Abstract
本发明公开了一种迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,涉及轮毂轴承领域,包括内骨架和外骨架,所述内骨架紧贴在外圈内径上,该内骨架外周包覆有内橡胶,二者胶接粘附为一体,内橡胶上设有至多两个接触式唇口用于配合外骨架;所述外骨架头部包覆有外橡胶,二者胶接粘附为一体,外橡胶远离外圈的一侧与法兰上端面紧贴,外骨架上未被外橡胶包覆的侧边与法兰下端面紧贴,外骨架尾部与法兰外径面紧贴;所述外橡胶上靠近外圈的一侧设有若干道唇口用于配合外圈。本发明具有高密封性能,满足各种工况下对外界泥水的侵入抵御;对轴承内部润滑油脂的抗泄漏能力强;采用两唇接触式结构,大幅降低轴承摩擦水平。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂轴承的领域,具体涉及一种迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构。
背景技术
汽车轮毂轴承单元处的密封结构主要用于密封轴承,防止杂质或水进入轴承内造成轴承过早磨损,以优化轴承的性能。
轮毂轴承单元处的密封结构除要求良好的密封性能外,还需要不增大密封结构处的摩擦力矩,以使汽车具有良好的性能。
现有的三代轮毂轴承单元的外密封普遍采用了三个接触式唇口,因接触带来了较大的摩擦,从而影响整车能耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,仅采用两个接触唇,并结合采用若干个非接触的迷宫唇口进行预密封,从而不仅实现降低摩擦力矩,也实现对轮毂轴承的良好密封。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,置于轮毂轴承单元的外圈与法兰之间,所述外圈具有外圈内径和外圈外径,沿外圈外径径向开设外圈导槽,在外圈内径和外圈外径之间的端面处轴向开设外圈端槽,所述法兰具有相互垂直的法兰端面和法兰外径面,法兰端面上靠近法兰外径面处为法兰下端面,法兰下端面上方凹陷处形成法兰上端面;该结构包括内骨架和外骨架,所述内骨架紧贴在外圈内径上,该内骨架外周包覆有内橡胶,二者胶接粘附为一体,内橡胶上设有至多两个接触式唇口用于配合外骨架;所述外骨架头部包覆有外橡胶,二者胶接粘附为一体,外橡胶远离外圈的一侧与法兰上端面紧贴,外骨架上未被外橡胶包覆的侧边与法兰下端面紧贴,外骨架尾部与法兰外径面紧贴;所述外橡胶上靠近外圈的一侧设有若干道唇口用于配合外圈。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述外圈导槽与外圈外径配合形成固定导流槽,所述外橡胶与法兰配合形成旋转导流槽;由外橡胶顶部向外圈延伸形成的外顶唇位于外圈上方,并至少有一部分将外圈覆盖,该外顶唇与外圈之间具有间隙;由外橡胶靠近外圈端槽处向外圈延伸形成的外侧唇伸入外圈端槽内。
作为优选的技术方案,所述外侧唇与外圈端槽之间设有间隙,使外侧唇与外圈间隙配合。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述内橡胶上从上至下依次设有内预唇、内接唇A和内接唇B,内橡胶靠近法兰上端面处向外骨架延伸形成内预唇,由内橡胶靠近法兰下端面处向外骨架延伸形成的内接唇A与外骨架过盈配合,由内橡胶靠近法兰外径面处向外骨架延伸形成的内接唇B与外骨架过盈配合。
作为优选的技术方案,所述内预唇与外骨架之间设有间隙,二者间隙配合。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、满足轮毂轴承单元在各种工况条件下对外界泥水的侵入抵御,达到了高密封性能;
2、满足轮毂轴承单元在各种工况条件下对内部油脂的抗泄漏,达到了高抗泄漏能力;
3、采用独特的二唇接触式结构设计,大大降低了轴承的摩擦水平。

