Abstract
The invention discloses a wood line production process based on wood floor reformation, which comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting a wood floor as a raw board; secondly, cutting the back of the original plate to obtain a foundation plate and a splice plate; thirdly, coating glue on the cutting surfaces of the foundation plate and the splicing plate, and then splicing and forming the foundation plate and the splicing plate to obtain a semi-finished product; and fourthly, performing color repairing and paint supplementing on the splicing part of the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product. The invention adopts the prior finished wood floor as a raw material, reserves the notch of the floor, cuts the back of the floor, then coats glue on the cut surface, then splices and presses the glue to form various special-shaped lines, and finally carries out color and paint repairing on the folded corner to obtain various special-shaped line finished products; the whole production process is very simple, the operability is strong, and the production cost is greatly reduced. The invention has the characteristics of simple process, lower cost, high color matching degree and good surface hardness and wear resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a production process of a wood product, in particular to a production process of a wooden line based on wood floor reformation.
Background
The wooden line, as the name suggests, is the line that adopts wooden material to make, mainly includes products such as door pocket line, skirting line, stair buckle and height knot and other moulding, and the door pocket line is mainly used for cooperating with the door pocket, and the skirting line is mainly used for using with the floor collocation, and stair buckle mainly is used for doing the supporting use of stair step with solid wood floor/solid wood composite floor, and height is detained the used profile of ground that is used for connecting the height not in the coplanar ground, other moulding decorates ground, wall, top surface and timber and wooden furniture etc.. The wood strip is basically shaped (non-planar), the production process thereof is basically divided into 2 types, one type is that solid wood materials are processed in a special shape and then dyed to be paint, and the other type is that base materials (solid wood, multilayer boards, density boards and the like) are processed in a special shape and then coated with veneers and then dyed to be paint. Both of these production processes suffer from the following drawbacks: the process is tedious, the cost is higher, the degree of matching of notch and floor is not accurate enough, the degree of matching of colour effect and floor is not high, surface hardness and abrasion resistance are not enough. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a production process of wooden line that can solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wood line production process based on wood floor reformation. The invention has the characteristics of simple process, lower cost, high color matching degree and good surface hardness and wear resistance.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the wood line production process based on wood floor reformation comprises the following steps:
firstly, selecting a wood floor as a raw board;
secondly, cutting the back of the original plate to obtain a foundation plate and a splice plate;
thirdly, coating glue on the cutting surfaces of the foundation plate and the splicing plate, and then splicing and forming the foundation plate and the splicing plate to obtain a semi-finished product;
and fourthly, performing color repairing and paint supplementing on the splicing part of the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.

In the wood line production process based on wood floor reformation, when the wood product is a door pocket line, and the back of the original plate is cut in the second step, according to the size, a cutting groove with a triangular structure section is cut on one side of the back of the original plate close to the tenon, and the tenon of the original plate is cut off; meanwhile, a groove with a rectangular cross section is cut inwards along the mortise on the back of the original plate, and a cutting groove with a triangular cross section is cut above the inner end of the groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the prior finished wood floor as the raw material, reserves the notch of the floor, cuts the back of the floor, then coats glue on the cutting surface, then splices and presses the floor to form various special-shaped lines, and finally carries out color correction and paint filling on the folded corner to obtain various special-shaped line finished products; the whole production process is extremely simple, the operability is strong, and the production cost is greatly reduced; moreover, the original notches of the floor are reserved, so that the matching degree of the floor and other wood products such as wood floors and the like which are spliced with each other is more accurate, the original color of the floor is reserved, and the matching degree of the floor is very high. The invention adopts the wood floor as the raw material, reserves the original paint of the floor, has more wear-resisting and higher hardness than the lines produced by the traditional process, and is more environment-friendly. In conclusion, the invention has the characteristics of simple process, lower cost, high color matching degree and good surface hardness and wear resistance.

Example 1. The wood line production process based on wood floor reformation comprises the following steps:

secondly, cutting the back of the original plate to obtain a foundation plate and a splice plate;
thirdly, coating glue on the cutting surfaces of the foundation plate and the splicing plate, and then splicing and forming the foundation plate and the splicing plate to obtain a semi-finished product;
and fourthly, performing color repairing and paint supplementing on the splicing part of the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.

and fourthly, performing color repairing and paint supplementing on the splicing part of the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
When the wooden product is a door pocket line, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the second step of cutting the back of the original plate, according to the size, a cutting groove with a triangular section is cut at one side of the back of the original plate close to the tenon, and the tenon of the original plate is cut off; meanwhile, a groove with a rectangular cross section is cut inwards along the mortise on the back of the original plate, and a cutting groove with a triangular cross section is cut above the inner end of the groove.

1. Wooden line production technology based on wood floor reformation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, selecting a wood floor as a raw board;
secondly, cutting the back of the original plate to obtain a foundation plate and a splice plate;
thirdly, coating glue on the cutting surfaces of the foundation plate and the splicing plate, and then splicing and forming the foundation plate and the splicing plate to obtain a semi-finished product;
and fourthly, performing color repairing and paint supplementing on the splicing part of the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
