High-magnification optical zoom has always been the development trend of smartphone cameras, but limited by the trend of thinner and lighter smartphones, the traditional lens module structure will not be able to meet the requirements of high-magnification optical zoom. Long-distance zoom becomes possible. Existing periscope camera modules usually have the function of optical image stabilization (OIS), so as to improve the quality of photos and enhance the user's photo experience.

When the motion is intense or the auto focus (AF) direction stability of the voice coil motor is poor, the mobile phone lens will resonate with the accelerated motion in the AF direction (z-axis), which will lead to a series of effect problems, such as High-frequency telescopic jitter, inter-frame sharpness changes, image distortion, etc.

As shown in Figure 4, since the movement of the voice coil motor is controlled by the electronic chip to suppress the stability of the AF direction (z-axis), it is equivalent to giving a reverse excitation to the AF shrapnel of the motor when the motor is externally excited. In this way, the shrapnel is reduced. 307 vibration time, so as to reduce the impact of motion jitter on the image effect. Increasing the suppression can alleviate the jitter of the voice coil motor at high frequencies and external excitation, and also cause current noise of the whole machine, which affects the audio effect during video recording.

Therefore, in view of the usage mode of the camera and the advantages of audio or other fields, the embodiment of the present application provides a control method, which is to perform switch settings (turn on or turn off the bicycle mode) for different application scenarios or different modes, and adjust for different modes. The suppression gain value of the shrapnel of the voice coil motor (gain), so as to balance the image effect and audio noise.

In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device can achieve a balance between image effects and audio noise by adjusting the suppression gain value of the shrapnel of the voice coil motor. The adjustment of the suppression gain value by the electronic device can actually also be understood as the electronic device adjusting the phase angle (phase) of the alternating current of the voice coil motor. The meaning of the suppression gain value is the ratio of the steady-state output to the input amplitude, and the current phase angle refers to the displacement of the time domain shape of the current signal. The suppression gain value and phase angle are different at different signal frequencies. The Bode diagram in Figure 5 shows the change of the suppression gain value and the current phase angle of the system in the range of 10 to 100 Hz.

Exemplarily, the relationship between the suppression gain value and the current phase angle may be shown in the following formula (1):

Figure BDA0002707213100000041
Figure BDA0002707213100000041

Among them, △x is the suppression gain value; θ is the current phase angle; ξ is the damping ratio of the voice coil motor; t n is the adjustment time; wn is the free oscillation angular frequency.

Before introducing the embodiments of the present application, the bicycle modes involved in the embodiments of the present application are first introduced.

Bicycle mode: When consumers use electronic devices to record videos in sports scenes such as cycling, running, fast walking, and driving bumpy cars, the camera's motor shakes in the AF direction (z-axis) due to external vibration, resulting in video footage. Deformation jitter. For the bicycle mode, the electronic chip factory conducts reverse power suppression for the mechanical vibration of the voice coil motor shrapnel, increases the gain value of the suppression, and converges the oscillation time of the shrapnel.

Exemplarily, Table 1 and Table 2 respectively show the comparison of test data under two groups of non-bicycle modes (eg, 0dB) and bicycle modes (eg, +8dB modified filter) provided in the embodiments of the present application. Tables 1 and 2 compare the data of the current phase angle, the motor stability gain, and the settling time of the shrapnel of the voice coil motor, respectively.

Table 1 The first group of test data

Table 2 The second group of test data

The above-mentioned motor stability gain value may also be called a margin, which reflects the stability of the voice coil motor system. The smaller the margin, the more unstable the voice coil motor.

As can be seen from Table 1 and Table 2, compared with the non-bicycle mode, the time for the voice coil motor to reach stability up or down is shortened in the bicycle mode, but the stability gain of the voice coil motor is reduced. The deterioration of the stability of the voice coil motor will lead to an increase in the suppression of the buzzer, resulting in a worse audio effect in the actual video state.