下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:
实施例:如附图1所示,这种迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,置于第三代轮毂轴承单元的外侧(外圈1与法兰10之间),即靠近于车轮侧,对轮毂轴承的外侧产生密封作用。如图2所示,所述外圈1具有外圈内径4和外圈外径,沿外圈外径径向开设外圈导槽2,在外圈内径4和外圈外径之间的端面处轴向开设外圈端槽3,所述法兰10具有相互垂直的法兰端面和法兰外径面13,法兰端面上靠近法兰外径面13处为法兰下端面12,法兰下端面12上方凹陷处形成法兰上端面11。
如图2所示,该迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构包括内骨架5和外骨架14,所述内骨架5紧贴在外圈内径4上,内骨架4与外圈内径4之间采用过盈配合,该内骨架4外周包覆有内橡胶6,二者胶接粘附为一体,内橡胶6上朝向法兰10的一侧从上至下依次设有内预唇7、内接唇A8和内接唇B9用于配合外骨架14。内橡胶6靠近法兰上端面11处向外骨架14延伸形成内预唇7,内预唇7与外骨架14之间设有间隙,二者间隙配合;由内橡胶6靠近法兰下端面12处向外骨架14延伸形成的内接唇A8与外骨架14过盈配合(优选地,二者之间采用润滑脂润滑);由内橡胶6靠近法兰外径面13处向外骨架14延伸形成的内接唇B9与外骨架14过盈配合,可有效阻挡轴承内部的润滑脂泄漏。
如附图3所示,所述外圈导槽2与外圈1外径配合形成固定导流槽19,所述外橡胶15与法兰10配合形成旋转导流槽20。所述外骨架14与法兰外径面13之间采用过盈配合,该外骨架14头部包覆有外橡胶15,二者胶接粘附为一体,外橡胶15远离外圈1的一侧与法兰上端面11紧贴,外骨架14上未被外橡胶15包覆的侧边与法兰下端面12紧贴,外骨架14尾部与法兰外径面13紧贴;所述外橡胶15上靠近外圈1的一侧设有外侧唇15和外顶唇16用于配合外圈1。由外橡胶15顶部向外圈1延伸形成的外顶唇16位于外圈1上方,并至少有一部分将外圈1覆盖,该外顶唇16与外圈1之间具有间隙;由外橡胶15靠近外圈端槽3处向外圈1延伸形成的外侧唇15伸入外圈端槽3内但不相互接触,使外侧唇15与外圈1间隙配合。
当汽车行驶工作时,外圈1与车身固定,不发生旋转,因此,外圈1、内骨架5及内橡胶6均为静止零件。同时,车轮带动法兰10一起旋转,因此,法兰10、外骨架14及外橡胶15均为旋转零件。
轴承运转工作时,在内部温度将增加,并使得轴承内部温度远大于外部温度,因内外温差而形成了压强差,内部压强大于外部。参考图2,内接唇B9将因内部压力作用而紧贴于外骨架14内沿,从而有效防止润滑脂的外泄。
本发明的工作过程:参考附图3,外圈导槽2与外圈1外径配合形成固定导流槽19,外橡胶15与法兰10配合形成旋转导流槽20。当外界泥水18侵入时,本发明结构共具有4道阻拦,分别如下:
第1道阻拦:泥水18分别从三个方向导入,第一个方向是外圈1侧壁(即图3中最左侧的箭头),第二个方向是外圈1与法兰10的之间的空间段(即图3中位于中间的箭头),第三个方向是从法兰10侧壁(即图3中最右侧的箭头),这三个方向的泥水18汇入固定导流槽19和旋转导流槽20。参考图4,首先汇入到固定导流槽19内的泥水18,在固定导流槽19内因自重作用,从两侧圆周方向沿着外圈1的侧壁顺流而下,脱离轮毂轴承单元。在旋转导流槽20内的泥水18也会以图4类似的模式,从两侧圆周方向沿着法兰10侧壁顺流而下,脱离轮毂轴承单元。同时,由于法兰10具有工作时旋转的效果,将加快泥水18的导流。
第2道阻拦:当外界的泥水18流量侵入过大时,将从旋转导流槽20中溢出,沿外顶唇16的外壁进入固定导流槽19,而固定导流槽19承受来自三个方向的泥水18侵入,如果侵入量过大,导致泥水18从固定导流槽19中溢出,沿着外圈1与外顶唇16之间的间隙侵入至外侧唇15处(汇聚在外侧唇15与外圈端槽3之间的间隙内)。同理,也会发生图4类似的模式,泥水18从两侧圆周方向沿着外侧唇15顺流而下,脱离轮毂轴承单元。同时,由于外橡胶15随法兰10一起旋转,也将加快泥水18导流并脱离轴承。
