Background
The left message and the comment are important determinants for judging whether the product is worthy of being purchased by the buyer. Most buyers can very carefully see the message comments when shopping on the E-commerce platform and then decide whether to buy the goods. To improve the list ranking, obtain good exposure, attract the really demanded buyer's interest, generate the purchase, more high-quality message comments must be obtained. The more the E-commerce platform reviews the product, the higher the level of the left word review will be, and the official of the E-commerce platform will judge the better the product is, so that the list ranking can be promoted. Obviously, obtaining good comments is a crucial link for making e-commerce.
At present, the existing comment requesting function of the e-commerce platform can only click on a single order to request a buyer for comment. The main advantage of operating a single order request comment on the e-commerce platform is that no account association problem is generated, because buyers can respectively log in a shop account and request comments for orders in the shop by a single click. The defects are mainly as follows: 1) the request comment email cannot be automated through the button, and if a seller needs to complete a large number of orders every day, it is very time-consuming to manually view each order and activate the comment email for each order; 2) the E-commerce platform only allows comments to be requested within hours or at most 4 days after the sale is completed, and comments can not be requested any more if no comments are requested within a limited time.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to solve the technical problems of complicated operation steps and low efficiency of the existing e-commerce management system for requesting order comments.
The invention provides a method for realizing automatic comment request of an order, which is applied to an e-commerce management system and comprises the following steps:
creating a request comment strategy;
executing the request comment strategy to screen the order;
acquiring an order number of an order meeting the request comment strategy;
generating a request comment link corresponding to the order number through a preset gadget;
and sending a comment request to the order number based on the request comment link.
Optionally, in a first implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the creating request comment policy includes:
setting the source of order data;
setting a time interval of an order;
setting the execution time of the request comment strategy;
and setting the status of the order.
Optionally, in a second implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, after the creating the request comment policy, before the executing the request comment policy to filter the order, the method includes:
opening the small tool login shop account;
detecting whether parameter settings within the widget are normal.
Optionally, in a third implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the detecting whether the parameter setting in the widget is normal includes:
detecting whether the gadget starts an automatic comment request function;
if the gadget starts the automatic comment requesting function, the e-commerce management system executes the comment requesting strategy at regular time to screen orders;
if the gadget does not start the automatic comment request function, manually triggering a collection button on the gadget to control an e-commerce management system to execute the comment request strategy to screen orders.
Optionally, in a fourth implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the obtaining an order number of an order that satisfies the request comment policy includes:
if the order meeting the request comment strategy exists, detecting whether the order has already executed the operation of requesting comment;
if the order has already executed the operation of requesting for comment, continue to detect whether the order that has already executed the operation of requesting for comment requests for comment to succeed, if not, return the said order number to the said gadget.
Optionally, in a fifth implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, after sending a comment request to the order number according to the request comment link, the method further includes: an identification of the requested review is added after the order number.
Optionally, in a sixth implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, after sending a comment request to the order number according to the request comment link, the method further includes:

the creating module is used for creating a request comment strategy;
the execution module is used for executing the request comment strategy to screen the order;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the order number of the order meeting the request comment strategy;
the link module is used for generating a request comment link corresponding to the order number through a preset gadget;
and the sending module is used for sending a comment request to the order number based on the request comment link.
The third aspect of the present invention provides an apparatus for implementing automatic comment request of an order, where the apparatus for implementing automatic comment request of an order includes: a memory having instructions stored therein and at least one processor, the memory and the at least one processor interconnected by a line;
the at least one processor invokes the instructions in the memory to cause the apparatus for realizing automatic request for comments on an order to execute the method for realizing automatic request for comments on an order as described in any one of the above.
A fourth aspect of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of implementing an automatic order request review as recited in any of the above.
Has the advantages that: the invention provides a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for realizing automatic comment request of an order, wherein the method comprises the following steps: creating a request comment strategy; executing the request comment strategy to screen the order; acquiring an order number of an order meeting the request comment strategy; generating a request comment link corresponding to the order number through a preset gadget; and sending a comment request to the order number based on the request comment link. The method for realizing automatic comment request of the order can screen the automatic comment request of the order meeting the requirements according to the comment request strategy, realize the operation of automatically requesting the comment, greatly reduce the operation labor cost, improve the operation efficiency of the seller, ask for the comment from the client in the effective time, improve the comment retention rate of the product, and further improve the product conversion rate.

s300, acquiring an order number of an order meeting the request comment strategy;
s400, generating a request comment link corresponding to the order number through a preset gadget;