It should be understood that the deterioration of the stability of the motor in the embodiment of the present application will cause the motor to shake, which means that the motor itself shakes more seriously, similar to the fact that the force of the emergency braking is too large to cause the car to drift; the shrapnel of the motor reaches a stable upward or downward Time refers to the time that the shrapnel will shake every time the motor takes a step, and the time it takes for the shrapnel to stabilize from shaking.

It should also be understood that the blank data in the column of white noise in the above Tables 1 and 2 is due to the fact that the electronic chips produced by some electronic chip manufacturers can eliminate white noise, while the electronic chips produced by some electronic equipment manufacturers cannot eliminate white noise. No test data in Table 1 and Table 2 means that white noise can be eliminated by a filter when performing the tests in Table 1 and Table 2. If white noise cannot be eliminated, it can also be used as a risk for early evaluation.

It should also be understood that the above formula (1) is only illustrative. Compared with the non-bicycle mode, when the suppression gain value increases, the current phase angle decreases, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. It is also possible to determine the relationship between the suppression gain value and the current phase angle by other formulas. For example, when the suppression gain value is determined by other formulas, when the suppression gain value increases, the current phase angle may also increase accordingly.

It can be seen from the above test data that the time for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to reach a stable upward or downward in the bicycle mode is shorter than that in the non-bicycle mode, indicating that the oscillation time of the convergent shrapnel is shortened, which reduces the impact of motion jitter on the image. effect. But on the contrary, it also brings about the reduction of the current phase angle and the motor stability gain, which brings about the abnormal sound of the audio mac and the video noise. The control methods provided by the embodiments of the present application are described below. By judging different parameter values and different scenarios, the electronic device can determine to turn on or off the bicycle mode, thereby bringing different user experiences.

FIG. 6 shows a schematic flowchart of a control method 500 provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 6 , the method is applied to an electronic device with a camera, and the method 500 includes:

S601, the electronic device determines the automatic zoom (zoom) ratio of the camera.

S602, the electronic device determines whether the zoom magnification is greater than a preset magnification threshold.

S603, when the electronic device determines that the zoom magnification is greater than or equal to the preset magnification threshold, the electronic device turns on the bicycle mode.

In the embodiment of the present application, turning on the bicycle mode of the electronic device can also be understood that the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the first gain value. Alternatively, when the electronic device turns on the bicycle mode, it can also be understood that the current phase angle set by the electronic chip of the electronic device for the voice coil motor is the first phase angle.

S604, when the electronic device determines that the zoom magnification is less than the preset magnification threshold, the electronic device turns off the bicycle mode.

In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device turning off the bicycle mode can also be understood that the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the second gain value. Alternatively, when the electronic device turns off the bicycle mode, it can also be understood that the current phase angle set by the electronic chip of the electronic device for the voice coil motor is the second phase angle.

Wherein, the first gain value is greater than the second gain value, and the first phase angle is less than the second phase angle.

0dB。Exemplarily, the first gain value is +8dB, and the second gain value is 0dB.

58.2°。Exemplarily, the first phase angle is 55.5°, and the second phase angle is 58.2°.

In one embodiment, multiple preset magnification thresholds may also be stored in the electronic device. For example, a first magnification threshold and a second magnification threshold are stored in the electronic device, and the first magnification threshold is smaller than the second magnification threshold.

When the electronic device determines that the zoom magnification is greater than or equal to the second magnification threshold, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the third gain value; when the electronic device determines that the zoom magnification is less than the second magnification threshold and greater than or When it is equal to the first magnification threshold, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the fourth gain value; when the electronic device determines that the zoom magnification is less than the first magnification threshold, the electronic chip of the electronic device is the voice coil motor. The shrapnel setting suppression gain value is the fifth gain value; wherein, the third gain value is greater than the fourth gain value, and the fourth gain value is greater than the fifth gain value.