第3道阻拦:当外侧唇15对泥水18的阻拦和导出不及时时,泥水18将侵入至内预唇A7(汇聚在内预唇A7与外骨架14之间的间隙内)。同理,也会发生图4类似的模式,泥水18沿着内预唇A7顺流而下,脱离轮毂轴承单元。同时,由于轴承工作旋转带动法兰10一起旋转,加剧了泥水18导流并脱离轴承的效果。
第4道阻拦:当外界的泥水18流量侵入超过内预唇A7的承受能力时,泥水18将进一步侵入至内接唇A8(汇聚在内接唇A8与外骨架14之间),内接唇A8与外骨架14采用了过盈配合,直接对泥水18进行屏蔽。当轮毂轴承工作时,法兰10旋转使得外骨架14与内接唇A8之间形成相对运动,由于二者过盈配合处用了润滑脂润滑,降低了内接唇A8的摩擦磨损,显然,因泥水18侵入该接触界面,也会加剧该处的摩擦磨损,不过,当泥水18经过了前面3道的阻拦,能够进入到第4道阻拦位置的泥水量已经很少了,并且,只要外骨架14与内接唇A8之间的磨损量不大于接触过盈量,在该处将始终保持对外界泥水18的阻挡效果。
可以理解的是,对本领域技术人员来说,对本发明的技术方案及发明构思加以等同替换或改变都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,置于轮毂轴承单元的外圈(1)与法兰(10)之间,所述外圈(1)具有外圈内径(4)和外圈外径,沿外圈外径径向开设外圈导槽(2),在外圈内径(4)和外圈外径之间的端面处轴向开设外圈端槽(3),所述法兰(10)具有相互垂直的法兰端面和法兰外径面(13),法兰端面上靠近法兰外径面(13)处为法兰下端面(12),法兰下端面(12)上方凹陷处形成法兰上端面(11),其特征在于:包括内骨架(5)和外骨架(14),所述内骨架(5)紧贴在外圈内径(4)上,该内骨架(4)外周包覆有内橡胶(6),二者胶接粘附为一体,内橡胶(6)上设有至多两个接触式唇口用于配合外骨架(14);所述外骨架(14)头部包覆有外橡胶(15),二者胶接粘附为一体,外橡胶(15)远离外圈(1)的一侧与法兰上端面(11)紧贴,外骨架(14)上未被外橡胶(15)包覆的侧边与法兰下端面(12)紧贴,外骨架(14)尾部与法兰外径面(13)紧贴;所述外橡胶(15)上靠近外圈(1)的一侧设有若干道唇口用于配合外圈(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,其特征在于:所述外圈导槽(2)与外圈(1)外径配合形成固定导流槽(19),所述外橡胶(15)与法兰(10)配合形成旋转导流槽(20);由外橡胶(15)顶部向外圈(1)延伸形成的外顶唇(16)位于外圈(1)上方,并至少有一部分将外圈(1)覆盖,该外顶唇(16)与外圈(1)之间具有间隙;由外橡胶(15)靠近外圈端槽(3)处向外圈(1)延伸形成的外侧唇(15)伸入外圈端槽(3)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,其特征在于:所述外侧唇(15)与外圈端槽(3)之间设有间隙,使外侧唇(15)与外圈(1)间隙配合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的迷宫式轮毂轴承单元密封结构,其特征在于:所述内橡胶(6)上从上至下依次设有内预唇(7)、内接唇A(8)和内接唇B(9),内橡胶(6)靠近法兰上端面(11)处向外骨架(14)延伸形成内预唇(7),由内橡胶(6)靠近法兰下端面(12)处向外骨架(14)延伸形成的内接唇A(8)与外骨架(14)过盈配合,由内橡胶(6)靠近法兰外径面(13)处向外骨架(14)延伸形成的内接唇B(9)与外骨架(14)过盈配合。
