowed certificate, the system sends out an alarm signal through the photoelectric module to prompt a worker to remove the article; if it is an item on the borrowed certificate, the count is performed. After all the tools are read, the system firstly judges whether the types and the numbers of returned tools are consistent with the loan vouchers, if not, the system sends an alarm through the photoelectric module, if so, the system further collects images of the tools through the camera and compares the images with the images of the tools stored in the system during loan, if the difference between the images is within a preset acceptable range, the return is confirmed to be successful, the image information is updated to the sample information management module, and if the difference between the images is not within the preset acceptable range, the system sends an alarm through the photoelectric module.
Since the tools are generally non-consumable tools, the tools can be returned to the original service. Therefore, the method disclosed in the embodiment can automatically obtain the service conditions of the tool, such as whether the tool is dropped or damaged, and the safety of tool return can be improved by double comparison of the information in the RFID tag and the picture information.
Example 4
On the basis of embodiment 1, in this embodiment, digital label information and weight information of a medicine are further added to the sample information management module, where the digital label information specifically includes commodity barcode information and medicine source tracing code information. Meanwhile, correspondingly, the weight information acquisition module and the digital label information acquisition module are added in the information acquisition module to be verified, and the barcode and source tracing code information of the product can be obtained in an image recognition scanning mode in the implementation. The weight information acquisition module selects a scale with a weight sensor.
Different from embodiment 1, in this embodiment, in addition to comparison of image information, functions of scanning barcode and/or traceability code of medicine and weighing, sensing and acquiring the total weight of medicine are added.
In addition to embodiment 1, in this embodiment, since the comparison between the digital label and the weight information is added, the comparison between the barcode or the traceability code is performed first, and if the barcode or the traceability code does not match the information on the receipt, an alarm is given. If the bar codes or the source tracing codes are consistent, then weight judgment is carried out, and if the weight of the article is inconsistent with the weight of the medicine on the bill, an alarm is given; if the weights are consistent, comparing the images according to the method in the embodiment 1, and performing verification judgment on the drug to be verified, which specifically refers to the embodiment 1.
Through the ordered combination and the cooperative work of the three modes of the digital label, the weight and the image, the accuracy of medicine distribution can be ensured, the calculated amount can be reduced, and the checking efficiency is improved.