Alternatively, it can also be understood that the electronic device has multiple bicycle modes, and each bicycle mode corresponds to a different suppression gain value. For example, the corresponding gain value in bicycle mode 1 is +8dB, and the corresponding gain value in bicycle mode 2 is +12dB. When the electronic device determines that the zoom ratio of the current camera is less than 2 times, the electronic device turns off the bicycle mode (for example, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets a suppression gain value of 0dB for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor); when the electronic device determines the zoom ratio of the current camera When it is greater than or equal to 2 times and less than 4 times, the electronic device turns on bicycle mode 1 (for example, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to +8dB); when the electronic device determines that the current zoom ratio of the camera is greater than Or when it is equal to 4 times, the electronic device turns on the bicycle mode 2 (for example, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets a suppression gain value of +12dB for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor).

FIG. 7 shows a schematic flowchart of the electronic device performing logical judgment in combination with the Android software architecture. The camera application of the application layer can obtain the information of the zoom ratio of the current camera application. The camera application can determine the zoom ratio of the current camera by detecting the user's operation on the user interface (for example, the user enlarges the zoom ratio or reduces the zoom ratio).

The camera application can send the current camera zoom ratio to the audio module of the framework layer. The audio module may determine to turn on all audio receivers (receiver) or turn on some audio receivers (receiver) according to the zoom ratio of the current camera and a preset ratio threshold (for example, 2 times). It should be understood that at present, multiple audio receivers can be stored in the electronic device to receive audio data in the environment. Taking the electronic device including 6 audio receivers as an example, the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the electronic device can be used. , the display screen and an audio receiver on the back of the electronic device. Turning on all audio receivers can also be understood as omnidirectional reception, and turning on some audio receivers can also be understood as directional reception.

For example, when a user is recording a video, if the zoom ratio of the current camera is 1 times, the electronic device can turn on all 6 audio receivers to receive the sound in the environment; when the electronic device detects that the user enlarges the zoom ratio (for example, When zoomed in to 3 times), the image captured by the camera can become an object in the environment, then the electronic device can only turn on the audio receiver pointing to the object, or the audio receiver closest to the camera (for example, , the audio receiver on the back of the electronic device), to directional receive the sound near the object.

When the zoom magnification of the current camera is greater than or equal to the preset magnification threshold, the audio module can send an instruction to the audio driver of the hardware abstract (HAL) layer, instructing the audio driver to turn on the audio receiver of the part or instructing the audio receiving receiver for directional radio. When the zoom ratio of the current camera is smaller than the preset ratio threshold, the audio module can send an instruction to the audio driver of the hardware abstract (HAL) layer, instructing the audio driver to turn on all audio receivers (receiver) or instruct the audio receiver to perform full to the radio.

The camera application sends the current camera's zoom ratio to the camera module of the framework layer. The camera module can set the suppression gain value (SetActuatorGain) of the shrapnel of the voice coil motor according to the zoom ratio of the current camera and a preset ratio threshold (for example, 2 times). The camera module can send the corresponding gain value to the camera driver of the HAL layer. Therefore, the corresponding suppression gain value is set to the shrapnel of the voice coil motor.

In this way, when the zoom ratio is large, the audio driver can only turn on the audio receiver that is closer to the camera. Due to higher requirements for image stabilization when recording at high magnification, the camera driver will increase the suppression gain value of the voice coil motor shrapnel (for example, +8dB) to enhance the image stabilization effect. Although the generated current noise will affect the audio effect when the audio receiver closer to the camera receives the sound, the image effect of the video can be guaranteed. When the zoom ratio is small, the audio driver can turn on all audio receivers. Due to the low requirements for image stabilization when recording at low magnification, the camera driver does not increase the suppression gain value of the voice coil motor shrapnel (for example, 0dB), so the generated current noise is small, and the audio effect of the video is better.

In the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device determines that the current zoom ratio is low, the bicycle mode can be turned off, thereby reducing audio noise; when the current zoom ratio is high, the bicycle mode can be turned on, which helps to ensure the image effect of the video .

