The invention belongs to the technical field of power equipment, and particularly relates to a J-shaped wire clamp mounting tool.
Background
The J-shaped wire clamp is a non-force-bearing-linked wire clamp and is used for connecting a lead of a branch line of a 10kV power line with a lead of a main line. The J-shaped wire clamp comprises two J-shaped aluminum alloy blocks which are mutually occluded, a lead end of a branch circuit is embedded in a wire slot of one J-shaped aluminum alloy block, a lead of a trunk line is embedded in a wire slot of the other J-shaped aluminum alloy block, the two J-shaped aluminum alloy blocks are fastened through bolts, the lead and the lead are tightly attached to the J-shaped aluminum alloy blocks, and current is conducted through the J-shaped aluminum alloy blocks. Due to the different cross-sectional areas of the wires of the main line, the J-type clamps are classified into A, B, C types, and the size is small to large. Stage a is for conductors with cross-sectional areas 702, 952, 1202, stage B is for conductors with cross-sectional areas 1502, 1852, and stage C is for conductors with cross-sectional area 2402. In order to ensure that the power users continuously use the electricity, the connection work of the lead wires of the branch lines and the lead wires of the main line is realized by installing the J-shaped wire clamp in a live working mode. When the insulating bucket arm vehicle can not reach the working position, live working personnel need climb the live wire pole, keep certain safe distance with electrified wire, carry out the installation of J type fastener through insulating bar.
In the prior art, there are two types of tools for installing a J-type wire clamp:
1. through the clamping device unanimous with J type wire clamp wire casing direction, fix J type fastener on insulating bar's instrument head, there are two live working personnel on the pole, first electrician lifts up the insulating bar who passes through J type fastener with having installed the lead wire, the mounted position that makes trunk conductor enter into, the second electrician inserts the lead wire mounted position of J type fastener through insulating bar with the lead wire, first electrician passes through the built-in anchorage bar of action bars and fastens J type wire clamp bolt. This insulating J type fastener action bars needs two people's cooperations to accomplish, when the second electrician once not inserted the J type fastener lead wire inslot with the lead wire, because of rocking, makes the displacement of J type fastener, causes the nut of fastening action bars and bolt to break away from, can not fasten the bolt. The bolt of the J-shaped wire clamp is transmitted into the hole of the J-shaped wire clamp through the four edges at the lower part of the nut, so that the bolt is prevented from rotating, when the fastening rod is pushed upwards, the sleeve drives the bolt to move upwards, the four edges of the bolt cannot be separated from the connecting hole of the J-shaped wire clamp, the bolt and the nut rotate together and cannot be fastened, and the J-shaped wire clamp needs to be taken down and then tightened and adjusted.
2. Through the clamping device who is unanimous with J type wire clamp bolt direction, step up the first half of J type wire clamp, fix the lead wire in J type wire clamp lead wire inslot through step up the device fast, equally need two live working personnel cooperation operations, first electrician will lift up through insulating action bars with the J type wire clamp of fixing the lead wire, with the trunk wire card in the trunk wire inslot of J type wire clamp, the second electrician fastens J type wire clamp bolt through another fastening rod. Because the quick clamping device of fixed J type fastener exists the condition from the bounce, makes J type fastener drop by the instrument tip, and in the process of lifting up the lead wire, because the lead wire need twist reverse, causes the scattered thigh of lead wire tip, makes clamping device can not step up the lead wire and make the lead wire break away from J type fastener lead wire groove, need press from both sides the J type fastener and take down from new adjustment. And the tool mode needs to configure different installation tool heads according to different types of J-shaped wire clamps.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a J-shaped wire clamp mounting tool to solve the problems of falling off of a J-shaped wire clamp in an electrified mounting process, lead wire out of a groove, replacement of a J-shaped wire clamp fixing tool head and the like. The J-shaped wire clamp mounting tool can adapt to A, B, C three types of J-shaped wire clamps, and only one hot-line worker is needed to finish the connection work of the leads by using the J-shaped wire clamp.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a J-shaped wire clamp mounting tool comprises an insulating support rod, an insulating fastening rod, an insulating pull rod and a J-shaped wire clamp fixing platform; the insulating fastening rod is embedded into the insulating support rod, one end of the insulating fastening rod is a sleeve, the sleeve is used for sleeving a nut of the J-shaped wire clamp, and the nut of the J-shaped wire clamp is fastened by rotating the insulating fastening rod; the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table comprises a bottom and a backrest, and the bottom of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table is installed at the end part of the insulating support rod; one end of the insulating pull rod is mounted on the insulating support rod, and the other end of the insulating pull rod is provided with a J-shaped wire clamp gripper; a lead fixing hook device is arranged on the backrest of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table, and the insulating pull rod is connected with the lead fixing hook device through a control connecting rod; the opening and closing of the lead fixing hook device and the J-shaped wire clamp gripper are controlled by controlling the up-and-down movement of the insulating pull rod.
