Background
In flow rate measuring devices, a large number of pressure measuring sensors or transducers are required to measure gas pressures at different positions, and it is now conventional to install one pressure measuring sensor or transducer at each measurement point, and obtain a desired measurement value by collecting the measurement results of these pressure measuring sensors or transducers.
If a plurality of points are measured by using the traditional method, a corresponding number of pressure measurement sensors or transmitters are needed, and due to the fact that individual differences exist between the sensors and the transmitters, pressure measurement is not consistent, accuracy is poor, measurement accuracy can be improved only by a method for improving the accuracy of the pressure measurement sensors or the transmitters, but the high-accuracy pressure measurement sensors or the transmitters are high in cost, and the cost of the whole pressure measurement system is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a time division multiple access pressure measurement device and a time division multiple access pressure measurement method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a time division multiple access pressure measurement device comprises a pressure measurement sensor and a valve guide arranged on the outlet side of the pressure measurement sensor, wherein the valve guide is provided with at least one valve guide outlet, and the valve guide outlet is provided with a pressure point to be measured.

Further, the pressure measuring sensor can be replaced by a transducer, and the pressure is converted into a pneumatic signal or an electric signal for control and remote transmission monitoring.
Furthermore, the inlet side of the pressure measurement sensor and the outlet sides of the valves are provided with connecting flanges or quick-connecting plugs, so that the pressure measurement sensor is conveniently connected with air inlet equipment and output equipment.
A pressure measurement method of time division multiple access is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
arranging a plurality of pressure points to be measured including n1, n2, … …, nj and nk;
setting a single pressure value acquisition point m;
setting a pressure value acquisition point m to be connected with any one measurement point nj of a plurality of pressure to-be-measured points including n1, n2, … …, nj and nk, and acquiring an nj pressure value through m; and switching the pressure points to be measured, disconnecting m from the pressure points to be measured nj, setting the connection between the measurement point m and any one measurement point nk of a plurality of pressure points to be measured comprising n1, n2, … …, nj, nk, and obtaining the nk pressure value through m.
Further, the step of switching the pressure point to be measured is as follows:
when the pressure value of nj obtained through m is over, closing an air outlet of the valve nj guide flow path;
opening an air outlet of the valve guide nk flow path;
and acquiring the pressure value of nk by m.
Furthermore, the time for measuring the pressure values of the pressure points to be measured including n1, n2, … …, nj, nk is t, and is set according to the specific pressure value measuring time, wherein t is more than 0.1s and less than 1000 s.

Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, a time division multiple access pressure measurement device includes a pressure measurement sensor 2, and further includes a valve guide 3 disposed on an outlet side of the pressure measurement sensor 2, where the valve guide 3 is provided with at least one valve guide outlet 5, and the valve guide outlet 5 is provided with a pressure point to be measured 4. .
Gas enters the equipment through the inlet side 1 of the pressure measuring sensor, passes through the pressure measuring sensor 2, is guided out through any specified outlet of the valve guide 3 by adjusting the flow direction of the valve guide 3, and pressure data of a pressure point 4 to be measured at the outlet is obtained through the pressure measuring sensor 2.
The pressure measuring sensor 2 can also be replaced by a transducer, and the pressure is converted into a pneumatic signal or an electric signal for control and remote transmission monitoring.
And connecting flanges or quick-connecting plugs are arranged at the inlet side 1 of the pressure measuring sensor and the positions of the valve leading-out ports 5, so that the pressure measuring sensor is conveniently connected with air inlet equipment and output equipment.
The valve guide 3 and the internal parts of the equipment are designed to be pressure-resistant and sealed, and the designed working pressure can be normal pressure or high pressure.
Embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2, a pressure measurement method using time division multiple access is set based on a pressure measurement method apparatus using time division multiple access, and the method includes the following steps:
s1, setting a plurality of pressure points to be measured including n1, n2, … …, nj and nk;
s2, setting a single pressure value acquisition point m;
s3, setting a pressure value acquisition point m to be connected with any one measurement point nj of a plurality of pressure to-be-measured points 4 including n1, n2, … …, nj and nk, and acquiring a nj pressure value through m;
s4, switching the pressure to-be-measured points, disconnecting m from the pressure to-be-measured point nj, setting the measurement point m to be connected with any one measurement point nk of a plurality of pressure to-be-measured points including n1, n2, … …, nj and nk, and obtaining the nk pressure value through m.
The pressure point to be measured is switched by the following steps:
when the pressure value of nj obtained through m is over, the air outlet opening leading the valve to the nj flow path is closed;
opening an air outlet leading the valve to the nk flow path;
and acquiring the pressure value of nk by m.
The pressure value measuring time of the pressure values of the pressure points to be measured including n1, n2, … …, nj and nk is t, wherein t is more than 0.1s and less than 1000s, and the pressure values are set according to the specific pressure value measuring time.