FIG. 8 shows a schematic flowchart of a control method 800 provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 8 , the method is applied to an electronic device with a camera, and the method 800 includes:

S801, the electronic device determines the current shaking amount of the camera.

Exemplarily, the electronic device may collect jitter information of the electronic device 1000 according to the gyroscope, and calculate the current jitter amount of the electronic device according to the jitter information.

S802, the electronic device determines whether the shaking amount is greater than a preset shaking amount threshold.

In one embodiment, before determining whether the shake amount is greater than a preset shake amount threshold, the electronic device may first determine the shake amount according to the camera shake angle and shake frequency.

In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device can determine whether to enable the bicycle mode according to the relationship between the shaking amount and the preset shaking amount threshold; it can also judge whether to enable the bicycle mode according to the relationship between the shaking angle and the preset shaking angle threshold; or according to the shaking The relationship between the frequency and the preset jitter frequency threshold is used to determine whether to enable the bicycle mode.

S803, when the electronic device determines that the current shaking amount is greater than or equal to the preset shaking amount threshold, the electronic device turns on the bicycle mode.

Exemplarily, the preset shaking amount threshold is 30 um, and when the current shaking amount of the camera is greater than or equal to 30 um, the electronic device can turn on the bicycle mode.

S804, when the electronic device determines that the current shaking amount is less than the preset shaking amount threshold, the electronic device turns off the bicycle mode.

Exemplarily, when the current amount of camera shake is less than 30um, the electronic device can turn off the bicycle mode.

It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the gyro sensor can collect the shaking angle and shaking frequency of the camera, and the control unit calculates the shaking amount through the shaking angle and shaking frequency, and the control unit sends the shaking amount to the electronic chip. Thus, the electronic chip determines whether to turn on the bicycle mode. In one embodiment, the process of determining the shaking amount, shaking angle, and shaking frequency of the camera by the electronic device may be determined based on the physical principle of the Coriolis effect, or may also be determined based on other principles. This embodiment does not make any limitation.

FIG. 9 shows a schematic diagram of a gyroscope detecting jitter. Among them, when the gyroscope detects the jitter of the electronic device, the Coriolis force formula of the gyroscope is as follows:

Integrating over time gives the angular velocity w. f is the jitter frequency, and after the angular velocity w is obtained, the jitter frequency can be obtained by formula (3). a Coriolis is the Coriolis force acceleration, and the camera shake amount can be obtained through the Coriolis force acceleration. v r is the radial velocity, and the shaking angle can be obtained by integrating the radial angular acceleration with time.

In one embodiment, the control unit of the electronic device may not calculate the jitter amount by using the jitter angle and the jitter frequency, but directly send the jitter angle or the jitter frequency to the electronic chip, and the electronic chip can judge the jitter angle and/or the jitter frequency by the jitter angle. Whether to enable bicycle mode.

In one embodiment, the electronic chip may determine whether to enable the bicycle mode according to the shaking angle and a preset shaking angle threshold. When the electronic chip determines that the jitter angle is greater than or equal to the preset jitter angle threshold, the electronic device can turn on the bicycle mode, or the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the first gain value, or the electronic device The current phase angle set by the electronic chip for the voice coil motor is the first phase angle.

When the electronic chip determines that the shaking angle is smaller than the preset shaking angle threshold, the electronic device can turn off the bicycle mode, or the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the second gain value, or the electronic device of the electronic device The current phase angle set by the chip for the voice coil motor is the second phase angle.

Wherein, the first gain value is greater than the second gain value, and the first phase angle is less than the second phase angle.

0dB。Exemplarily, the preset shaking angle threshold is 0.4°. When the electronic chip determines that the jitter angle detected by the gyroscope is greater than or equal to 0.4°, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets a suppression gain value of +8dB for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor. When the electronic chip determines that the jitter angle detected by the gyroscope is less than 0.4°, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets a suppression gain value of 0 dB for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor.

In one embodiment, the electronic chip can determine whether to turn on the bicycle mode according to the frequency of shaking.