Furthermore, the insulation support rod comprises an insulation rod pipe, one end of the insulation rod pipe is provided with a slideway, the bottom of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table is arranged in the slideway, the joint of the slideway and the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table can slide, and the position of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table is limited by a fastening bolt; the other end of the insulating rod pipe is provided with a positioning pipe, and the positioning pipe is provided with three grooves for positioning.
Furthermore, the insulating fastening rod comprises an insulating rod, the insulating rod is embedded into the insulating rod pipe, one end of the insulating rod is connected with the sleeve through a connecting piece, and the sleeve is adapted to a nut of the J-shaped wire clamp; the sleeve penetrates through the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table and is used for fastening a nut of a J-shaped wire clamp; the other end of the insulating rod is provided with a rocking handle, and a positioning pin and a limiting catch are arranged on the rocking handle; the positioning pin is clamped in the groove in the positioning tube to limit the insulating rod, and the rocking handle is rotated to enable the positioning pin to be fixed in the corresponding groove of the positioning tube through the limiting blocking piece on the rocking handle supported by the large-diameter spring.
Furthermore, the insulating pull rod comprises a solid insulating rod, and a toothed bar is mounted at one end of the solid insulating rod; the tooth bar is provided with teeth for preventing the insulating pull rod from moving upwards, and the movement of the tooth bar is limited by the top teeth in the top tooth device; when the rotating toothed bar rotates for a certain angle, the top teeth in the top tooth device are separated from the teeth, and the toothed bar can move upwards;
the other end of the solid insulating rod is provided with a screw rod, the J-shaped wire clamp gripper is arranged on the screw rod and limited by a first butterfly nut, and the first butterfly nut is rotated to adjust the J-shaped wire clamp gripper to move up and down.
Furthermore, a through elliptical round hole is formed in the bottom of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table and used for allowing a sleeve of the insulating fastening rod to penetrate through, and the elliptical round hole is arranged corresponding to a nut of a J-shaped wire clamp bolt; a rectangular hole is formed in the backrest side of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table, and a rectangular upright column of the J-shaped wire clamp gripper can slide in the rectangular hole.
Further, the lead fixing hook device comprises a supporting seat, wherein the supporting seat is fixed in a fixing hole of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table through a bolt and is used for supporting the control connecting rod; a fixing hole of a lead fixing hook device and a long hole for a hook to pass through are formed in the backrest side of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table; the support control connecting rod is L-shaped, the short arm end of the L-shaped control connecting rod is open and used for placing a rotating joint, and the long arm end is connected with the transmission rod of the insulating pull rod; the hook penetrates through the rotary joint, a screw thread is arranged at the end part of the hook, a second butterfly nut is sleeved on the screw thread, and the exposed length of the hook on the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table is adjusted by rotating the second butterfly nut.
Furthermore, the supporting seat comprises two fixing pieces, and the lower end of the short arm end opening of the control connecting rod is clamped between the two fixing pieces and is rotatably connected with the two fixing pieces through a rotating shaft.
Furthermore, a transmission rod is arranged on the insulating pull rod and is connected with a control connecting rod of the lead fixing hook device; when the J-shaped wire clamp is fastened by the bolt, the tooth bar is rotated to enable the tooth bar to be separated from the limit of the top tooth to push the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table, the control connecting rod of the lead fixing hook device is tensioned to drive the lead fixing hook to be separated from the constraint on the lead, the J-shaped wire clamp gripper is linked to open the control on the J-shaped wire clamp, and the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table is driven to be separated from the J-shaped wire clamp through the insulating supporting rod.
