However, the traditional paint spraying technology generally adopts the operation modes of liquid spraying, manual spraying and the like, and has the disadvantages of large paint waste amount, serious environmental pollution, unstable surface quality and the like, and along with the harshness of the eye light of frequently used tools, the development of the traditional paint spraying technology is seen at first declining tendency along with the rising of the fire speed of labor cost, a novel paint spraying mode is urgently needed to solve the problem, and the electrostatic paint spraying technology is widely applied to the surface treatment of various industries as a novel technology which is developed rapidly at home and abroad in recent years.
For example, the chinese patent application publication No. CN10490720a discloses an automatic rail type electrostatic paint spraying line, which comprises a rail and a plurality of rotatable hangers, wherein the rail is provided with an arc portion, a plurality of toggle rods are vertically arranged on the rail, the top of each rotatable hanger extends into the rail, each rotatable hanger comprises a translation rod, a rotating disc, a rotating hook, a hanging rod, a plurality of positioning covers and a plurality of oil-proof covers, the positioning covers are used for positioning the plurality of struts, the oil-proof covers are used for realizing the oil-proof function, the stability of conductive contact is ensured, so that electrostatic paint is uniformly adsorbed, the detachable hanger can hang more workpieces, the density is greatly improved, the paint utilization rate is effectively improved, the waste of raw materials is reduced, the cost is also reduced, the invention is suitable for workpieces with different specifications and has wide application range, and in addition, the detachable hanger can rotate in an infinite direction while moving by matching with the toggle rods and the toggle clamping grooves, thereby facilitating the adsorption and improving the uniformity of spraying.
Thus, the electrostatic painting technology in the technical field has been highly confirmed by manufacturers, but due to the limitation of the principle of electrostatic painting, the electrostatic painting operation is generally suitable for treating metal surfaces in general, and the electrostatic painting operation is finished under the condition that conductive solution or film is sprayed in advance for plastic parts, so that the working procedures are increased, but considering the surface quality of the electrostatic painting and the painting efficiency brought by the automation thereof, an automatic production line capable of automatically and uniformly spraying conductive solution or film is needed to be used for being combined with the electrostatic painting in the prior art to improve the production efficiency and the painting quality of the workpiece surface.

As the optimization of the technical scheme, the conducting liquid in the spraying part is drawn from the conducting liquid box or the raw material box through the pump body, a water level control system is arranged in the conducting liquid box, and the water level control system controls the drawing source of the conducting liquid in the spraying part through the water level condition in the conducting liquid box.

As a preferable mode of the above technical solution, one end face of the drying device is communicated with one end face of the thermosetting device, and a blowing member for blowing air from the thermosetting device to the drying device is provided therebetween.
The heat energy is fully utilized, and as the heat requirement of the drying device is not high, only the residual temperature of the thermosetting device for thermosetting the workpiece is needed.
Preferably, the drying device is disposed below the thermosetting device.
By adopting the technical scheme, the occupied area of the whole system is saved, and the system is easier to set in a workshop.

As the preferable of the technical scheme, a quick cooling area is arranged between the product winding and unwinding area and the thermosetting device.
Preferably, the conveying line is distributed in the thermosetting device in a multi-section bending manner.
By adopting the technical scheme, the movement travel of the workpiece in the thermosetting device is increased, so that the heat energy in the thermosetting device is fully utilized.
As the optimization of the technical scheme, the dripping reflux groove is arranged from the conductive liquid box to the inlet end of the drying device, and a plurality of spraying pieces are uniformly distributed on two sides of a product conveying line from the conductive liquid box to the inlet end of the drying device.
By adopting the technical scheme, the workpiece to be sprayed is ensured to be sprayed on the front surface of the drying device, continuous conductive liquid spraying can be ensured, and the paint spraying quality is further improved.
As the optimization of the technical scheme, the product conveying line is also provided with a hanging bracket for hanging the workpiece to be sprayed.

