The ratchet wrench with the clamping and positioning mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic reset assembly (2) comprises a transverse mounting portion (21), a limiting telescopic rod (22) is vertically arranged in the middle of the transverse mounting portion (21), a reset spring (23) is sleeved on the limiting telescopic rod (22) in the circumferential direction, and one end of the limiting telescopic rod (22) is fixedly connected with the circumferential outer wall of the pressing sliding mechanism (3).