Furthermore, the J-shaped cable clamp gripper comprises a T-shaped seat, and a rectangular upright column of the T-shaped seat is installed in a rectangular hole of the J-shaped cable clamp fixing table and moves along with the movement of the insulating pull rod; the bottom end of the rectangular upright post is connected with a small-diameter spring, and the J-shaped wire clamp gripper is tightly contacted with the first butterfly nut through the small-diameter spring arranged at the bottom end of the rectangular upright post; a transverse through hole is formed in the transverse part of the T-shaped seat, the tail part of the J-shaped wire clamp grapple is inserted into the transverse through hole, an adjusting screw is in threaded connection with the other end of the transverse through hole, and the adjusting screw is detachably connected with the tail part of the J-shaped wire clamp grapple; the J-shaped wire clamp grapple can be extended and shortened by rotating the adjusting screw, so that the length of A, B, C three types of J-shaped wire clamps can be adapted.
Furthermore, the tooth ejecting device comprises ejecting teeth and a fixing plate, the end part of the fixing plate is connected with the ejecting teeth through a rotating shaft, and the middle part of the ejecting teeth is connected with an ejecting tooth spring; the top teeth are matched with the teeth for clamping, and the tooth bar is limited from moving downwards.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
(A) the length of the J-shaped wire clamp grapple and the lead fixing hook device is adjusted to adapt to installation of J-shaped wire clamps with different types and volumes, so that the number of team live working tools is reduced, and the area use of a live working insulating tool warehouse can be reduced.
(B) According to the invention, the insulating pull rod drives the lead fixing hook to loosen the fixation of the lead and open the gripper of the J-shaped wire clamp, so that a single insulating tool can complete the live-wire connection operation, and the use of the tool is reduced.
(C) The invention can be applied to the installation of three J-shaped wire clamps with different types by fixing the hook device and the slideway through the lead.
(D) The loosening of the lead fixing device and the loosening of the J-shaped wire clamp can be finished without the operation of another person.
(E) The invention has reasonable scheme, simple structure and easy realization, and can fully exert the advantages of live working.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The following detailed description is exemplary in nature and is intended to provide further details of the invention. Unless otherwise defined, all technical terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of exemplary embodiments according to the invention.
According to the technical scheme, the invention provides a J-shaped wire clamp mounting tool which can complete the work of grounding potential connection branch line lead wire in hot-line work by a single person and a single piece.
As shown in fig. 1, a J-type wire clamp installation tool includes an insulating support rod 1, an insulating fastening rod 2, an insulating pull rod 3, and a J-type wire clamp fixing table 4. The insulating fastening rod 2 is embedded into the insulating support rod 1, and the nut of the J-shaped wire clamp is fastened by rotating the insulating fastening rod 2; the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 comprises a bottom and a backrest, and the bottom of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table is arranged at the end part of the insulating support rod 1; one end of the insulating pull rod 3 is arranged on the insulating support rod 1, and the other end of the insulating pull rod is provided with a J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6; a lead fixing hook device 5 is arranged on the backrest of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4, and the insulating pull rod 3 is connected with the force arm of the lead fixing hook device 5 through a control connecting rod; the opening and closing of the lead fixing hook device 5 and the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 are controlled by controlling the up-and-down movement of the insulating pull rod 3.
The insulation support rod 1 comprises an insulation rod tube 11, one end of the insulation rod tube 11 is provided with a slideway 12, the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 is arranged in the slideway 12, and the joint of the slideway 12 and the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 can slide, so that a sleeve 22 of an insulation fastening rod 2 in the insulation support rod 1 is aligned with bolts of A, B, C J-shaped wire clamps; the position of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 is limited by using a fastening bolt 14, so that a charged operator keeps a sufficient safety distance from a charged body; the other end of the insulating rod pipe 11 is provided with a positioning pipe 13, the positioning pipe 13 is provided with three grooves for positioning, namely a groove A, a groove B and a groove C, so that the positioning of a positioning pin 241 on the rocking handle 24 on the insulating fastening rod 2 is facilitated, and the three grooves capable of being positioned are determined according to the bolt lengths of three types of J-shaped wire clamps.