Referring to fig. 1, the electrostatic spray painting system for the plastic chair back comprises a closed-loop product conveying line 1, a hanging bracket for hanging a workpiece to be sprayed is arranged on the product conveying line 1, an upper line area 2, a lower line area 2, a conductive liquid box 3, a drying device 4, a painting device 5 and a thermosetting device 6 are sequentially arranged on the product conveying line 1, the conductive liquid box 3 is an open-ended water storage box, conductive liquid is arranged in the upper end of the conductive liquid box, the product conveying line 1 is arranged above the conductive liquid box 3 in a downward bending mode, the workpiece to be sprayed on the hanging bracket can be completely immersed in the conductive liquid, a dripping reflux groove a for connecting the conductive liquid box 3 and the drying device 4 is arranged below a section of the product conveying line 1, a plurality of spraying pieces are uniformly arranged on two sides of the product conveying line 1 to ensure continuous wetting of the workpiece to be sprayed before the workpiece to be sprayed enters the drying device 4, and the setting of the dripping reflux groove a ensures that the workpiece to be sprayed can be completely immersed in the conductive liquid after the conductive liquid 3 and the dripping reflux groove is sprayed by the conductive liquid.
In the process of using the conductive liquid box 3, it is not difficult to find that the workpiece to be sprayed can not completely dip into the conductive liquid due to the fact that the conductive liquid level in the conductive liquid box 3 is transitionally lowered under the condition of long-time production because the workpiece to be sprayed continuously takes away the conductive liquid in the conductive liquid box 3, and the workpiece to be sprayed is uniformly arranged in a non-dipping mode although the spraying part is used for spraying the conductive liquid in a supplementary mode; referring to fig. 2, considering this point, a water level control system is disposed in the conductive liquid tank 3, and an opening is disposed at the side of the conductive liquid tank 3, the opening is connected with a water pumping pipe b, the water pumping pipe b is divided into a water pumping main pipe b-1, a first branch pipe b-2 and a second branch pipe b-3, wherein the first branch pipe b-2 is connected with the opening at the side of the conductive liquid tank 3, the second branch pipe b-3 is connected with a raw material tank 7 for extracting conductive liquid, the water pumping main pipe b is connected with the spraying member, a water pumping pump is disposed on the water pumping main pipe b-1, the junction of the first branch pipe b-2 and the second branch pipe b-3 is provided with a control valve c, the control valve c controls the spraying member to draw conductive liquid from the raw material tank 7 or from the conductive liquid tank 3, the control valve c is controlled by a regulating switch, the floating ball is connected with a regulating switch for controlling the control valve c through a connecting rod, when the conductive liquid in the conductive liquid tank 3 drops to the water level main pipe b-3, the second branch pipe b-3 is just connected with the regulating valve b when the water level of the conductive liquid is just dropped into the main pipe b-3, the spraying part is used for continuously spraying the conductive liquid on the surface of the workpiece to be sprayed and supplementing the conductive liquid in the conductive liquid box 3, when the liquid level of the conductive liquid in the conductive liquid box 3 rises to the water level which is about to overflow from the upper end of the conductive liquid box 3, the floating ball just rotates the other gear of the regulating switch, the control valve c blocks the second branch pipe b-3 to enable the first branch pipe b-2 to be directly communicated with the pumping main pipe b-1, and the conductive liquid is drawn from the conductive liquid box 3 through the pump body to be sprayed on the workpiece to be sprayed.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the drying device 4 is fixedly connected with the thermosetting device 6, and a blowing part for blowing air from the thermosetting device 6 to the drying device 4 is provided on a contact surface of the two, so as to save a workshop use area, the drying device 4 is disposed below the thermosetting device 6 in a workshop space position, so as to ensure that the workpiece can fully absorb heat in the thermosetting device 6 or the drying device 4, and the product conveying line is designed in a multi-section bending manner in the two parts, so that the workpiece has sufficient heat absorption time in the two parts.

The embodiment 2 is more accurate than the embodiment 1, but is more costly from an economic standpoint, and can be chosen as desired by one skilled in the art in practicing the present application.