When the electronic chip determines that the jitter frequency is greater than or equal to the preset jitter frequency threshold, the electronic device can turn on the bicycle mode, or the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the first gain value.

When the electronic chip determines that the jitter frequency is less than the preset jitter frequency threshold, the electronic device can turn off the bicycle mode, or the electronic chip of the electronic device sets the suppression gain value for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor to the second gain value, wherein the first gain value greater than the second gain value.

0dB。Exemplarily, the preset jitter frequency threshold is 4 Hz. When the electronic chip determines that the jitter frequency detected by the gyroscope is greater than or equal to 4 Hz, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets a suppression gain value of +8 dB for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor. When the electronic chip determines that the jitter frequency detected by the gyroscope is less than 4 Hz, the electronic chip of the electronic device sets a suppression gain value of 0 dB for the shrapnel of the voice coil motor.

In one embodiment, the electronic chip may also combine the shaking angle and shaking frequency to determine whether to enable the bicycle mode.

For example, when the electronic chip determines that the shaking angle is greater than or equal to the preset shaking angle threshold, and the electronic chip determines that the shaking frequency is greater than or equal to the preset shaking frequency threshold, the electronic device determines to enable the bicycle mode. When the electronic chip determines that the shaking angle is smaller than the preset shaking angle threshold, and the electronic chip determines that the shaking frequency is smaller than the preset shaking frequency threshold, the electronic device determines to turn off the bicycle mode.

In the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device determines that the current camera shake is small, the bicycle mode can be turned off, thereby reducing audio noise; when the current camera shake is large, the bicycle mode can be turned on, which helps to ensure the image of the video Effect.

FIG. 10 shows a schematic flowchart of a control method 1000 provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 10 , the method is applied to an electronic device with a camera, and the method 1000 includes:

S1001, the electronic device determines that the electronic device is in an outdoor scene or an indoor scene according to the brightness of the current scene.

Exemplarily, the electronic device may further include an ambient light sensor. The electronic device may determine that the electronic device is in an outdoor scene or an indoor scene according to the perceived ambient light brightness and according to the ambient light brightness.

Exemplarily, when the ambient light sensor of the electronic device detects that the current ambient light brightness is less than a preset brightness threshold, the electronic device may determine that it is currently in an indoor scene.

For example, when the ambient light sensor of the electronic device detects that the ambient light brightness is greater than or equal to 100 lux, it can be determined that the current scene is an outdoor scene.

Exemplarily, when the environmental tube sensor of the electronic device detects that the current ambient light brightness is greater than or equal to a preset brightness threshold, the electronic device may determine that it is currently in an outdoor scene.

For example, when the ambient light sensor of the electronic device detects that the brightness of the ambient light is less than 100 lux, it can be determined that the current scene is an indoor scene.

S1002, when the electronic device is in an outdoor scene, the electronic device turns on the bicycle mode.

S1003, when the electronic device is in an indoor scene, the electronic device turns off the bicycle mode.

In this embodiment of the present application, the electronic device determines whether it is an outdoor mode or an indoor mode according to an application scenario. If it is the outdoor mode, the electronic device turns on the bicycle mode, which can ensure the image effect of the video shot outdoors; if it is the indoor mode, the electronic device turns off the bicycle mode, so as to prevent the motor noise from affecting the audio effect.

It should be understood that the above-mentioned method 600, method 800 and method 1000 may be combined with each other. For example, when the electronic device determines that the current zoom magnification is greater than or equal to the preset magnification threshold and the current electronic device is outdoors, the electronic device may turn on the bicycle mode. For another example, when the electronic device determines that the current zoom magnification is greater than or equal to the preset magnification threshold and the camera shake amount is greater than or equal to the preset shake amount, the electronic device may turn on the bicycle mode.

In one embodiment, in addition to controlling the suppression gain value, the electronic device can also use damping glue to improve the image effect during the video shooting process. For example, the electronics can dispense damping glue on the shrapnel, or between the mover and the stator.