The insulating fastening rod 2 comprises an insulating rod 21, the insulating rod 21 is embedded into the insulating rod tube 11, one end of the insulating rod 21 is connected with a sleeve 22 through a connecting piece 23, and the sleeve 22 is adapted to a nut on a J-shaped clamp bolt and used for fastening the J-shaped clamp bolt; the sleeve 22 penetrates through the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 and is used for fastening a J-shaped wire clamp bolt; the other end of the insulating rod 21 is provided with a rocking handle 24, and the rocking handle 24 is provided with a positioning pin 241 and a limiting baffle 242; the positioning pin 241 is used for being clamped in the groove on the positioning tube 13 to limit the insulating rod 21, and the limiting stop piece 242 on the rocking handle 24 is supported by the large-diameter spring 25, so that the positioning pin 241 is fixed in the corresponding groove of the positioning tube 13. When the class-A J wire clamp is installed, the positioning pin 241 on the rocking handle 24 of the insulating fastening rod 2 needs to be positioned at the position of the groove A; when a B-level J-shaped wire clamp is installed, a positioning pin 241 on the rocking handle 24 of the insulating fastening rod 2 needs to be positioned at the position of the groove B; when installing the class C J clip, it is necessary to position the positioning pin 241 on the rocking handle 24 of the insulating fastening rod 2 at the groove C position.
The insulation pull rod 3 comprises a solid insulation rod 31 used for tensioning a lead fixing hook and a J-shaped wire clamp gripper, a toothed rod 32 is mounted at one end of the solid insulation rod 31, and the end of the toothed rod 32 is arranged in an L shape and used for rotating the insulation pull rod 3; the toothed bar 32 is provided with teeth 321 for preventing the insulating pull rod 3 from moving upwards, and the movement of the toothed bar 32 is limited by top teeth 351 in the top tooth device 35; when the rotating toothed bar 32 rotates for a certain angle, the top teeth 351 in the top tooth device 35 are separated from the teeth 321, and the toothed bar 32 can move upwards; the other end of the solid insulating rod 31 is provided with a screw rod which penetrates through the T-shaped seat 61, the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 is arranged on the screw rod and limited by a first butterfly nut 34, and the first butterfly nut 34 is rotated to adjust the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 to move up and down. The top tooth device 35 comprises top teeth 351 and a fixing plate 352, wherein the end part of the fixing plate 352 is connected with the top teeth 351 in a rotating shaft mode, and the middle part of the top teeth 351 is connected with a top tooth spring 353; the top teeth 351 and the teeth 321 are matched and clamped to limit the downward movement of the toothed rod 32.
The J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 is Z-shaped, and the J-shaped wire clamp is installed with a bolt facing downwards. The bottom of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing platform 4 is provided with a through oval round hole 41 for the sleeve 22 of the insulating fastening rod 2 to pass through, and the oval round hole 41 is arranged corresponding to the nut of the J-shaped wire clamp bolt; a rectangular hole 42 is formed in the backrest side of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4, and a rectangular upright of the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 can slide in the rectangular hole 42.
