Pressed chopping board and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of kitchen utensils, in particular to a pressed chopping board and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The chopping board is called as a chopping board, is a daily utensil for kitchen, and is necessary for every family. The most original chopping board is mainly made of raw wood, and later, the chopping board is made of bamboo and wood materials, stainless steel materials and plastic materials (PP and PE) through injection molding, and the chopping board made of bamboo and wood and plastic is subjected to later coloring treatment. The traditional chopping board is made of bamboo and wood materials, and has the defects of low hardness, poor toughness, easiness in cracking, no water resistance, deep cutting mark during chopping, easiness in damaging the surface of the chopping board, and the like, so that the chopping board is mildewed and has bacteria breeding; the traditional chopping board made of stainless steel material is too thick and heavy, the metal material is easy to damage cutters, and the risk of heavy metal pollution is caused; the chopping board made of the traditional plastic material is afraid of high temperature and easy to deform, and is easy to fade after being used for a long time due to color adding and coloring. Therefore, the invention provides a durable chopping board without color fading, which is a difficult problem and a trend that the whole industry urgently needs to solve.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

s3, dipping the craft paper printed with pattern into glue through a glue pool, cutting into 1.2 x 2.4 meters after drying through a baking oven, spreading on a steel plate of a pressing machine, and spreading 6 layers;
and S4 pressing the paper sheets by covering a steel plate after the paper sheets are laid.
Further, the weight of the kraft paper is 100 g/square meter, the proportion of the gummed kraft paper glue is 30%, and the proportion of the kraft paper is 70%; the temperature of the oven is 100 ℃, and the drying time is 3 minutes; the pressure of the press is 2800 tons, the pressing time is 2 hours, and the pressing temperature is 160 ℃.
Further, the board pressed in the step S4 is cut and milled into a cutting board.
Furthermore, the kraft paper is made of pure wood pulp, and the printing material of the kraft paper printed with patterns is food-grade ink.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. because 6 layers of flocculent patterns are respectively stacked on the two surfaces of the chopping board before pressing, the rear surface of a finished product has obvious pattern layering sense and is attractive, and the chopping board does not need to be colored at the later stage and does not fade.
2. The chopping board provided by the invention can resist high temperature of 176 ℃ after being cured, and can be washed by a dish washing machine. The surface hardness of the chopping board reaches 90 degrees of Shore hardness (which is close to the hardness of steel), and the chopping board is durable, does not absorb water, has shallow knife mark and does not deform.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the pressed cutting board according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a plurality of layers of kraft paper, wherein glue is dipped on two sides of the kraft paper, and the kraft paper is stacked in sequence.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the glue is a melamine-formaldehyde resin.
In one embodiment of the invention, the plurality of layers of kraft paper are divided into upper kraft paper, middle kraft paper, and lower kraft paper, the upper kraft paper and the lower kraft paper having a pattern printed thereon.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of the middle kraft paper is 28, and the number of the upper kraft paper and the lower kraft paper is 6.
A method for manufacturing a pressed chopping board comprises the following steps:
s1 dipping the kraft paper printed with patterns in a glue pool, drying the kraft paper by an oven, cutting the kraft paper into 1.2 x 2.4 meters, spreading the kraft paper on a steel plate of a pressing machine, and spreading 6 layers in total;
s2, dipping the unprinted kraft paper in glue water, drying by an oven, cutting into 1.2 x 2.4 meters, spreading on the kraft paper printed with patterns, and spreading 28 layers;
s3, dipping the craft paper printed with pattern into glue through a glue pool, cutting into 1.2 x 2.4 meters after drying through a baking oven, spreading on a steel plate of a pressing machine, and spreading 6 layers;
and S4 pressing the paper sheets by covering a steel plate after the paper sheets are laid.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the weight of the kraft paper is 100 g/square meter, the proportion of the kraft paper glue after gum dipping accounts for 30%, and the proportion of the kraft paper accounts for 70%; the temperature of the oven is 100 ℃, and the drying time is 3 minutes; the pressure of the press is 2800 tons, the pressing time is 2 hours, and the pressing temperature is 160 ℃.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the board pressed in step S4 is cut and milled into a cutting board.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the kraft paper is made of pure wood pulp, and the printing material of the kraft paper printed with patterns is food grade ink.
The raw material of the kraft paper is pure wood pulp, the kraft paper on two surfaces of the chopping board is printed in advance in actual production, and the printed material is food-grade ink printing. The raw material of the glue is melamine-formaldehyde resin which is condensed into solid, colorless, transparent, tasteless and nontoxic.
The production tools used by the chopping board are as follows: a pressing machine.