Specifically, the method for automatically requesting comments for orders comprises the steps of firstly setting a request comment strategy, secondly screening orders meeting conditions through service, then judging whether a gadget is started or not through source channel dimension and the setting is normal, then judging whether an automatic request comment is started or not, then carrying out the strategy to screen the orders, judging whether the orders are the orders meeting the conditions or not, then judging whether the orders have successfully executed the request comment or not, if not, transmitting the order numbers to the gadget, assembling links and collecting the gadgets, feeding collected results back to a supplier management system, and finally finishing.
The invention can realize the automation of requesting comments, and the system can automatically request comments according to the order which meets the strategy by screening according to the strategy, thereby realizing the operation of automatically requesting comments in batches, greatly reducing the cost of operating manpower, improving the operating efficiency of sellers, asking for comments from customers in effective time, improving the product comment rate and further improving the product conversion rate.
In an optional implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the creating request comment policy includes:
setting the source of order data;
setting a time interval of an order;
setting the execution time of the request comment strategy;
and setting the status of the order.
In the embodiment, the requested comment strategy is rich and complete in content, and the use requirements of different customers are met. Of course, the request comment policy in the invention includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned several policies, and also includes, for example, the logistics distribution status, whether the e-commerce platform logistics distribution warehouse delivers orders or self-delivers orders; the order state, namely the order state of refund and exchange goods is to be checked, and no comment is required as long as the order is to be checked; and clients who have joined the blacklist do not request comments; the detailed strategy type can effectively help the seller to obtain more high-quality comments, and meanwhile, the risk of obtaining medium-quality and poor-quality comments is reduced.
In an optional implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, after the creating of the request comment policy, before the executing of the request comment policy and the screening of the order, the creating of the request comment policy includes:
opening the small tool login shop account;
detecting whether parameter settings within the widget are normal.
In this embodiment, the automatic comment requesting function of the present invention requests comments by using a comment requesting gadget according to a comment requesting policy created in the e-commerce management system, and configures, at an early stage, a comment requesting policy created in the e-commerce management system, and opens the gadget to log in the shop account.
In an alternative implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the detecting whether the parameter setting in the gadget is normal includes:
detecting whether the gadget starts an automatic comment request function;
if the gadget starts the automatic comment requesting function, the e-commerce management system executes the comment requesting strategy at regular time to screen orders;
if the gadget does not start the automatic comment request function, manually triggering a collection button on the gadget to control an e-commerce management system to execute the comment request strategy to screen orders.
In this embodiment, after the early configuration is completed, the system will perform the following operations:
1) detecting whether a request comment gadget is started or not, whether the parameter setting of the gadget is normal or not, and if the gadget is started and the parameter setting is normal, continuously detecting whether an automatic acquisition request comment is started or not;
2) the method comprises the steps that a strategy is started, automatic collection comments are started, a system executes collection according to a timing service, a request comment strategy is executed to screen orders, whether orders meeting the strategy exist is checked, if orders meeting the strategy exist, whether orders have already executed operation of requesting comments is checked, whether orders executing the request comment operation request comments succeed or not is detected, if orders do not succeed, an order number is returned to a request comment gadget, the gadget assembles link collection, then a collection result is fed back to a match box ERP, and sales can check whether the request comments succeed or not in a request comment strategy interface.
3) Not opening the automatic collection comment: the method comprises the steps that a strategy is started, a widget is not started automatically, whether an acquisition button is triggered manually or not is checked, if yes, a request comment strategy is executed to screen orders, whether orders meeting the strategy exist or not is checked, if orders meeting the strategy exist, whether orders which have already executed the request comment operation or not is checked, whether the orders which have executed the request comment operation have successfully requested the comment is detected, if not, the order number is returned to the request comment widget, the widget is assembled and linked to be acquired, then the acquisition result is fed back to an E-commerce management system, and whether the request comment is successfully requested or not can be checked in a request comment strategy interface through selling.
In an optional implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the executing the request comment policy to filter the order includes:
the exclusion platform limits that the order can not be requested to be commented, and excludes the order number which is requested and successful in the system by default;
the exclusion policy limits may not request a review of orders, by default excluding orders that are not associated with system SKUs.
In an optional implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the obtaining an order number of an order that satisfies the request comment policy includes:
if the order meeting the request comment strategy exists, detecting whether the order has already executed the operation of requesting comment;
if the order has already executed the operation of requesting for comment, continue to detect whether the order that has already executed the operation of requesting for comment requests for comment to succeed, if not, return the said order number to the said gadget.
In an optional implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, the generating, by a preset gadget, the request comment link corresponding to the order number includes:

In an optional implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, after sending a comment request to the order number according to the request comment link, the method further includes: an identification of the requested review is added after the order number. In this embodiment, finally, the product corresponding to the order requesting for comment displays a comment requesting identifier on the e-commerce management system interface, which represents that the product has been operated to request for comment.
In an optional implementation manner of the first aspect of the present invention, after sending a comment request to the order number according to the request comment link, the method further includes: and collecting feedback comment information, and optimizing the products in the order based on the comment information. In this embodiment, the sales may focus on the outcome of the product request review for a product of particular interest, again optimizing its own product.
In summary, the main features of the present invention are: 1) the automation of order request comments of the Amazon platform is realized, and automatic batch request comments are realized. 2) And two modes of automatically requesting comments and manually commenting are supported. 3) And customizing comment strategy content, and screening orders meeting the conditions to automatically request comments. 4) The product requesting the comment returns a result of whether the request is successful, and the order list management page displays a comment request identifier.