The lead fixing hook device 5 comprises a supporting seat 53, and the supporting seat 53 is fixed in a fixing hole of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 through a bolt and is used for supporting a control connecting rod 54; a fixing hole of a lead fixing hook device 5 and a long hole for a hook 51 to pass through are arranged on the backrest side of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4; the support control connecting rod 54 is L-shaped, the short arm end of the L-shaped control connecting rod 54 is open and used for placing the rotating joint 52, and the long arm end is connected with the transmission rod 33 of the insulating pull rod 3; the hook 51 penetrates through the rotary joint 52, a screw thread is arranged at the end part of the hook 51, a second butterfly nut 56 is sleeved on the screw thread, and the exposed length of the hook 51 on the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 is adjusted by rotating the second butterfly nut 56 so as to adapt to the diameters of different wires. The support base 53 includes two fixing pieces, and the lower end of the short arm end opening of the control link 54 is clamped between the two fixing pieces and is rotatably connected with the two fixing pieces through a rotating shaft. A transmission rod 33 is arranged on the insulating pull rod 3, and the transmission rod 33 is connected with a control connecting rod 54 of the lead fixing hook device 5; when the fastening of the J-shaped wire clamp bolt is finished, the tooth bar 32 is rotated to enable the tooth bar 32 to be separated from the limit of the top tooth 351 to be pushed towards the direction of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4, the control connecting rod 54 of the lead fixing hook device 5 is tensioned to drive the lead fixing hook 51 to be separated from the constraint of the lead, the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 is linked to open the control of the J-shaped wire clamp, and the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 is driven to be separated from the J-shaped wire clamp through the insulating support rod 1.
The J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 comprises a T-shaped seat 61, and a rectangular upright column 611 of the T-shaped seat 61 is installed in a rectangular hole 42 of the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4 and moves along with the movement of the insulating pull rod 3; the bottom end of the rectangular upright 611 is connected with a small-diameter spring 64, and the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 is kept in close contact with the first butterfly nut 34 through the small-diameter spring 64 arranged at the bottom end of the rectangular upright 611; a transverse through hole is formed in the transverse part of the T-shaped seat 61, the tail part of the J-shaped wire clamp grapple 62 is inserted into the transverse through hole, an adjusting screw 63 is in threaded connection with the other end of the transverse through hole, and the adjusting screw 63 is detachably connected with the tail part of the J-shaped wire clamp grapple 62; the J-type wire clamp grapple 62 is lengthened and shortened by rotating the adjusting screw 63, so that the length of A, B, C three types of J-type wire clamps is adapted.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the hot-line worker determines the type of the J-shaped wire clamp according to the sectional areas of the lead wires of the branch lines and the lead wires of the main line, adjusts the position of the corresponding wire of the slide rail 12 at the end part of the insulating support rod 1, and screws the fastening bolt 14. The lead fixing hanger device 5 is mounted to the backrest of the J-type wire clamp fixing table 4. The insulated pull rod 3 is pulled toward the rocking handle 24 until the top teeth abut against the teeth 321 on the toothed bar 32. And (3) putting the J-shaped wire clamp into the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4, adjusting an adjusting screw 63 of the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 to enable a J-shaped wire clamp grapple 62 to hook the J-shaped wire clamp, and screwing the first butterfly nut 34 at the end part of the insulating pull rod 3 to enable the J-shaped wire clamp to be fixed on the J-shaped wire clamp fixing table 4. The end part of the branch line lead with the insulating layer removed is led in along the lead groove of the J-shaped wire clamp, the hook 51 on the lead fixing hook device 5 is lifted to hook the lead, the second butterfly nut 56 on the hook 51 is screwed, and the lead on the other side of the J-shaped wire clamp is hooked on the end of the lead through the hook 51 on the lead fixing hook device 5.
The live working personnel lift up this instrument, hook J type clamp trunk wire recess on the trunk wire, pull locating pin 241 of insulating anchorage bar 2, make it break away from the recess of the registration arm 13 of insulating support rod 1, make insulating anchorage bar 2 move up, withstand J type clamp through sleeve 22 of insulating anchorage bar 2 upper end, make two J type aluminum alloy pieces interlock each other, wave the rocking handle 24 of insulating anchorage bar 2, fasten J type clamp bolt to two J type aluminum alloy pieces interlock each other tightly.
The live working personnel pull the L plate on the toothed bar 32 of the insulating pull rod 3 to limit the toothed bar 32 to be separated from the top teeth inside the top teeth device 35 and move upwards, and the movement of the insulating pull rod 3 drives the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 6 to move upwards, so that the J-shaped wire clamp gripper 62 is separated from the J-shaped wire clamp for a certain distance, the control connecting rod 54 of the lead fixing hook device 5 is driven to be pried upwards, and the hook 51 is pushed to be far away from the branch line lead for a certain distance. The live-wire operator goes to the tool to complete the lead connecting work of the phase branch line lead.
